Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Verbinden einer Solarzelle mit einem Zellverbinder mit folgenden Verfahrensschritten: (a) Positionieren eines Zellverbinders, der an mindestens einer Oberfläche mit einer Lotschicht versehen ist, parallel zu einer Hauptseite einer plattenförmigen Solarzelle; Kontaktieren einer mit der Lotschicht versehenen Oberfläche des Zellverbinders mit der Hauptseite der Solarzelle in einem Verbindungsbereich; (c) Erhöhung der Temperatur eines oder mehrerer Abschnitte des Verbindungsbereichs auf eine Temperatur oberhalb des Schmelzpunktes des Lotes; (d) Erniedrigung der Temperatur in mindestens einem der im Schritt (c) auf ϋber den Schmelzpunkt des Lotes erwärmten Abschnitte des Verbindungsbereichs auf eine Temperatur unterhalb des Erstarrungspunktes des Lotes. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung eine Vorrichtung zur Durchfϋhrung dieses Verfahrens.
