说明书 恒力升降杆
技术领域
[1] 本发明是关于一种卫浴用品, 特别是指一种调节固定花洒的恒力升降杆。
背景技术
[2] 我们日常使用的淋浴喷头安装主要有两种方式: 一种是固定式, 此种形式主要 是用于宾馆或是标准公寓等处的嵌墙式的暗装接口上, 则淋浴喷头的位置是固 定的; 另一种是活动式, 此种形式主要是目前家居中普遍釆用的固定方式, 该 淋浴喷头主要是从供水接口用软管连接出水, 其使用位置为活动的。
[3] 为进一步令淋浴喷头具有多个固定位置使用的灵活性, 现有的卫浴房内都安装 有花洒升降杆, 此升降杆上活动固定有一花洒固定座, 如此调整花洒固定使用 吋的高度, 方便大人与小孩的调整使用。
[4] 但是该升降杆上的花洒固定座的调节都是依靠花洒固定座的旋紧装置实现, 即 在调整吋需要先旋松该旋紧装置, 将花洒固定座沿升降杆滑至所需位置吋再旋 紧该旋紧装置以将花洒固定座固定在所需的高度位置, 因此该升降杆的调节实 施, 需要双手的操作, 若在淋浴过程中双手有沐浴泡沫, 却无法实现快速的调 整花洒固定座。
发明内容
[5] 本发明的目的是提供一种恒力升降杆, 其可令升降杆上的花洒固定座的调整无 需双手操作即可迅速的调整, 而达操作便利的功能。
[6] 为实现上述目的, 本发明的解决方案是: 一种恒力升降杆, 由杆体与套置于杆 体上的花洒固定座构成, 花洒固定座的外侧设有固定花洒手柄的套座; 其中: 该杆体上纵向分布有复数个定位孔; 而花洒固定座包括滑座上盖、 滑座下盖、 浮动块、 活动块、 复位弹簧及力值定位弹簧; 浮动块套置于杆体上, 在浮动块 下部外侧呈径向装置有活动块与复位弹簧, 活动块内侧对应杆体的定位孔设有 卡扣; 浮动块活动置于滑座上盖与滑座下盖构成的容置腔中, 力值定位弹簧位 于浮动块与滑座上盖之间; 另滑座上盖内延伸有一与活动块的卡扣动态配合的
推臂。
[7] 所述滑座上盖为一罩壳, 罩壳偏心的形成一配合杆体截面的通孔, 沿此通孔外 侧在罩壳内向下延伸一推臂, 该推臂的下部形成斜导面, 另在壳体内侧壁的下 部形成一配合孔。
[8] 所述滑座下盖为一盖体, 其内侧形成一阶梯形卡块以伸置于滑座上盖的配合孔 中与滑座上盖形成活动配合, 在滑座下盖形成有配合杆体截面的通孔。
[9] 所述浮动块为一偏心套筒, 套筒上部形成套座, 在套座外侧的浮动块上轴向形 成一沉槽以容置力值定位弹簧; 而在套座下部向外侧径向形成容置槽以容置活 动块。
[10] 所述浮动块的下部形成一配合杆体截面的套孔。
[11] 所述活动块为一块体, 其内侧形成一卡扣, 该卡扣的上部为斜面, 下面为平面
; 另在活动块的外侧形成有沉孔以容置复位弹簧。
[12] 釆用上述方案后, 由于本发明升降杆杆体上的花洒固定座完全依靠其内部的浮 动块及活动块的设置并配合力值定位弹簧及复位弹簧的结构, 可以令花洒固定 座在具有定位孔的杆体上由活动块实现自锁自动定位的功能, 以此实现快速调 整花洒固定座在升降杆杆体上的高度选择, 相对现有技术中双手调节花洒固定 座的结构, 其在操作上更加便利快捷。

具体实施方式
[15] 如图 1、 2所示, 本发明的恒力升降杆, 其包括一升降杆杆体 1及活动套置在该 杆体 1上的花洒固定座 2。
[16] 升降杆杆体 1为一细长的管体, 其上下部固定在墙体上, 而在管壁上呈纵向均 匀分布有复数个定位孔 11。
