Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域, 特别涉及通信领域中用于寻呼的方法和装置。 背景技术
家庭基站(Home NodeB, 简称为 "HNB" )可以用于扩展移动网络的覆 盖范围, 以及提供更多具有针对性的服务。 HNB可以不属于家庭或企业, 并且可以通过宽带连接与移动运营商的网络连接。具有访问 HNB权限的终 端可以通过第三代移动通信技术(3rd-Generation, 简称为 "3G" )或长期演 进( Long Term Evolution , 简称为 "LTE" )系统的 HNB接入移动运营商的网 络来获取服务。
利用 HNB还可以在企业或家庭部署本地网络, 从而接入 HNB的用户 设备( User Equipment,简称为" UE" )能够访问家庭基站所部署的本地网络, 而用户数据无需流经运营商核心网。
在目前的 HNB系统构架中,本地网关( Local Gate Way,简称为" LGW" ) 和 HNB集成在一起, LGW和 HNB的地址相同。支持本地 IP(互联网协议 ) 访问 ( Local IP Access , 简称为" LIPA" ) 的 HNB能够在初始化 UE消息中, 将 LGW的 IP地址上报给 GPRS服务支持节点( Serving GPRS Support Node , 简称为 "SGSN", 其中通用分组无线服务(General Packet Radio Service ) 简 称为" GPRS" ), 并提供 LIPA使用的 Gi/SGi接口, 以支持使用相关 ID (标 识)来关联 LGW与 HNB之间的内部用户面通道。 与 HNB集成在一起的 LGW支持到 HNB的内部用户面通道, 支持去 激活 LIPA包数据网络(Packet Data Network, 简称为 "PDN" )连接, 支持 发送空闲态 UE的第一个数据包到 SGSN或安全网关 (Security Gateway, 简称为 "SGW" ), 并緩存后续的下行数据包。
然而, 在目前的 HNB系统中, 所有收到寻呼消息的家庭基站 HNB都给 用户设备 UE发送寻呼消息, 系统开销较大。 发明内容
本发明的多个方面提供了一种用于寻呼的方法和装置, 能够减少寻呼 消息, 节省系统开销。
本发明的一方面, 提供了一种用于寻呼的方法, 该方法包括: 获取用 于指示寻呼范围的指示信息; 根据该指示信息, 确定能够与触发寻呼的本 地网关 LGW建立本地承载的家庭基站 HNB;向该 HNB发送第二寻呼消息, 以便于该 HNB向用户设备 UE发送第三寻呼消息。
本发明的另一方面, 提供了一种用于寻呼的方法, 该方法包括: 接收 家庭基站网关 HNB GW发送的第二寻呼消息, 该第二寻呼消息包括用于指 示寻呼范围的指示信息; 根据该指示信息确定能够与触发寻呼的本地网关 LGW建立本地承载; 向用户设备 UE发送第三寻呼消息。

本发明的再一方面, 提供了一种 GPRS服务支持节点 SGSN, 该 SGSN 包括: 接收模块, 用于接收本地网关 LGW发送的下行数据包; 获取模块, 用于根据该下行数据包的包头中的地址信息, 获取用于指示寻呼范围的指 示信息; 发送模块, 用于向家庭基站网关 HNB GW发送第一寻呼消息, 该 第一寻呼消息包括该指示信息, 以便于该 HNB GW根据该指示信息确定能 够与该 LGW建立本地承载的 HNB , 并向该 HNB发送第二寻呼消息。
基于上述技术方案, 能够避免不支持与本地网关建立本地承载的家庭 基站都给用户设备发送寻呼消息, 从而能够减少家庭基站与家庭基站网关 和用户设备之间的寻呼消息, 并且能够节省系统开销, 提高系统效率。 附图说明

应理解, 本发明的技术方案可以应用于各种通信系统, 例如: 全球移 动通讯 ( Global System of Mobile communication, 简称为" GSM" ) 系统、 码 分多址(Code Division Multiple Access, 简称为 "CDMA" ) 系统、 宽带码分 多址(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access, 简称为 "WCDMA" ) 系统、 通用分组无线业务( General Packet Radio Service, 简称为" GPRS" )、 长期演 进( Long Term Evolution, 简称为" LTE" ) 系统、 LTE频分双工( Frequency Division Duplex,简称为" FDD" )系统、 LTE时分双工( Time Division Duplex, 简称为 "TDD" )、 通用移动通信系统 ( Universal Mobile Telecommunication System, 简称为 "UMTS" )等。
