本发明的实施例还提供一种寻呼用户设备的方法和装置, 能够在用户侧 白名单与网络侧白名单不一致时, 成功对用户设备进行寻呼。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行 清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而 不是全部的实施例。 基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有作 出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。 在现有技术中,当 MME没有对 UE从 CSG发起的 NAS消息进行应答时, 例如: UE从 CSG发起分离消息同时指示关机, MME不发送分离应答消息给 该 UE时, 该 UE无法获知是否将所述 CSG从用户侧白名单中删除, 从而无 法设置用户侧白名单。 为了解决上述问题, 本发明实施例提供一种设置用户 侧白名单的方法和装置, 下面通过具体的实施例和附图进行详细说明。
如图 1所示, 本发明实施例提供的设置用户侧白名单的方法, 包括: 步骤 101 , MME获取并保存需要从用户侧白名单中删除的 CSG信息; 步骤 102, MME接收源于 UE发送的第二非接入层消息, 该第二非接入 层消息可以为附着消息 (attach ), 业务请求消息 ( service request )、 位置更新 消息 ( tracking area update )或者分离消息 ( detach )等;
步骤 103 , MME向所述 UE发送第二非接入层消息的应答消息,使得 UE 能根据该应答消息, 将属于所述需要从用户侧白名单中删除的 CSG信息的 CSG从用户侧白名单中删除。
在本实施例中,所述步骤 103具体可以为: 当 MME判断出第二非接入层 消息为 UE从需要删除的 CSG发送时, MME向 UE发送拒绝消息,如: attach reject, 或者 tau reject, 或者 service request reject等, UE才艮据该拒绝消息从用 户侧白名单中删除所述 CSG; 当 MME判断出所述第二非接入层消息不是 UE 从需要删除的 CSG发送时, MME在向 UE发送的应答消息中携带需要从用 户侧白名单删除的 CSG信息,如 CSG ID, UE根据该 CSG信息将相应的 CSG 从用户侧白名单中删除。 当然, 在实际的使用过程中, 当第二非接入层消息 是 UE从需要删除的 CSG发送的时候, MME向 UE发送的拒绝消息中也可以 携带其他需要从用户侧白名单删除的 CSG信息, UE可以根据该拒绝消息删 除所述 CSG以及该拒绝消息中携带的 CSG信息指示的 CSG, 此处不作赘述。
在本发明提供的另一个实施例中, 图 1所示的步骤 101具体可以通过不 同方法实现, 举例如下:
一种方法是, MME通过 UE发送的消息 (如 detach )获取并保存需要从 用户侧白名单删除的 CSG信息, 如图 2所示, 其步骤可以包括: 步骤 201 , MME接收 UE从 CSG发送的第一非接入层消息;
步骤 202 , MME根据该第一非接入层消息判断是否需要从用户侧白名单 删除该 CSG;
步骤 203 , 如果需要从用户侧白名单删除该 CSG, MME保存该需要删除 的 CSG信息。
另一种方法是, 从归属地签约用户服务器(HSS )获取并保存需要从用户 侧白名单删除的 CSG信息。
