Abstract

The present invention is a textile method developed in order to obtain a fabric structure (7) by means of a weaving loom comprising a plurality of loom reed (2) and at least one warp beam (5) around which and warp threads are wrapped, characterized by comprising the steps of: a) wrapping at least two different kinds of threads (3, 4) around at least one warp beam (5), b) passing at least two different said warp threads (3, 4) wrapped around said at least one warp beam (5) through the same loom reed aperture (21), c) realizing weaving process with weft threads (6) so that at least two different warp threads (3, 4) wrap each other in an irregular manner.

Description

A TEXTILE METHOD WHICH PROVIDES SPECIAL EFFECTS BY MEANS OF A
WEAVING LOOM
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to textile methods. The present invention especially relates to a textile method developed in order to obtain a fabric structure by means of a weaving loom comprising at least one warp beam around which a plurality of loom reed and warp thread are wrapped.
PRIOR ART
As already known, a fabric structure is formed by passing the weft and warp thread one above another so as to from a web structure by means of a weaving loom. In more details, said textile process in the weaving looms is realized by passing the threads called weft threads through the aperture opened by raising some of the threads called warp threads which are side by side and by pulling down the some other threads by means of means called loom reed by means of a shuttle. In order to obtain special attention drawing effects, special threads should be used.
In the present applications, the two different threads are twisted together in the thread manufacturing plant or distinctive looking thread machines, a different thread comprising the two types is obtained and the textile process is realized using these threads. In this application, two threads which are technically different cannot be twisted together (for instance, a thin silvery thread and a thick cotton thread). On the other hand, as long as there is not a substantial amount of order for the product, such an application is impossible for the thread plant. In such cases, the manufacturer should buy a distinctive looking thread machine. Thus, in both cases, these are additional costs for the manufacturer.
As a result, in the related technical field, because of the above mentioned problems, a novelty is needed. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a novelty realized in the fabric textile method that eliminates above mentioned disadvantages and brings new advantages to the relevant technical field.
An object of the present invention is to be able to manufacture a fabric structure comprising randomly changing effects thereon by means of a standard weaving loom.
Another object of the present invention is to be able to change the density and length of the effect during the textile process realized by a standard weaving loom.
Another object of the present invention is to be able to obtain randomly changing effects by means of a standard weaving loom without the need for a special thread manufacture.
In order to achieve this object, the present invention is a textile method developed in order to obtain a fabric structure by means of a weaving loom comprising a plurality of loom reed and at least one warp beam around which warp threads are wrapped, characterized by comprising the steps of:
a) wrapping at least two different kinds of threads around at least one warp beam, b) passing at least two different said warp threads wrapped around said at least one warp beam through the same loom reed aperture, c) realizing weaving process with weft threads so that at least two different warp threads wrap each other in an irregular manner.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, for the threads which have similar physical and/or chemical properties, only one warp beam is used.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, when physically and/or chemically substantially different threads are used, for each thread a different warp beam is used. In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the effect formed by changing the tension of said warp thread, it is determined which thread is denser on the surface of the fabric and/or the length of the effect is determined.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, two different types of threads are used as warp thread.
In order to understand the embodiment of the present invention with the additional elements in the best way, it had to be evaluated with the figures that are explained below.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