还应理解,在本发明实施例中,用户设备( User Equipment,简称为" UE" ) 可称之为终端(Terminal ), 移动台 ( Mobile Station, 简称为 "MS" )、 移动终 端 (Mobile Terminal ) 等, 该用户设备可以经无线接入网 (Radio Access Network, 简称为 "RAN" )与一个或多个核心网进行通信, 例如, 用户设备 可以是移动电话 (或称为"蜂窝"电话)、 具有移动终端的计算机等, 例如, 用户设备还可以是便携式、 袖珍式、 手持式、 计算机内置的或者车载的移 动装置, 它们与无线接入网交换语音和 /或数据。
在本发明实施例中, 基站可以是 GSM 或 CDMA 中的基站 (Base Transceiver Station, 简称为" BTS" ), 也可以是 WCDMA中的基站( NodeB, 简称为 "NB" ) , 还可以是 LTE中的演进型基站( Evolutional Node B, 简称 为" eNB或 e-NodeB" ), 本发明并不限定。 但为描述方便, 下述实施例将以 家庭基站 HNB和用户设备 UE为例进行说明。
另外, 本文中术语"系统,,和"网络"在本文中常被可互换使用。本文中术 语"和 /或,,, 仅仅是一种描述关联对象的关联关系, 表示可以存在三种关系, 例如, A和 /或 B , 可以表示: 单独存在 A, 同时存在 A和 B, 单独存在 B 这三种情况。 另外, 本文中字符" /,,, 一般表示前后关联对象是一种"或,,的 关系。
图 1A和 1B示出了根据本发明实施例的 HNB系统的示意性构架图。 如图 1 A所示, HNB系统包括 HNB、家庭基站网关( Home NodeB Gate Way, 简称为 "HNB GW" ), GPRS服务支持节点( Serving GPRS Support Node, 简 称为" SGSN" )、 UE、 LGW和安全网关(Security GateWay, 简称为 "SGW" ), 其中 LGW通过 HNB与 HNB GW间接相连, HNB与 HNB GW之间通过 luh 接口相连。而在图 1B所示的 HNB系统中, LGW与 HNB GW之间通过 Sxx 接口直接相连。应理解, 图 1A和 1B所示的 HNB系统仅仅为了示例 , HNB 系统还可以具有其它的构架, 本发明实施例并不限于此。
图 2示出了根据本发明实施例的用于寻呼的方法 100的示意性流程图。 如图 2所示。
S110, 获取用于指示寻呼范围的指示信息。
S120 ,根据该指示信息,确定能够与触发寻呼的本地网关 LGW建立本 地承载的家庭基站 HNB。
S130, 向该 HNB发送第二寻呼消息, 以便于该 HNB向用户设备 UE 发送第三寻呼消息。
为了减少系统的信令开销, 家庭基站网关 HNB GW可以首先获取用于 指示寻呼范围的指示信息, 并根据该指示信息确定能够与触发寻呼的本地 网关 LGW建立本地承载的家庭基站 HNB,从而仅向所确定的该 HNB发送 第二寻呼消息, 以便于该 HNB向用户设备 UE发送第三寻呼消息。 由此能 够减小 HNB GW与 HNB之间的信令开销,也可以减小 HNB与 UE之间的 空口寻呼。
因此, 本发明实施例的用于寻呼的方法, 通过指示信息确定能够与触 发寻呼的本地网关建立本地承载的家庭基站, 并向所确定的家庭基站发送 寻呼消息, 能够避免不支持与本地网关建立本地承载的家庭基站都给用户 设备发送寻呼消息, 从而能够减少家庭基站与家庭基站网关和用户设备之 间的寻呼消息, 并且能够节省系统开销, 提高系统效率。
在 S110中, HNB GW可以根据 SGSN发送的寻呼消息获取该指示信息, 也可以根据 LGW直接发送的下行数据包获取该指示信息。
在本发明实施例中, 可选地, 该指示信息包括该 LGW所在的本地网络 的标识、 该 LGW的标识和该 LGW的地址中的至少一种。 该标识例如为本 地家庭基站网络标识( Local HNB Network ID, 简称为" LHN-ID" ); 该 LGW 的地址例如为 LGW在本地网域的地址 LGW@LN地址, 或 LGW在核心网 域的地址 LGW@CN地址, 该 LGW的地址还可以是 LGW与 HNB之间的 控制面地址或用户面地址, 或该 LGW的地址还可以是 LGW与 HNB GW 之间的控制面地址或用户面地址。