在上述两个实施例中, 上述需要从用户侧白名单删除的 CSG信息可具有 一定的保存时间, 该保存时间一般可与 UE的上下文生存期相同。在本发明提 供的又一个实施例中, 当需要从用户侧白名单删除的 CSG信息的保存时间超 时时, 本发明实施例提供的设置用户侧白名单的方法, 还可以包括: MME向 其他 MME发送需要从用户侧白名单删除的 CSG信息的步骤; 或者 MME丟 弃需要从用户侧白名单删除的 CSG信息的步骤。
如图 3所示, 在本实施例中, MME向其他 MME (如图 3所示为 MME1 ) 发送需要从用户侧白名单删除的 CSG信息的步骤具体可以包括:
步骤 301 , MME接收 MME1发送的 UE ID请求;
步骤 302, MME向 MME1发送应答消息,在该应答消息中携带所述需要 从用户侧白名单删除的 CSG信息;
或者,如图 3所示, MME向 MME1发送需要从用户侧白名单删除的 CSG 信息的步骤具体可以包括:

本发明实施例提供的设置用户侧白名单的方法, MME通过获取需要从用 户侧白名单删除的 CSG信息, 并将该信息进行保存, 这样, 当 UE后续向 MME发送第二非接入层消息时, MME通过向 UE发送应答消息, 使得 UE 可根据该应答消息将属于该 CSG信息的 CSG从用户侧白名单上删除,从而实 现设置用户侧白名单的目的, 解决了现有技术中由 UE从 CSG发起非接入层 消息 , 并根据 MME返回的应答消息对用户侧白名单进行设置 , 造成当 MME 没有发送应答消息时,无法设置用户侧白名单的问题。 由于 UE能够从后续的 第二非接入层消息的应答消息中获取需要从用户侧白名单删除的 CSG信息, 并根据该信息对用户侧白名单进行设置, 使得用户侧白名单能够与网络侧白 名单保持一致,解决了现有技术中 UE无法设置用户侧白名单时,可能造成用 户侧白名单与网络侧白名单不一致的问题。
与上述设置用户侧白名单的方法相对应地, 如图 4 所示, 本发明实施例 还提供一种移动管理实体, 包括:
闭合用户群信息保存单元 401 ,用于获取并保存需要从用户侧白名单删除 的 CSG信息;
第二非接入层消息接收单元 402,用于接收源于 UE的第二非接入层消息; 应答消息发送单元 403 , 用于向所述 UE发送第二非接入层消息的应答消 息, 从而使得所述 UE可根据该应答消息, 将属于该 CSG信息的 CSG从用户 侧白名单上删除。
进一步地, 如图 5所示, 所述闭合用户群信息保存单元 401可以包括: 第一非接入层消息接收单元 4011 , 用于接收 UE从 CSG发送的第一非接 入层消息;
判断单元 4012, 用于根据该第一非接入层消息判断是否需要从用户侧白 名单删除该 CSG;
保存单元 4013 , 用于当需要从用户侧白名单删除所述闭合用户群时, 保 存该需要删除的 CSG信息。
进一步地, 如图 4所示, 所述移动管理实体, 还可以包括:
闭合用户群信息发送单元 404a, 用于当所述需要从用户侧白名单删除的 CSG信息的保存时间超时时, 向其他 MME发送所述需要从用户侧白名单删 除的 CSG信息; 或者

进一步地, 如图 6所示, 所述应答消息发送单元 403可以包括: 闭合用户群信息添加单元 4031 , 用于向第二非接入层消息的应答消息中 添加所述需要从用户侧白名单删除的 CSG信息;
发送单元 4032,用于向 UE发送携带有该需要从用户侧白名单删除的 CSG 信息的应答消息。
