Abstract

본 발명은 전기 장판, 전기요, 전기 찜질기 등의 온열기에 사용되는 SCR, TRIAC 등과 같은 제어정류소자의 동작상태를 지속적으로 모니터링하여, 이상 발생으로 인해 정상적으로 동작하지 않을 경우 전원퓨즈를 단선시켜 발열선 히터가 지속적으로 발열되지 않도록 하는 온열기의 제어정류소자 고장시 전원퓨즈 단선장치에 관한 것으로, 제어정류소자를 온시키기 위한 게이트 트리거 전압이 게이트 단으로 공급되는지의 여부를 체크하고, 게이트 트리거 전압의 공급에 대응하여 발열선 히터가 발열되는지의 여부를 체크하여 게이트 트리거 전압이 공급되지 않는 상태에서도 발열선 히터가 발열하면 전원퓨즈를 단선시킴으로써, 온열기에 사용되는 전력제어 제어정류소자의 고장시 온도제어 신호와 무관하게 발열선 히터가 작동하여 화재가 발생하는 것을 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