在 S120中, HNB GW根据该指示信息, 确定能够与 LGW建立本地承 载的 HNB; 可选地, HNB GW根据该指示信息确定该 HNB, 该 HNB支持 本地 IP访问 LIPA和 /或选择性 IP业务卸载( Selected IP Traffic Offload, 简 称为" SIPTO" ), 并且该 HNB能够与该 LGW建立本地承载。
可选地, HNB GW可以根据该指示信息包括的触发寻呼的 LGW所在 的本地网络的标识、 该 LGW的标识和该 LGW的地址中的至少一种 , 通过 查找本地存储的 HNB信息表, 确定能够与该 LGW建立本地连接的 HNB, 并向这些 HNB发送寻呼消息。 应理解, 该 HNB信息表可以包括 LGW和 能够与该 LGW建立本地承载的 HNB之间的对应关系。还应理解,一个 LGW 可以与多个 HNB建立本地承载, 即在 HNB信息表中, 一个 LGW可以与 多个 HNB相对应。
例如, HNB GW根据该指示信息包括的触发寻呼的 LGW的地址, 可 以确定该 LGW的标识, 从而可以根据 HNB信息表, 查找与该 LGW的标 识对应的 HNB的标识,这些 HNB的标识所对应的 HNB即为能够与触发寻 呼的 LGW建立本地承载的 HNB , 其中该 HNB信息表包括任意一个 LGW 与一个或多个能够与该 LGW建立本地承载的 HNB之间的对应关系。
如果 HNB GW不能够确定 HNB是否能够与 LGW建立本地承载, 则 HNB GW可以按照现有的寻呼流程向 HNB发送寻呼消息,该寻呼消息可以 携带该指示信息, 以便于 HNB 根据该指示信息确定该 HNB 是否可以与 LGW建立本地承载。
在 S130中, HNB GW向所确定的 HNB发送第二寻呼消息, 以便于该 HNB向用户设备 UE发送第三寻呼消息。
在本发明实施例中, 可选地, 该第二寻呼消息包括该指示信息, 以便 于该 HNB在根据该指示信息确定能够与该 LGW建立本地承载时,向该 UE 发送第三寻呼消息。
即 HNB GW根据指示信息确定能够与 LGW建立本地承载的 HNB后, 向所确定的 HNB发送第二寻呼消息,该第二寻呼消息可以包括该指示信息。
HNB 收到该第二寻呼消息后, 可以根据该指示信息再次确认是否能够与 LGW建立本地承载, 如果 HNB确认能够与 LGW建立本地承载, 则 HNB 向 UE发送第三寻呼消息, 否则 HNB可以终止寻呼。 从而 HNB可以进一 步地避免发起无谓的寻呼。
在本发明实施例中, 可选地, HNB GW获取用于指示寻呼范围的指示 信息, 包括: 获取 GPRS服务支持节点 SGSN发送的第一寻呼消息, 该第 一寻呼消息包括该指示信息。
具体地, HNB GW可以首先获取 HNB能够访问的 LGW的地址或名称、 支持 LIPA/SIPTO的能力、 LGW所在的 LHN的标识 ID等表示寻呼范围的 信息中的至少一个, 并保存在本地, 形成 HNB信息表。 HNB GW可以通过 HNB上报的方式或从网管获取的方式, 获取这些表示寻呼范围的信息。 例 如, HNB在向 HNB GW注册时,可以通过家庭基站应用部分( Home NodeB Application Part,简称为 "HNBAP" )消息,向 HNB GW上报 LHN-ID或 L-GW 地址 /名称等信息。 例如, HNB GW也可以根据操作管理维护 (Operation Administration Maintenance, 简称为 'ΌΑΜ" )装置的静态配置信息, 获取这 些表示寻呼范围的信息。
HNB GW在收到 SGSN发送的指示信息时, 可以根据指示信息以及本 地存储的 ΗΝΒ信息表,确定要发送寻呼的 ΗΝΒ,即能访问该 L-GW的 ΗΝΒ 并能与该 LGW建立本地承载的 ΗΝΒ,该 ΗΝΒ能够支持 LIPA和 /或 SIPTO。
HNB GW可以根据 HNB是否上报 LHN-ID或 L-GW地址 /名称、 LIPA/SIPTO 能力等信息中的至少一个, 确定 HNB是否支持 LIPA/SIPTO。
在本发明实施例中, 如图 3所示, 该用于寻呼的方法 100还可以包括: S140, 接收该 LGW发送的下行数据包。
其中该 S110包括根据该下行数据包的包头中的地址信息, 获取该指示 信息。
具体地, HNB GW接收到来自 LGW的下行数据包时, 可以分析该下 行数据包的源地址、 目的地址、业务类型、下行数据来源分组数据网(Packet Data Network, 简称为 "PDN" ) 的接入点名称( Access Point Name , 简称为 "APN,,)、 下行数据来源的数据网关或其他信息, 从而确定 LGW的地址或 名称、 LGW所在的本地网络的标识 LHN-ID等指示信息, 由此可以根据该 指示信息以及本地存储的 HNB信息表,确定寻呼的 HNB, 即能访问 L-GW 的 HNB并能与该 LGW建立本地承载的 HNB, 该 HNB能够支持 LIPA和 / 或 SIPTO。