本发明实施例提供的移动管理实体, 通过获取需要从用户侧白名单删除 的 CSG信息, 并将该信息进行保存。 这样, 当 UE后续向 MME发送非接入 层消息时, 该移动管理实体向该 UE发送第二非接入层消息的应答消息,, 从 而使得所述 UE可根据该应答消息将属于所述 CSG信息的 CSG从用户侧白名 单上删除,从而实现设置用户侧白名单的目的,解决了现有技术由 UE从 CSG 发起非接入层消息, 并根据移动管理实体返回的应答消息对用户侧白名单进 行设置, 造成当移动管理实体没有发送应答消息时, 无法设置用户侧白名单 的问题。由于 UE能够从后续 MME发送的非接入层消息的应答消息中获取需 要从用户侧白名单删除的 CSG信息,并根据该信息对用户侧白名单进行设置, 使得用户侧白名单能够与网络侧白名单保持一致,解决了现有技术 UE无法设 置用户侧白名单时, 可能造成用户侧白名单与网络侧白名单不一致的问题。
如图 7所示, 本发明实施例还提供一种设置用户侧白名单的系统, 包括: 移动管理实体 701 , 用于获取并保存需要从用户侧白名单删除的 CSG信 息, 接收用户设备 702发送的第二非接入层消息, 向用户设备 702发送所述 第二非接入层消息的应答消息, 指示用户设备 702将该 CSG从用户侧白名单 上删除。

本发明实施例提供的设置用户侧白名单的系统, 移动管理实体能够获取 需要从用户侧白名单删除的 CSG信息, 并将该信息进行保存, 当用户设备后 续向移动管理实体发送第二非接入层消息时, 移动管理实体通过向用户设备 发送应答消息,使得该用户设备可根据该应答消息将属于该 CSG信息的 CSG 从用户侧白名单上删除, 从而实现设置用户侧白名单的目的, 解决了现有技 术由用户设备从 CSG发起非接入层消息, 并根据移动管理实体返回的应答消 息对用户侧白名单进行设置, 造成当移动管理实体没有发送应答消息时, 无 法设置用户侧白名单的问题。 由于用户设备能够在后续的第二非接入层消息 的应答消息中获取需要从用户侧白名单删除的 CSG信息, 并根据该信息对用 户侧白名单进行设置, 使得用户侧白名单能够与网络侧白名单保持一致, 解 决了现有技术用户设备无法设置用户侧白名单时, 可能造成用户侧白名单与 网络侧白名单不一致的问题。
为了解决现有技术在用户侧白名单与网络侧白名单不一致时, MME通过 网络侧白名单寻呼 UE可能失败的问题,本发明实施例提供一种寻呼用户设备 的方法和装置, 下面通过具体的实施例和附图进行详细说明。
如图 8所示, 本发明实施例提供的寻呼用户设备的方法, 包括: 步骤 801 , MME获取并保存需要从用户侧白名单删除的 CSG信息; 在本实施例中, MME获取需要从用户侧白名单删除的 CSG信息的方法 可以包括: 接收用户设备发送的非接入层消息, 根据该非接入层消息判断用 户设备所在的闭合用户群不在网络侧白名单里, 根据判断结果确定该闭合用 户群需要从用户侧白名单中删除; 或者从 HSS发送的插入用户签约数据消息 中获取需要从用户侧白名单删除的闭合用户群信息。 当然, 在实际的使用过 程中, MME还可以通过其他方式获取需要从用户侧白名单删除的闭合用户群 信息, 此处不对每种情况进行——赘述。
步骤 802, MME向属于该 CSG信息的 CSG发送用户设备寻呼消息。 其 具体步骤可以包括: MME向 CSG中的一个或者多个家用基站发送用户设备 寻呼消息, 所述家用基站根据该寻呼消息来寻呼用户设备。
所述 MME向所述 CSG发送用户设备寻呼消息可以是 MME直接发给家 用基站,也可以是由 MME先发给家用基站网关实体,再由该网关实体发送寻 呼消息给家用基站。
可选地, 在本实施例中,还可以包括: 如果 MME确定所述需要从用户侧 白名单删除的闭合用户群信息已经被所述用户设备删除, 停止在所述用户侧 白名单删除的闭合用户群上寻呼所述用户设备的步骤。
具体地, MME确定所述需要从用户侧白名单删除的闭合用户群信息已经 被所述用户设备删除的方法可以包括:
