Abstract

L'invention porte sur un dispositif de mélange de médicament (10, 20, 40, 60) et sur un dispositif d'administration de médicament (20, 40, 60). Les deux dispositifs (10, 20, 40, 60) sont capables d'hydrater un médicament solide. Le dispositif d'administration de médicament (10, 20, 40, 60) est en outre agencé pour administrer le médicament hydraté à un site d'administration dans un corps humain ou animal. Les dispositifs (10, 20, 40, 60) comprennent un compartiment de médicament (12) destiné à contenir le médicament solide et de l'oxygène, un compartiment de combustible (11) destiné à contenir un fluide riche en hydrogène et une membrane d'échange de protons (13) située entre le compartiment de médicament (12) et le compartiment de combustible (11). Une électrode d'anode (15, 51) est disposée dans le compartiment de combustible (11) et une électrode de cathode (14, 52) dans le compartiment de médicament (12). Un circuit électronique (17) couple l'électrode d'anode (15, 51) à l'électrode de cathode (14, 52), de telle sorte que de l'eau est générée au niveau de l'électrode de cathode (14, 52) pour hydrater le médicament solide.