在本发明实施例中, 可选地, HNB GW从 LGW收到下行数据通知消 息时,该下行数据通知消息中可以携带 LGW的地址、 LGW所在的 LHN-ID 或名称等指示信息, HNB GW可以根据该指示信息以及本地存储的 HNB 信息表, 确定寻呼的 HNB, 即能访问的该 LGW的 HNB并能与该 LGW建 立本地 7 载的 HNB。
因此, 本发明实施例的用于寻呼的方法, 通过指示信息确定能够与触 发寻呼的本地网关建立本地承载的家庭基站, 并向所确定的家庭基站发送 寻呼消息, 能够避免不支持与本地网关建立本地承载的家庭基站都给用户 设备发送寻呼消息, 从而能够减少家庭基站与家庭基站网关和用户设备之 间的寻呼消息, 并且能够节省系统开销, 提高系统效率。
上文中结合图 2和 3 , 从家庭基站网管 HNB GW的角度详细描述了根 据本发明实施例的用于寻呼的方法, 下面将结合图 4和图 5, 分别从家庭基 站 HNB和 GPRS服务支持节点 SGSN的角度,描述根据本发明实施例的用 于寻呼的方法。
如图 4所示, 居本发明实施例的用于寻呼的方法 200可以如下所述。
S210, HNB接收家庭基站网关 HNB GW发送的第二寻呼消息, 该第 二寻呼消息包括用于指示寻呼范围的指示信息。
S220, HNB根据该指示信息确定能够与触发寻呼的本地网关 LGW建 立本地承载。
S230, HNB向用户设备 UE发送第三寻呼消息。
在本发明实施例中, 可选地, 该第二寻呼消息为该 HNB GW根据来自 GPRS服务支持节点 SGSN的第一寻呼消息而发送的消息,该第一寻呼消息 包括该指示信息。
在本发明实施例中, 可选地, 该第二寻呼消息为该 HNB GW根据来自 该 LGW的下行数据包而发送的消息, 该指示信息由该 LGW根据该下行数 据包的包头中的地址信息确定。

因此, 本发明实施例的用于寻呼的方法, 通过指示信息确定能够与触 发寻呼的本地网关建立本地承载的家庭基站, 并向所确定的家庭基站发送 寻呼消息, 能够避免不支持与本地网关建立本地承载的家庭基站都给用户 设备发送寻呼消息, 从而能够减少家庭基站与家庭基站网关和用户设备之 间的寻呼消息, 并且能够节省系统开销, 提高系统效率。

在 S320中, SGSN接收到来自 LGW的下行数据包时, 可以分析该下 行数据包的源地址、 目的地址、 业务类型、 下行数据来源 PDN的 APN、 下 行数据来源的数据网关或其他信息, 从而获取 LGW的地址或名称、 LGW 所在的本地网络的标识 LHN-ID等指示信息, 由此可以通过第一寻呼消息 将该指示信息发送给 HNB GW。
在本发明实施例中, 可选地, 该第二寻呼消息包括该指示信息, 以便 于该 HNB在根据该指示信息确定能够与该 LGW建立本地承载时,向该 UE 发送第三寻呼消息。
在本发明实施例中, 可选地, 该指示信息包括该 LGW所在的本地网络 的标识、 该 LGW的标识和该 LGW的地址中的至少一种。
因此, 本发明实施例的用于寻呼的方法, 通过指示信息确定能够与触 发寻呼的本地网关建立本地承载的家庭基站, 并向所确定的家庭基站发送 寻呼消息, 能够避免不支持与本地网关建立本地承载的家庭基站都给用户 设备发送寻呼消息, 从而能够减少家庭基站与家庭基站网关和用户设备之 间的寻呼消息, 并且能够节省系统开销, 提高系统效率。 如图 6所示, HNB GW可以根据 LGW发送的下行数据包获取指示信息, 并确定发送寻呼的 HNB, 此时该方法 400从 S401开始, 并且流程进行到 S404至 S410, 以及 S412至 S415; HNB GW也可以根据 SGSN发送的寻呼 消息获取指示信息, 并确定发送寻呼的 HNB, 此时该方法从 S402开始, 并且流程进行到 S403至 S407, 以及 S411至 S415。
5401 , LGW向 HNB GW发送下行数据包。
5402, LGW向 SGSN发送下行数据包。
5403 , SGSN根据该下行数据包获取指示信息, 并向 HNB GW发送第 一寻呼消息, 该第一寻呼消息包括该指示信息。

5405, HNB GW向 HNB发送第二寻呼消息, 可选地, 该第二寻呼消 息包括该指示信息。 5406, 可选地, HNB根据该第二寻呼消息包括的指示信息, 确定是否 能够与触发寻呼的本地网关 LGW建立本地承载, 如果不能够与 LGW建立 本地承载, 则流程终止, 否则流程进行到 S407。