[17] 花洒固定座 2包括滑座上盖 21、 滑座下盖 22、 浮动块 23、 活动块 24、 复位弹簧 2
5及力值定位弹簧 26;
[18] 滑座上盖 21为一罩壳, 其外侧延伸一倒锥形套座 211以套置花洒手柄; 罩壳偏
心的形成一配合杆体 1截面的通孔 212, 沿此通孔 212外侧在罩壳内向下延伸一推 臂 213, 该推臂 213的下部形成斜导面 214, 另在壳体内侧壁的下部形成一配合孔 215;
[19] 滑座下盖 22为一对应罩壳的盖体, 其内侧形成一阶梯形卡块 221以伸置于上述 的配合孔 215中与滑座上盖 21形成活动配合, 同吋与滑座上盖 21形成一容置腔 A , 另在该滑座下盖 22上对应上述通孔 212的位置亦形成配合杆体 1截面的通孔 222
[20] 浮动块 23为一偏心套筒, 套筒上部形成套座 231, 在套座 231外侧的浮动块 23上 轴向形成沉槽 232以容置力值定位弹簧 26; 而在套座 231下部向外侧径向形成容 置槽 233以容置活动块 24; 浮动块 23的下部形成一配合杆体 1截面的套孔 234;
[21] 活动块 24为一块体, 其内侧形成一卡扣 241, 该卡扣 241的上部为配合上述斜导 面 214的斜面 2411, 卡扣 241的下面为平面 2412, 另在活动块 24的外侧形成有沉 孔 242以容置复位弹簧 25。
[22] 配合图示, 组合吋, 将装置有复位弹簧 25的活动块 24放置于浮动块 23的容置槽 233中, 再将力值定位弹簧 26容置于浮动块 23的沉槽 232中, 将装配好的浮动块 2 3自滑座上盖 21下部向上置于滑座上盖 21中, 并利用其套座 231套置于滑座上盖 2 1的通孔 212的推臂 213上, 最后将滑座下盖 22利用其卡块 221与滑座上盖 21的配 合孔 215中配合即形成一花洒固定座 2, 此吋的浮动块 23是活动的位于滑座上盖 2 1与滑座下座 22构成的容置腔 A中, 最后将花洒固定座 2套置于升降杆杆体 1上, 与此同吋力值定位弹簧 26的上部是顶靠在滑座上盖 21的上壁上, 而下部是顶靠 在浮动块 23的沉槽 232下部; 而复位弹簧 25的前端是顶靠在活动块 24的沉孔 242 中, 而后端是顶靠在浮动块 23的容置槽 233的内壁上。
[23] 如图 1所示, 正常状态该浮动块 23的下端是与滑座下盖 22接触, 活动块 24受复 位弹簧 25的伸张力作用, 令活动块 24始终具有一向升降杆杆体 1的作用力, 则活 动块 24的卡扣 241是伸置于升降杆杆体 1的定位孔 11中, 由于定位孔 11支撑力的 作用, 整个花洒固定座 2是固定在升降杆杆体 1上不会下滑。
[24] 当花洒固定座 2需要升高高度吋, 即令花洒固定座 2相对升降杆杆体 1向上滑动 吋, 向上抬动整个花洒固定座 2, 由于活动块 24的卡扣 241上部为斜面 2411, 向
上施力卡扣 241的斜面 2411会将活动块 24顶推向外侧移动, 则卡扣 241即会从定 位孔 11中退出, 因此整个花洒固定座 2可以顺利向上滑动, 待滑至所需位置吋, 松释花洒固定座 2, 则活动块 24在复位弹簧 25复位力的作用下令卡扣 241向左移 动又会伸置于升降杆杆体 1的定位孔 11中定位, 令花洒固定座 2不会从升降杆杆 体 1上滑落, 从而实现定位。
