同一のユーザ装置は、同一の上り基礎帯域を使って上りリンク制御シグナリング情報をフィードバックする。ユーザ装置に割り当てられたシーケンス番号は同一の周波数領域リソースブロックにマッピング(割り当てる)する。異なる下り基礎帯域に対応する上りリンク制御シグナリング情報のフィードバックは、異なるシーケンス番号により、シーケンスで区分する方法(符号多重)を使用して区分する。図11は、同一周波数領域リソースブロックにおける複数シーケンス番号の符号多重の様子を示す説明図である。
同一のユーザ装置は、同一の上り基礎帯域を使って上りリンク制御シグナリングをフィードバックする。ユーザ装置に割り当てられたシーケンス番号が同一であるが、M個の連続した周波数領域リソースブロックにマッピング(割り当てる)する。ここで、Mは、該ユーザ装置がフィードバックしようとする上りリンク制御シグナリング情報に対応する下り基礎帯域の数である。したがって、異なる下り基礎帯域幅に対応するフィードバック情報は、異なる周波数領域リソースブロックによって、周波数で区分する方法(周波数多重)を使用して区分する。図12は、同一シーケンス番号で、複数の周波数領域リソースブロックの周波数多重の様子を示す説明図である。

図14は、ユーザ装置102が、該ユーザ装置102に割り当てられた基礎帯域に対して、周期的なCQIフィードバックを行う場合の説明図である。図14に示すように、周期的に行われるチャネル品質情報(CQI)のフィードバックについて、ユーザ装置102は、基地局101が割り当てた基礎帯域幅のそれぞれにおける動作モードに基づき、既存のLTE リリース8(Rel-8)仕様書に記載しているフィードバックモードを参照しながら、基礎帯域のそれぞれにおけるチャネル品質情報に対してそれぞれ計算を行う。
図15は、ユーザ装置102が、該ユーザ装置102に割り当てられた基礎帯域に対してACK/NAKフィードバックを行う場合の説明図である。図15に示すように、ハイブリッド自動再送要求(HARQ)のフィードバックについて、ユーザ装置は、基地局がそれぞれの基礎帯域に送信したハイブリッド自動再送要求に対して応答(ACK/NAK)を行う。
図16は、ユーザ装置102が、上りリンクデータを送信するための上りリソーススケジューリング要求SR(Scheduling Request)を送信する場合の説明図である。図16に示すように、スケジューリング要求SRの送信について、ユーザ装置102は、上りデータ送信の要求に基づき、上記スケジューリング要求SRを、基地局101との間で予め規定した上り基礎帯域を通じて、基地局101に送信する。
ユーザ装置102の情報フィードバック部1022は、それぞれの基礎帯域幅におけるフィードバック情報の内容に基づいて、既存のLTEシステムのメカニズムを参照しながら、上りリンク制御チャネルPUCCHのフォーマットを決定する(S405)。上記フィードバック情報とは、例えば、SR、ACK/NAK、CQI、又はこれらの任意的な組合せ情報であることができる。上記上りリンク制御チャネルPUCCHのフォーマットについて、具体的には、国際標準化団体3GPPの文書:TS36.213V8.3.0およびTS36.211V8.3.0に係る内容を参照する。
ユーザ装置102の情報フィードバック部1022は、それぞれの下りリンクの基礎帯域幅における必要とするフィードバック情報を該基礎帯域に割り当てられたシーケンスに結合して、相応する上りリンクリソースとのマッピングによって、フィードバック情報を基地局に送信する(S406)。図17に情報フィードバック部1022の処理の様子を示す。図17は、ユーザ装置102が、該ユーザ装置102に割り当てられた下り基礎帯域と、対応するシーケンス番号とに基づいて、上り基礎帯域における上りリンク制御シグナリング情報、すなわちフィードバック情報を基地局101にフィードバックする場合の説明図である。
基地局101のリソーススケジューリング送信最適化部1013は、既知のシーケンス番号によって、各ユーザ装置102のそれぞれの下りリンク基礎帯域に関するフィードバック情報を取得し、下りリンクユーザデータのリソースのスケジューリング(割り当て)と送信の最適化を行う(S407)。

上記セル内の上記ユーザ装置との間で制御シグナリング情報およびユーザデータの通信を行う送受信手段と、
上記通信システムにおける下りリンクの帯域幅である下りリンクシステム帯域幅を複数の基礎帯域に分割し、上りリンク制御シグナリング情報のリソースブロックを割り当てるリソース割当手段と、
上記ユーザ装置に対応する下りリンク基礎帯域における上りリンク制御シグナリング情報をフィードバックするように、該ユーザ装置が占用する下りリンク基礎帯域の数に基づいて、上り基礎帯域における上りリンク制御シグナリング情報のリソースの割り当てを行うシーケンス割当手段と、