5407 , HNB向 UE发送第三寻呼消息。
5408 , UE 向 HNB GW发送寻呼响应消息, 其中业务类型 Service type=Paging Response。
5409, HNB GW收到寻呼响应消息后,将业务类型设置为 Service type= Data, 以防止 SGSN出现异常丟弃该寻呼响应。
5410, HNB GW向 SGSN发送寻呼响应消息。
5411 , UE向 SGSN发送寻呼响应消息, HNB可以在无线接入网应用 部分( Radio Access Network Application Part , 简称为 "RANAP" ) 消息中携 带 LGW的地址, 以将该地址发送给 SGSN。
5412, SGSN向 HNB发送无线接入承载( Radio Access Bearer, 简称为 "RAB" )指派请求消息,把 LGW的地址和隧道端点标识符( Tunnel Endpoint Identifier, 简称为 "TEID" )发给 HNB。
5413 , HNB向 SGSN发送 RAB指派响应消息, 把 HNB的下行用户面 地址和 TEID发给 SGSN。
5414, SGSN向 LGW发送更新包数据协议(Packet Data Protocol, 简 称为" PDP" )上下文请求消息, 以将 HNB的用户面承载信息通知给 LGW。
5415, LGW向 SGSN发送更新 PDP上下文响应消息。
应理解, 上述各过程的序号的大小并不意味着执行顺序的先后, 各过 程的执行顺序应以其功能和内在逻辑确定 , 而不应对本发明实施例的实施 过程构成任何限定。
因此, 本发明实施例的用于寻呼的方法, 通过指示信息确定能够与触 发寻呼的本地网关建立本地承载的家庭基站, 并向所确定的家庭基站发送 寻呼消息, 能够避免不支持与本地网关建立本地承载的家庭基站都给用户 设备发送寻呼消息, 从而能够减少家庭基站与家庭基站网关和用户设备之 间的寻呼消息, 并且能够节省系统开销, 提高系统效率。
上文中结合图 1至图 6,详细描述了根据本发明实施例的用于寻呼的方 法, 下面将结合图 7至图 10, 详细描述根据本发明实施例的装置, 该装置 包括家庭基站网关 HNB GW、家庭基站 HNB和 GPRS服务支持节点 SGSN。
图 7示出了根据本发明实施例的 HNB GW 500的示意性框图。 如图 7 所示, 该家庭基站网关 HNB GW 500包括: 获取模块 510, 确定模块 520, 发送模块 530。
获取模块 510, 用于获取指示寻呼范围的指示信息。
确定模块 520, 用于根据该指示信息, 确定能够与触发寻呼的本地网关 LGW建立本地承载的家庭基站 HNB。
发送模块 530, 用于向该 HNB发送第二寻呼消息, 以便于该 HNB向 用户设备 UE发送第三寻呼消息。
因此, 本发明实施例的用于寻呼的家庭基站网关, 通过指示信息确定 能够与触发寻呼的本地网关建立本地承载的家庭基站, 并向所确定的家庭 基站发送寻呼消息, 能够避免不支持与本地网关建立本地承载的家庭基站 都给用户设备发送寻呼消息, 从而能够减少家庭基站与家庭基站网关和用 户设备之间的寻呼消息, 并且能够节省系统开销, 提高系统效率。
在本发明实施例中, 可选地, 该获取模块 510还用于: 获取 GPRS服务 支持节点 SGSN发送的第一寻呼消息, 该第一寻呼消息包括该指示信息。
在本发明实施例中, 可选地, 如图 8所示, 该 HNB GW500还包括: 接收模块 540, 用于接收该 LGW发送的下行数据包。
该获取模块 510还用于根据该下行数据包的包头中的地址信息, 获取 该指示信息。
在本发明实施例中, 可选地, 该发送模块 530发送的该第二寻呼消息 包括该指示信息, 以便于该 HNB在根据该指示信息确定能够与该 LGW建 立本地承载时, 向该 UE发送第三寻呼消息。
在本发明实施例中, 可选地, 该获取模块 510获取的该指示信息包括 该 LGW所在的本地网络的标识、 该 LGW的标识和该 LGW的地址中的至 少一种。
在本发明实施例中, 可选地, 该确定模块 520还用于: 根据该指示信 息确定该 HNB, 该 HNB支持本地 IP访问 LIPA和 /或选择性 IP业务卸载 SIPTO , 并且该 HNB能够与该 LGW建立本地承载。
根据本发明实施例的家庭基站网关 500可对应于本发明实施例中的家 庭基站网关 HNB GW, 并且家庭基站网关 500中的各个模块的上述和其它 操作和 /或功能分别为了实现图 2至图 6中的各个方法 100至 300的相应流 程, 为了简洁, 在此不再赘述。
