Abstract

The present invention relates to a strengthened insulation panel. A panel, for construction purposes, is thus obtained that has thermal and acoustic insulation properties and also has adequate structural rigidity owing to the reinforcement thereof. The panel is characterized in that it comprises a sheet of insulating material that, on one of the faces thereof, includes a mesh of reinforcement material, the sheet of insulating material comprising means for coupling adjacent sheets together.