[25] 如图 2所示, 当花洒固定座 2需要降低高度吋, 即令花洒固定座 2相对升降杆杆 体 1向下滑动吋, 由于卡 241卡住了定位孔 11, 使得浮动块 23不动, 而滑座上盖 2 1只能压缩力值定位弹簧 26继续向下运动, 当滑座上盖 21推臂 213的斜导面 214与 卡扣 241的斜面 2411接触吋, 即令卡扣 241向右移动从定位孔 11中退出, 在一定 的力值的情况下可以使花洒固定座 2向下滑动, 滑至所需位置吋, 松释花洒固定 座 2, 在力值定位弹簧 26的复位力及活动块 24在复位弹簧 25复位力的作用下令卡 扣 241向左移动又会伸置于升降杆杆体 1的定位孔 11中定位, 令花洒固定座 2不会 从升降杆杆体 1上滑落, 从而实现定位。
工业实用性
[26] 本发明一种恒力升降杆, 其花洒固定座完全依靠其内部的浮动块 23及活动块 24 的设置并配合力值定位弹簧 26及复位弹簧 25的结构, 可以令花洒固定座 2在具有 定位孔 11的杆体 1上实现自锁自动定位的功能, 以此实现快速调整花洒固定座 2 在升降杆杆体 1上的高度选择, 相对现有技术中双手调节花洒固定座 2的结构, 其在操作上更加便利快捷, 具有良好的工业实用性。
Claims
[1] 一种恒力升降杆, 由杆体与套置于杆体上的花洒固定座构成, 花洒固定座 的外侧设有固定花洒手柄的套座; 其特征在于: 该杆体上纵向分布有复数 个定位孔; 而花洒固定座包括滑座上盖、 滑座下盖、 浮动块、 活动块、 复 位弹簧及力值定位弹簧; 浮动块套置于杆体上, 在浮动块下部外侧呈径向 装置有活动块与复位弹簧, 活动块内侧对应杆体的定位孔设有卡扣; 浮动 块活动置于滑座上盖与滑座下盖构成的容置腔中, 力值定位弹簧位于浮动 块与滑座上盖之间; 另滑座上盖内延伸有一与活动块的卡扣动态配合的推 臂;
常态吋, 浮动块的下端与滑座下盖接触, 活动块受复位弹簧的伸张力作用 , 始终具有一向升降杆杆体的力, 使活动块上的卡扣伸置于升降杆杆体的 定位孔中, 整个花洒固定座固定在升降杆杆体上不会下滑。
[2] 如权利要求 1所述的恒力升降杆, 其特征在于: 滑座上盖为一罩壳, 罩壳偏 心的形成一配合杆体截面的通孔, 沿此通孔外侧在罩壳内向下延伸一推臂 , 该推臂的下部形成斜导面, 另在壳体内侧壁的下部形成一配合孔。
[3] 如权利要求 1或 2所述的恒力升降杆, 其特征在于: 滑座下盖为一盖体, 其 内侧形成一阶梯形卡块以伸置于滑座上盖的配合孔中与滑座上盖形成活动 配合, 在滑座下盖形成有配合杆体截面的通孔。
[4] 如权利要求 1所述的恒力升降杆, 其特征在于: 浮动块为一偏心套筒, 套筒 上部形成套座, 在套座外侧的浮动块上轴向形成一沉槽以容置力值定位弹 簧; 而在套座下部向外侧径向形成容置槽以容置活动块。
[5] 如权利要求 1或 4所述的恒力升降杆, 其特征在于: 浮动块的下部形成一配 合杆体截面的套孔。
[6] 如权利要求 1所述的恒力升降杆, 其特征在于: 活动块为一块体, 其内侧形 成一卡扣, 该卡扣的上部为斜面, 下面为平面; 另在活动块的外侧形成有 沉孔以容置复位弹簧。