因此, 本发明实施例的用于寻呼的家庭基站网关, 通过指示信息确定 能够与触发寻呼的本地网关建立本地承载的家庭基站, 并向所确定的家庭 基站发送寻呼消息, 能够避免不支持与本地网关建立本地承载的家庭基站 都给用户设备发送寻呼消息, 从而能够减少家庭基站与家庭基站网关和用 户设备之间的寻呼消息, 并且能够节省系统开销, 提高系统效率。
图 9示出了根据本发明实施例的 HNB 600的示意性框图。如图 9所示, 该 HNB 600包括: 接收模块 610, 确定模块 620, 发送模块 630。
接收模块 610,用于接收家庭基站网关 HNB GW发送的第二寻呼消息, 该第二寻呼消息包括用于指示寻呼范围的指示信息。
确定模块 620, 用于根据该指示信息确定能够与触发寻呼的本地网关 LGW建立本地承载。
发送模块 630, 用于向用户设备 UE发送第三寻呼消息。
在本发明实施例中, 可选地, 该接收模块 610接收的该第二寻呼消息 为该 HNB GW根据来自 GPRS服务支持节点 SGSN的第一寻呼消息而发送 的消息, 该第一寻呼消息包括该指示信息。 在本发明实施例中, 可选地, 该接收模块 610接收的该第二寻呼消息 为该 HNB GW根据来自该 LGW的下行数据包而发送的消息, 该指示信息 由该 LGW根据该下行数据包的包头中的地址信息确定。
在本发明实施例中, 可选地, 该指示信息包括该 LGW所在的本地网络 的标识、 该 LGW的标识和该 LGW的地址中的至少一种。
根据本发明实施例的家庭基站 600可对应于本发明实施例中的家庭基 站 HNB,并且家庭基站 600中的各个模块的上述和其它操作和 /或功能分别 为了实现图 2至图 6中的各个方法 100至 300的相应流程, 为了简洁, 在 此不再赘述。

图 10示出了根据本发明实施例的 SGSN 700的示意性框图。 如图 10 所示, 该 SGSN 700包括: 接收模块 710, 获取模块 720, 发送模块 730。
接收模块 710, 用于接收本地网关 LGW发送的下行数据包。
获取模块 720, 用于根据该下行数据包的包头中的地址信息, 获取用于 指示寻呼范围的指示信息。
发送模块 730, 用于向家庭基站网关 HNB GW发送第一寻呼消息, 该 第一寻呼消息包括该指示信息, 以便于该 HNB GW根据该指示信息确定能 够与该 LGW建立本地承载的 HNB , 并向该 HNB发送第二寻呼消息。
在本发明实施例中, 可选地, 该第二寻呼消息包括该指示信息, 以便 于该 HNB在根据该指示信息确定能够与该 LGW建立本地承载时,向该 UE 发送第三寻呼消息。
在本发明实施例中, 可选地, 该获取模块 720获取的该指示信息包括 该 LGW所在的本地网络的标识、 该 LGW的标识和该 LGW的地址中的至 少一种。
根据本发明实施例的 GPRS服务支持节点 700可对应于本发明实施例 中的 SGSN,并且 SGSN 700中的各个模块的上述和其它操作和 /或功能分别 为了实现图 2至图 6中的各个方法 100至 300的相应流程, 为了简洁, 在 此不再赘述。
因此, 本发明实施例的用于寻呼的 GPRS服务支持节点, 通过指示信 息确定能够与触发寻呼的本地网关建立本地承载的家庭基站, 并向所确定 的家庭基站发送寻呼消息, 能够避免不支持与本地网关建立本地承载的家 庭基站都给用户设备发送寻呼消息, 从而能够减少家庭基站与家庭基站网 关和用户设备之间的寻呼消息, 并且能够节省系统开销, 提高系统效率。
还应理解 , 本发明实施例可以应用于 LTE系统 , 在 LTE系统中 , eNB 可以对应于本发明实施例中的 HNB。
本领域普通技术人员可以意识到, 结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的 各示例的单元及算法步骤, 能够以电子硬件、 计算机软件或者二者的结合 来实现, 为了清楚地说明硬件和软件的可互换性, 在上述说明中已经按照 功能一般性地描述了各示例的组成及步骤。 这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件 方式来执行, 取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。 专业技术人员 可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能, 但是这种实 现不应认为超出本发明的范围。

