本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、 便于组装、 受力合理且体积小的 电视机架。
为了达到上述目的, 本发明采用的技术方案为: 一种电视机架, 包括基 座、 中间体、 电视机支架、 上下角度调节器和水平角度调节器, 其中基座与 中间体铰接, 电视机支架包括摆轴和连接板, 连接板与摆轴固定连接, 中间 体由第一壳体和第二壳体通过上、 下连接臂固定连接而成, 上下角度调节器 的电机装在中间体的第一壳体内, 水平角度调节器的电机装在中间体的第二 壳体内, 上下角度调节器还包括相互铰接的曲柄和连杆, 连杆与基座铰接, 水平角度调节器还包括相互铰接的曲柄和连杆, 连杆与电视机支架的摆轴传 动连接, 上、 下连接臂上具有轴承, 电视机支架的摆轴与轴承转动配合。

采用上述结构后, 由于电视机支架包括摆轴和连接板, 连接板与摆轴固 定连接, 因此电视机支架简单, 体积小; 由于中间体由第一壳体和第二壳体 通过上、 下连接臂固定连接而成, 上下角度调节器的电机装在中间体的第一 壳体内, 水平角度调节器的电机装在中间体的第二壳体内, 因此, 中间体的 第一壳体和第二壳体可以并排布置, 使中间体的长度大大缩短, 即缩短了基 座与电视机支架之间的距离, 节省了空间, 此外, 上下角度调节器和水平角 度调节器便于组装, 相互不干扰; 再由于上下角度调节器和水平角度调节器 均采用曲柄和连杆结构, 上、 下连接臂上具有轴承, 电视机支架的摆轴与轴 承转动配合, 这不但简化了结构, 减小了体积, 而且角度调节器采用曲柄、 连杆结构比现有技术的齿轮传动结构受力更合理, 制造更容易。 因为现有技 术要采用功率较大的电机来驱动齿轮, 因此所需电机的体积大, 装电机的中 间体的体积也要大。 本发明可采用功率较小的电机来驱动曲柄、 连杆, 因此 电机体积小, 从而减小了中间体的体积; 此外本发明装饰性强, 尤其适应于 家庭、 会议、 教室等室内装饰使用。 附图说明

d、 上下角度调节器(4)还包括相互铰接的曲柄(4-2)和连杆(4-3), 连杆 (4_3) 与基座 U) 铰接,
e、 水平角度调节器(5)还包括相互铰接的曲柄(5-2)和连杆(5-3), 连杆 (5-3) 与电视机支架 (3) 的摆轴 (3-1) 传动连接,
f、 上、 下连接臂 (2-3、 2-4) 上具有第一、 第二轴承 (2-3-1、 2-4-1), 电视机支架(3) 的摆轴(3-1)与第一、 第二轴承(2-3-1、 2-4-1)转动配合。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电视机架, 其特征在于: 所述电视机支架 (3) 的摆轴 (3-1) 上带有摇臂 (3-1-1), 摇臂 (3-1-1) 伸在第一壳体 (2-1) 和第二壳体(2-2)之间的间隔(12)内,水平角度调节器(5)的连杆(5-3) 伸出第二壳体 (2-2) 进入间隔 (12) 内且与摇臂 (3-1-1) 铰接。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的电视机架, 其特征在于: 所述电视机支架 (3) 的摆轴 (3-1) 上还装有平面轴承 (6), 平面轴承 (6) 夹在摇臂 (3-1-1) 的下端面与下连接臂 (2-4) 的轴承 (2-4-1) 的上端面之间。
4、 根据权利要求 1 所述的电视机架, 其特征在于: 所述上下角度调节器 (4) 的电机 (4-1) 的轴 (4-1-1) 伸出第一壳体 (2-1), 曲柄 (4-2) 位于 第一壳体 (2-1) 和第二壳体 (2-2) 之间的间隔 (12) 内, 连杆 (4-3) 与 曲柄 (4-2) 的铰接端位于间隔 (12) 内。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的电视机架, 其特征在于: 所述第一壳体 (2-1) 和第二壳体(2-2)均呈槽形且槽口部位开有对应的第一、第二通孔(2-1-1、 2-2-1), 一铰支轴 (7) 穿过第一、 第二通孔 (2-1-1、 2-2-1), 铰支轴 (7) 的两端与基座 (1) 上的铰支座 (9) 铰接。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的电视机架, 其特征在于: 所述电视机支架 (3) 的摆轴 (3-1) 上端还装有机顶盒架 (3-3)。
7、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3或 4或 5或 6所述的电视机架, 其特征在于: 所述中间体 (2) 的第一壳体 (2-1) 和第二壳体 (2-2) 上均开有若干通风 孔 (2-1-2、 2-2-2)。
8、 根据权利要求 5所述的电视机架, 其特征在于: 所述第一壳体 (2-1) 和第二壳体 (2-2) 的上下端还连接有防尘盖板 (10、 10')。
9、 根据权利要求 8 所述的电视机架, 其特征在于: 所述防尘盖板 (10、 10') 上装有电插座。
