Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Beheizen eines drehbar gelagerten Führungsmantels einer Führungsrolle zum Führen und Erwärmen von Fäden. Die Führungsrolle weist einen Führungsmantel auf, der durch eine Luftlagerung am Umfang eines Achsträgers gehalten ist. Zur Erwärmung des Führungsmantels wird eine Druckluft außerhalb der Führungsrolle erwärmt und der Luftlagerung innerhalb der Führungsrolle zugeführt.