所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销 售或使用时, 可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。 基于这样的理解, 本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分, 或者该技术 方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来, 该计算机软件产品存 储在一个存储介质中, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个 人计算机, 服务器, 或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的 全部或部分步骤。 而前述的存储介质包括: U盘、 移动硬盘、 只读存储器
( ROM, Read-Only Memory ), 随机存取存储器 (RAM, Random Access Memory )、 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种用于寻呼的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
获取用于指示寻呼范围的指示信息;
根据所述指示信息, 确定能够与触发寻呼的本地网关 (LGW )建立本 地承载的家庭基站(HNB );
向所述 HNB发送第二寻呼消息, 以便于所述 HNB向用户设备 ( UE ) 发送第三寻呼消息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取用于指示寻呼 范围的指示信息, 包括:
获取 GPRS服务支持节点(SGSN )发送的第一寻呼消息, 所述第一寻 呼消息包括所述指示信息。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 接收所述 LGW发送的下行数据包;
所述获取用于指示寻呼范围的指示信息, 包括:
根据所述下行数据包的包头中的地址信息, 获取所述指示信息。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第二寻呼消息包括 所述指示信息,以便于所述 HNB在根据所述指示信息确定能够与所述 LGW 建立本地承载时, 向所述 UE发送第三寻呼消息。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述指示 信息包括所述 LGW所在的本地网络的标识,所述 LGW的标识和所述 LGW 的地址中的至少一种。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述确定能够与触发寻 呼的本地网关 LGW建立本地承载的家庭基站 HNB, 包括:
根据所述指示信息确定所述 HNB,所述 HNB支持本地 IP访问(LIPA ) 和 /或选择性 IP业务卸载( SIPTO ), 并且所述 HNB能够与所述 LGW建立 本地承载。
7、 一种用于寻呼的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收家庭基站网关 (HNB GW )发送的第二寻呼消息, 所述第二寻呼 消息包括用于指示寻呼范围的指示信息;
根据所述指示信息确定能够与触发寻呼的本地网关 (LGW )建立本地 承载;
向用户设备(UE )发送第三寻呼消息。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第二寻呼消息为所 述 HNB GW根据来自 GPRS服务支持节点 (SGSN ) 的第一寻呼消息而发 送的消息, 所述第一寻呼消息包括所述指示信息。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第二寻呼消息为所 述 HNB GW根据来自所述 LGW的下行数据包而发送的消息, 所述指示信
10、 根据权利要求 7至 9中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述指 示信息包括所述 LGW所在的本地网络的标识, 所述 LGW的标识和所述 LGW的地址中的至少一种。
11、 一种用于寻呼的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收本地网关 ( LGW )发送的下行数据包;
根据所述下行数据包的包头中的地址信息, 获取用于指示寻呼范围的 指示信息;
