[3] 为进一步令淋浴喷头具有多个固定位置使用的灵活性, 现有的卫浴房内都安装 有花洒升降杆, 此升降杆上活动固定有一花洒固定座, 如此调整花洒固定使用 吋的高度, 方便大人与小孩的调整使用。
[4] 但是该升降杆上的花洒固定座的调节都是依靠花洒固定座的旋紧装置实现, 即 在调整吋需要先旋松该旋紧装置, 将花洒固定座沿升降杆滑至所需位置吋再旋 紧该旋紧装置以将花洒固定座固定在所需的高度位置, 因此该升降杆的调节实 施, 需要双手的操作, 若在淋浴过程中双手有沐浴泡沫, 却无法实现快速的调 整花洒固定座。
发明内容
[5] 本发明的目的是提供一种对花洒固定座操作便利、 调整省力的恒力升降杆。
[6] 为实现上述目的, 本发明的解决方案是: 一种恒力升降杆, 由杆体与套置于杆 体上的花洒固定座构成, 花洒固定座的外侧设有固定花洒手柄的套座; 其中: 花洒固定座包括滑座上盖、 滑座下盖、 浮动块、 楔形块、 复位弹簧及力值定位 弹簧; 浮动块套置于杆体上, 其上部形成倒锥形套座, 下部呈径向设有容置槽
; 楔形块上部形成楔形体是伸置于上述浮动块的锥形套座中, 楔形块下部形成 座体与复位弹簧呈轴向设置于上述浮动块的容置槽中; 楔形体内侧设有摩擦片 ; 浮动块活动置于滑座上盖与滑座下盖构成的容置腔中, 力值定位弹簧位于浮 动块与滑座上盖之间。
[7] 所述滑座上盖为一罩壳, 罩壳偏心的形成一配合杆体截面的通孔, 在壳体内侧 壁的下部形成一配合孔。
[8] 所述滑座下盖为一盖体, 其内侧形成一阶梯形卡块以伸置于滑座上盖的配合孔 中与滑座上盖形成活动配合, 在滑座下盖形成有配合杆体截面的通孔。
[9] 所述浮动块为一偏心套筒, 套筒上部形成倒锥形套座, 在套座外侧的浮动块上 轴向形成一沉槽以容置力值定位弹簧。
[10] 所述浮动块的下部形成一配合杆体截面的套孔。
[11] 所述楔形体的座体自下向上轴向形成一容置复位弹簧的套座。
[12] 所述摩擦片是嵌置于楔形体内侧。
[13] 釆用上述方案后, 由于本发明升降杆杆体上的花洒固定座完全依靠其内部的浮 动块及楔形块的设置并配合力值定位弹簧及复位弹簧的结构, 可以令花洒固定 座由楔形体与浮动块倒锥形套座的楔紧关系并配合摩擦片对杆体的摩擦力实现 自锁自动定位的功能, 以此实现快速调整花洒固定座在升降杆杆体上的高度选 择, 相对现有技术中双手调节花洒固定座的结构, 其在操作上更加便利快捷。 附图说明

[21] 浮动块 23为一偏心套筒, 套筒上部形成倒锥形套座 231, 在套座 231外侧的浮动 块 23上轴向形成一沉槽 232以容置力值定位弹簧 26; 而在套座 231下部向外侧径 向形成容置槽 233以容置楔形块 24; 浮动块 23的下部形成一配合杆体 1截面的套 孔 234;
[22] 楔形块 24为一异形块体, 其内侧上部形成一配合上述倒锥形套座 231的楔形体 2 41, 该楔形体 241的内侧嵌置一摩擦片 242, 在楔形块 24的下部形成为座体 243而 容置于上述容置槽 233中, 该座体 243自下向上轴向形成一套座 244以容置复位弹 簧 25。
