Abstract

본 발명은 밀폐된 크루서블을 이용한 금속산화물의 환원·용융방법 및 장치에 대한 발명으로, 구체적으로는 크루서블 내에서 환원재와 산소가 용이하게 반응하는 환원 분위기를 형성할 수 있고, 금속 산화물의 환원 및 용융을 동일한 장치 내에서 연속적으로 수행할 수 있는 밀폐된 크루서블을 이용한 금속산화물의 환원·용융방법 및 장치에 대한 발명이다. 본 발명에 따르는 밀폐된 크루서블을 이용한 금속산화물의 환원·용융방법은 금속산화물을 크루서블(crucible)에 투입하는 단계; 상기 크루서블을 밀폐(seal)하는 단계; 및 상기 밀폐된 크루서블을 가열하여, 상기 금속산화물을 환원·용융시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하고, 환원·용융장치는 환원 및 용융될 재료가 내장되는 크루서블; 상기 크루서블이 내장되고, 상기 크루서블을 가열시키는 퍼니스를 포함하되, 상기 크루서블은 밀폐되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