向家庭基站网关 (HNB GW )发送第一寻呼消息, 所述第一寻呼消息 包括所述指示信息, 以便于所述 HNB GW根据所述指示信息确定能够与所 述 LGW建立本地承载的 HNB, 并向所述 HNB发送第二寻呼消息。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第二寻呼消息包 括所述指示信息, 以便于所述 HNB 在根据所述指示信息确定能够与所述 LGW建立本地承载时, 向所述 UE发送第三寻呼消息。
13、 根据权利要求 11或 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述指示信息 包括所述 LGW所在的本地网络的标识、 所述 LGW的标识和所述 LGW的 地址中的至少一种。
14、 一种家庭基站网关 (HNB GW ), 其特征在于, 包括:
获取模块, 用于获取指示寻呼范围的指示信息;
确定模块, 用于根据所述指示信息, 确定能够与触发寻呼的本地网关 ( LGW )建立本地承载的家庭基站(HNB );
发送模块, 用于向所述 HNB发送第二寻呼消息, 以便于所述 HNB向 用户设备 ( UE )发送第三寻呼消息。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的 HNB GW, 其特征在于, 所述获取模块还 用于:
获取 GPRS服务支持节点(SGSN )发送的第一寻呼消息, 所述第一寻 呼消息包括所述指示信息。
16、 根据权利要求 14所述的 HNB GW, 其特征在于, 所述 HNB GW 还包括:
接收模块, 用于接收所述 LGW发送的下行数据包;
所述获取模块还用于根据所述下行数据包的包头中的地址信息, 获取 所述指示信息。
17、 根据权利要求 14所述的 HNB GW, 其特征在于, 所述发送模块发 送的所述第二寻呼消息包括所述指示信息, 以便于所述 HNB在根据所述指 示信息确定能够与所述 LGW建立本地承载时, 向所述 UE发送第三寻呼消 息。
18、 根据权利要求 14至 17中任一项所述的 HNB GW, 其特征在于, 所述获取模块获取的所述指示信息包括所述 LGW所在的本地网络的标识、 所述 LGW的标识和所述 LGW的地址中的至少一种。
19、 根据权利要求 14所述的 HNB GW, 其特征在于, 所述确定模块还 用于: 根据所述指示信息确定所述 HNB,所述 HNB支持本地 IP访问(LIPA ) 和 /或选择性 IP业务卸载( SIPTO ), 并且所述 HNB能够与所述 LGW建立 本地承载。
20、 一种家庭基站(HNB ), 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收家庭基站网关(HNB GW )发送的第二寻呼消息, 所述第二寻呼消息包括用于指示寻呼范围的指示信息;
确定模块, 用于根据所述指示信息确定能够与触发寻呼的本地网关 ( LGW )建立本地承载;
发送模块, 用于向用户设备(UE )发送第三寻呼消息。
21、根据权利要求 20所述的 HNB, 其特征在于, 所述接收模块接收的 所述第二寻呼消息为所述 HNB GW根据来自 GPRS服务支持节点(SGSN ) 的第一寻呼消息而发送的消息, 所述第一寻呼消息包括所述指示信息。
22、根据权利要求 20所述的 HNB, 其特征在于, 所述接收模块接收的 所述第二寻呼消息为所述 HNB GW根据来自所述 LGW的下行数据包而发 信息确定。
23、 根据权利要求 20至 22中任一项所述的 HNB, 其特征在于, 所述 指示信息包括所述 LGW所在的本地网络的标识、 所述 LGW的标识和所述 LGW的地址中的至少一种。
24、 一种 GPRS服务支持节点 (SGSN ), 其特征在于, 包括: 接收模块, 用于接收本地网关 (LGW )发送的下行数据包;
获取模块, 用于根据所述下行数据包的包头中的地址信息, 获取用于 指示寻呼范围的指示信息;
发送模块, 用于向家庭基站网关 (HNB GW )发送第一寻呼消息, 所 述第一寻呼消息包括所述指示信息, 以便于所述 HNB GW根据所述指示信 息确定能够与所述 LGW建立本地承载的 HNB,并向所述 HNB发送第二寻 呼消息。
25、 根据权利要求 24所述的 SGSN, 其特征在于, 所述第二寻呼消息 包括所述指示信息, 以便于所述 HNB在根据所述指示信息确定能够与所述 LGW建立本地承载时, 向所述 UE发送第三寻呼消息。
26、 根据权利要求 24或 25所述的 SGSN, 其特征在于, 所述获取模块获 取的所述指示信息包括所述 LGW所在的本地网络的标识、 所述 LGW的标识 和所述 LGW的地址中的至少一种。