THE DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In this detailed explanation, the invented subject matter is explained with figures in order to make the subject more understandable without forming any restrictive effect.
According to this, in this detailed explanation, the application of the present invention to a standard weaving loom (armure type) with two groups of threads is explained. However, with the subject matter method, the textile process can also be realized with a greater number of threads and again the subject matter method can also be applied to any weaving loom (for instance the jacquard weaving loom) comprising a loom reed through which a thread passes.
As can be seen in Figure 1 , the subject matter weaving loom (not illustrated in the figure) has a standard structure and it comprises at least two frames (1) which are movable up and down and it comprises at least two loom reeds (2) having a loom reed aperture (21) in the middle and which are placed on said frames (1). Here in order to explain the matter in a clear way, only one pair of loom reeds is illustrated, however in practice, as already known in the related technical field, in a real weaving loom there are thousands of loom reeds. On the other hand, it comprises a warp beam (5) around which the warp threads are wrapped and which is rotated during the textile process by the weaving loom.
In the light of the above mentioned structural details, the operation of the subject matter invention is as follows. First of all, first and second warp threads (3, 4) which will be used in the textile process with the thread bobbins (not illustrated in the figure) are wrapped around the warp beam (5) using the already known methods in the art. Afterwards, a step called drawing in is followed and during this step these two threads (3, 4) are passed through the same loom reed aperture (21) in the same loom reed (2) by means of a worker or an automatic drawing in mechanism regularly. According to this, when the weaving loom starts operation, the frames (1) start moving up and down and by means of the shuttle mechanism the weft threads (6) start to contact with said two threads (3, 4). During this process, with the substantial up and down movement of the frames (1), the first and second warp threads (3, 4) are wrapping around on one another in an arrangement which is not standard. As a result of this, on the fabric structure, very good looking effects which have a changing structure can be obtained. On the other hand, during the textile process the tensions of the first and/or second warp threads (3, 4) are changed by the methods already known in the art and it can be adjusted which thread will be denser in the obtained effect and the length of the effect can be adjusted.
For instance, in the effect example given in Figure 3, a white thread as the first warp thread (3) is used and a black thread as the second warp thread (4) is used. According to this, during the application, the tension of the white thread (3) is decreased and thus the white thread becomes denser on the fabric surface. Thus, during the wrapping around of the threads (3, 4), it can be seen that an effect is obtained where in some parts white thread is on the upper surface and in some parts black thread is on the upper surface and it also can be seen that the effect is not periodical, in other words, the effect does not have a repetitive structure.
As a result, thanks to the subject matter invention, a different effect can be obtained in each textile process without the need for a special thread manufacture, thus with a standard weaving loom, an infinite number of different and exotic effects can be obtained.
In the subject matter method, in the cases where the first and the second warp threads (3, 4) are similar, the application with one warp beam given in Figure 1 is preferred. For instance, only for the threads with different colors or only for the threads whose numbers are very close to each other this application can be preferred. However, if the physical or chemical properties of the threads to be used are very different from each other, as also given in Figure 2, in this case, for each thread a separate warp beam (5) should be used. As an example to this thread combination, the usage of a silvery thread having a thin structure and a thick polyester thread can be given.
The protection scope of the present invention is set forth in the annexed Claims and cannot be restricted to the illustrative disclosures given above, under the detailed description. It is because a person skilled in the relevant art can obviously produce similar embodiments under the light of the foregoing disclosures, without departing from the main principles of the present invention.

Claims

1. A textile method developed in order to obtain a fabric structure (7) by means of a weaving loom having a plurality of loom reed (2) and at least one warp beam (5) around which warp threads are wrapped, characterized by comprising the steps of:
a) wrapping at least two different kinds of threads (3, 4) around at least one warp beam (5), b) passing at least two different said warp threads (3, 4) wrapped around said at least one warp beam (5) through the same loom reed aperture (21), c) realizing weaving process with weft threads (6) so that at least two different warp threads (3, 4) wrap each other in an irregular manner.
2. A textile method according to Claim 1 , characterized in that in said step (a) for the threads which have similar physical and/or chemical properties, only one warp beam (5) is used.
3. A textile method according to Claim 1, characterized in that in said step (a) when physically and/or chemically substantially different threads are used, for each thread a different warp beam (5) is used.
4. A textile method according to Claim 1, characterized in that said step (b) is realized manually by a worker or by means of an automatic drawing in mechanism.
5. A textile method according to Claim 1 , characterized in that in said step (c) in the effect formed by changing the tension of said warp threads (3, 4), it is determined which thread is denser on the surface of the fabric and the length of the effect is determined.
6. A textile method according to any of the claims above, characterized in that two different types of threads (3, 4) are used as warp thread.
7. A textile method according to any of the claims above, characterized in that said weaving loom is armure or jacquard type weaving loom.
8. A textile fabric comprising a fabric structure (7) manufactured by a method according to any of the preceding claims.