当所述用户设备在后续的流程中, 通过属于该 CSG信息的 CSG向所述 MME发送非接入层消息时, 例如用户设备向 MME发送 service request/ TAU/ detach等消息时, MME 可以向用户设备发送拒绝消息, 指示用户设备将该 CSG从用户侧白名单上删除, MME发送该拒绝消息后就认为要从用户侧白名 单删除的闭合用户群信息已经被所述用户设备删除; 或者, MME接收白名单 服务器发送的通知已经删除完成的消息, 根据该消息确定所述需要从用户侧 白名单删除的闭合用户群信息已经被所述用户设备删除。
在本发明提供的另一个实施例中,当 MME获取并保存需要从用户侧白名 单删除的 CSG信息之后,还可以包括:对闭合用户群 CSG进行寻呼计时的步 骤。 这种情况下, 当 MME 需要寻呼用户设备时, 可以按上述实施例的步骤 802在需要删除的 CSG上发送寻呼消息, 在此过程中可以由其他白名单服务 器通知用户设备将 CSG从用户侧白名单上删除,当用户设备成功将该 CSG从 用户侧白名单上删除时, MME可以根据网络侧白名单对所述用户设备进行寻 呼; 当寻呼计时到达, MME可以认为其他服务器已经通知用户设备从用户侧 白名单上删除了需要删除的 CSG, 从而停止在该 CSG上做寻呼。
本发明实施例提供的寻呼用户设备的方法, 当用户侧白名单与网络侧白 名单不一致时, 移动管理实体可以向获取的需要从用户侧白名单删除的 CSG 发送寻呼消息, 从而保证对用户设备的寻呼成功。 解决了现有技术中, 移动 管理实体仅从网络侧白名单包含的 CSG中寻呼用户设备, 使得用户侧白名单 和网络侧白名单不一致时可能出现寻呼失败的问题。 解决了用户侧白名单与 网络侧白名单的不一致性的问题, 移动管理实体可以釆用现有技术提供的技 术方案寻呼用户设备。
与图 8所示的本发明实施例提供的寻呼用户设备的方法相对应地,如图 9 所示, 本发明实施例还提供一种移动管理实体, 包括:
闭合用户群信息保存单元 901 ,用于获取并保存需要从用户侧白名单删除 的 CSG信息;

当用户侧白名单与网络侧白名单不一致时, 本发明实施例提供的移动管 理实体可以向获取的需要从用户侧白名单删除的 CSG发送寻呼消息, 从而保 证对用户设备的寻呼成功, 解决了现有技术移动管理实体仅从网络侧白名单 包含的 CSG中寻呼用户设备, 使得用户侧白名单和网络侧白名单不一致时可 能出现寻呼失败的问题。 当消除了用户侧白名单与网络侧白名单的不一致性 时, 移动管理实体可以釆用现有技术提供的技术方案寻呼用户设备。
本发明实施例提供的设置用户侧白名单及寻呼用户设备的方法和装置, 可以应用在通过家用基站接入的移动网络中。

17、 根据权利要求 16所述的移动管理实体, 其特征在于, 所述闭合用户群 信息保存单元包括:
第一非接入层消息接收单元, 用于接收用户设备从闭合用户群发送的第一 非接入层消息;
判断单元, 用于根据该第一非接入层消息判断是否需要从用户侧白名单删 除所述闭合用户群;
保存单元, 用于当需要从用户侧白名单删除所述闭合用户群时, 保存该需 要删除的闭合用户群信息。
18、 根据权利要求 16所述的移动管理实体, 其特征在于, 还包括: 闭合用户群信息发送单元, 用于当所述需要从用户侧白名单删除的闭合用 户群信息的保存时间超时时, 向其他移动管理实体发送所述需要从用户侧白名 单删除的闭合用户群信息; 或者
闭合用户群信息丟弃单元, 用于当所述需要从用户侧白名单删除的闭合用 户群信息的保存时间超时时, 丟弃所述需要从用户侧白名单删除的闭合用户群 信息。
19、 根据权利要求 16所述的移动管理实体, 其特征在于, 所述应答消息发 送单元包括:
闭合用户群信息添加单元, 用于向所述第二非接入层消息的应答消息中添 加所述需要从用户侧白名单删除的闭合用户群信息;
发送单元, 用于向所述用户设备发送所述携带需要从用户侧白名单删除的 闭合用户群信息的应答消息
