Description

PANEL DE ENCOFRADO FORMWORK PANEL
DESCRIPCIÓNDESCRIPTION
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓNOBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a formwork panel having a special internal structure achieved by using suitable textile layers that give rise to a high degree of impact resistance.
This same panel incorporates corner reinforcements that protect it from impacts. The panel of this same invention incorporates a configuration with constructive solutions that result in a product with a better response to deformation due to sudden changes in temperature or the presence of moisture.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓNBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Of the same applicant of the present invention is the formwork panel with publication number ES1063569U where a panel characterized by a fiberglass and polyester resin housing is described, with ribs that define holes in the housing, which house slats of wood forming a compact panel.
In spite of being reinforced this panel can break if it receives a strong blow both at the ends and at the edges, places that are always more exposed to this type of accidents or aggressions. To overcome the above problems, a new reinforced formwork panel has been developed both in the internal structure of the panel and at its ends. The greater strength and resistance to impacts allows its reuse a greater number of times during use on site.
From a practical point of view, it has been found that a board such as that described in the state of the art and that does not incorporate the improvements claimed in this invention does not verify the structural and resistant criteria suitable for its application.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓNDESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
With the present invention it is intended to overcome the fragility problems of the formwork panels.
In the tasks of decoupling, by the blows that are given to the panel, it is when there is more possibility that it will break.
Only the manipulation of the panels subject them to sufficiently aggressive conditions so that they must withstand impacts in the most vulnerable areas, mainly the outer ones. Cited by extension, the most vulnerable areas are those constituted by the edges of the panel, the main faces of the panel and also the corners.
In the latter, the fall of the panel usually always occurs on the corners that cause a break that propagates according to the internal oriented structure. In order to achieve these objectives, a formwork panel constituted by means of a main body obtained by means of polishing has been carried out whose internal structure has a configuration such that its section is lightened in the form of cells. Each of the walls is formed by one or more textile layers embedded in resin where the textile layer (s) are constituted by a fabric, of woven structure or not, of fiberglass on which it is fixed, at least in one of their faces, either a non-woven fabric or wicks of a fabric other than fiberglass. From now on, when a fiberglass fabric is said, it will be understood that this fabric can be woven fabric or nonwoven fabric which is as it is called according to whether its internal structure has been obtained woven or is unstructured.
Additionally, corner reinforcements that protect the panel from bumps, mainly from falls, have been incorporated in the most vulnerable places on the panel.

REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓNPREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
Figure 1 shows a scheme of a textile layer (1) used during the manufacturing process of the panel.
The polishing operation as used in the prior art is an operation in which one or more glass fiber fabrics that are embedded in resin are continuously extruded.
The molds used in the operation of extrusion suffer a very high degree of abrasion by the fiberglass, reducing the life of use of this high price component significantly. If in addition the thickness of the final product that needs to be obtained is high, it is necessary to incorporate more than one fiberglass fabric. The value of fiberglass is important for this type of products, so a reinforcement based on the increase in the number of fiberglass fabrics makes the final product very expensive.
The present invention avoids the use of a plurality of fiberglass fabrics since the final thickness is achieved by fixing to a fiberglass fabric (1.1) or a second (1.2) nonwoven fabric or component or wicks of a fabric other than fiberglass.
This second component (1.2), as shown in the scheme of Figure 2, provides the volume necessary to cover the entire thickness during the poltrusion operation avoiding making use of additional glass fiber fabrics (1.1).
Another additional advantage is that the second (1.2) component, constituted either by a non-woven fabric, or by woven wicks, is not fiberglass. Thus, in the poltrusion operation, the fiberglass fabric (1.1) does not come into contact with the mold and abrasion by this material does not occur.
In this example, polyester, cotton or a combination of both is used for the second material other than fiberglass.
While the volume can be achieved by adding the second (1.2) tissue or component only in one of the faces of the fiberglass fabric (1.1), in this exemplary embodiment it has been incorporated in the two faces so that there is no direct contact of the fiberglass fabric (1.1) with any part of the polishing mold.
The fixing method between the fiberglass fabric (1.1) and the second (1.2) nonwoven fabric or the polyester-cotton wicks have been carried out by punching.
Figure 2 shows the structure of the main body (2) of the panel according to an exemplary embodiment obtained by polishing. This main body (2) is the result of the sectioning of the product obtained continuously during the polishing.
The side edges are now the major sides of the panel. These major sides have been reinforced by making the textile layers (1) of the main faces of the main body (2), prolonged, overlap on this edge.
It is also observed that the inner cells or cells (2.2) are smaller than the outer cells (2.1).
With this configuration, the inner cells (2.2) house slats (3), preferably of wood, to reinforce the structure of the panel. In this embodiment, low density wood has been used to reduce the overall weight and the slats (3) have been adhered by polyurethane foam. The result is a general structure of great rigidity. The ends also incorporate slats (3), made of wood in this example although expanded and extruded polystyrene or PVC could also be used, but of shorter length.
Figure 3 shows how the wooden slats (3) do not reach the end of the panel leaving a cavity that allows the introduction of a corner reinforcement.
In this exemplary embodiment, the corner reinforcement has been carried out by an elastomer block (4) configured according to a corner block (4.1) from which a seat section (4.2) emerges. Figure 4 shows the transition between these two parts according to a step (4.1.1).
Figure 3 shows an oblique line (L) in the corner where the elastomer block (4) is incorporated. This is the cutting line (L) of the main body (2) that allows it to fit the seating mode with the elastomer block (4) as configured.
The elastomer block (4) also has cavities (4.2.1) for lightening.
The elastomer block (4) is capable of absorbing the impacts that occur in the corner. In this example, the end of the internal reinforcing slat (3) has been matched with the seat section (4.2) so that a support is produced. The support prevents breakage due to the spread of the effort during the impact.
The use of a transverse screw (5) as shown in Figure 3 allows to fix the block (4) from elastomer to panel.
In this exemplary embodiment, in addition to the solutions involved in obtaining a lighter panel: the use of a textile layer (1) with greater volume due to the incorporation of non-woven fabric or polyester-cotton wicks, use of low density wood, the use of lightened cavities (4.2.1); It has also made use of thermosetting resin with mineral load which is incorporated hollow glass microspheres to lighten the weight.
In another exemplary embodiment, the corner reinforcement has been carried out by means of an elastomer block (5) having a corner block (5.1) from which a seat section (5.2) emerges destined to enter the cell (2.1). ) external of the panel (2) and a block (5.3) of testero from which sections (5.4) of seat for the rest of cells (2.2) of the panel (2) emerge, as shown in Figure 5, which allows to protect the panel heads (2) and that can be replaced when broken or worn.
The sections (5.2, 5.4) of the seat have lugs (5.2.1, 5.4.1) that are inserted by clipping into antagonistic holes present in the panel (not shown).
The corner block (5.1) can be inclined, to engage in the chamfered corner of a panel (2) formed from the oblique line (L).
