Abstract

본 발명은 비가 내릴 때 신체를 보호할 목적으로 사용하는 우산에 관한 것으로서, 우산을 구성하는 손잡이에 구비되는 조작부재를 조작하는 수고로움만으로 우산을 자동으로 펴고 접을 수 있는 작동성이 양호한 자동우산을 비교적 간단한 구성으로 제공한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 손잡이(2)가 하단에 마련되고 상단에 고정부재(5)가 결합된 우산대(3)와; 우산대(3)에 조립되는 작동부재 어셈블리(10)와; 상기 고정부재(5)와 작동부재 어셈블리(10)에 조립되는 우산살 어셈블리(4)와; 우산(1)을 편 상태로 고정하는 걸림구(6) 및 걸림구(6)를 분리하는 작동구(7)와; 상기 작동구(7)와 상단이 연결되는 와이어(9)와; 손잡이(3)내측에 결합되며 와이어(9)와 연결되는 조작부재(20)와; 상기 조작부재(20)를 탄성 지지하도록 몸체(21)의 하측에 배치한 복원스프링(24)과; 우산(1)을 접은 상태로 고정하고 조작부재(20)의 조작에 의해 고정상태가 해제되는 걸림쇠(27)를 탄성 지지하는 탄지스프링(29) 등으로 구성한 것으로서, 기존 사용되고 있는 우산(1)들과 비교할 때 사용 편리성을 획기적으로 개선하는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
