しかしながら、従来の技術では、自動分析装置に障害が発生した場合、ユーザが先ずサポート担当者に連絡を取る必要があり、ユーザが障害を発見するまで障害に対する対策はとっていなかった。そのため、連絡を取るタイミングによっては、障害が発生してから時間が経過してしまう可能性があった。また、障害の重要度の情報がないために、連絡を取った後に調査する必要があり、障害の大きさを把握することにも時間を要していた。
本発明は、上記に鑑みてなされたものであって、自動分析装置の障害に対して早期に対応できる自動分析装置の状態把握方法および自動分析装置を提供することを目的とする。
上述した課題を解決し、目的を達成するために、本発明にかかる自動分析装置の状態把握方法は、通信ネットワークを介してサーバと通信可能に接続されており、検体と試薬とを用いて前記検体の分析を行う自動分析装置の障害をサーバ側で記録して該自動分析装置の状態を把握する自動分析装置の状態把握方法であって、障害を示す情報を受信した場合に当該障害に対応して予め設定された加算ポイントを累積加算処理する加算ステップと、前記加算ステップによって累積加算された累積ポイントが所定値に比して大きい場合に、障害が発生した旨を報知する報知ステップと、を含むことを特徴とする。
また、本発明にかかる自動分析装置の状態把握方法は、上記の発明において、前記加算ポイントは、各障害の重要度に応じて数値を大きくした値であることを特徴とする。
また、本発明にかかる自動分析装置の状態把握方法は、上記の発明において、前記所定値は、前記累積ポイントのポイント値に対して予め階層的に分割された複数のポイント領域の各上限値であることを特徴とする。
また、本発明にかかる自動分析装置の状態把握方法は、上記の発明において、各障害毎に予め設定された有効期限を経過した場合に、予め設定された各障害毎の減算ポイントを前記累積ポイントから減算処理する減算ステップを含むことを特徴とする。
また、本発明にかかる自動分析装置の状態把握方法は、上記の発明において、前記減算ステップは、前記加算ステップで前記累積加算処理時、前記有効期限の経過した当該障害の減算ポイントを前記累積ポイントから減算処理することを特徴とする。
また、本発明にかかる自動分析装置の状態把握方法は、上記の発明において、前記減算ステップは、前記有効期限経過時に当該障害の減算ポイントを前記累積ポイントから減算処理することを特徴とする。
また、本発明にかかる自動分析装置の状態把握方法は、上記の発明において、前記減算ステップは、所定時間経過毎に前記有効期限が経過した障害があるか否かのチェックを行い、該チェックで前記有効期限が経過した障害が検知された場合に前記累積ポイントから当該障害の減算ポイントを減算処理することを特徴とする。
また、本発明にかかる自動分析装置の状態把握方法は、上記の発明において、前記減算ステップは、前記減算処理時に、減算処理後の累積ポイントが減算処理前の累積ポイントの属したポイント領域の下限値を下回る場合、該減算処理後の累積ポイントを該ポイント領域の下限値に設定することを特徴とする。
また、本発明にかかる自動分析装置は、上記の発明において、通信ネットワークを介してサーバと通信可能に接続されており、検体と試薬とを用いて前記検体の分析を行う自動分析装置であって、障害が起こった場合に当該障害に対応して予め設定された加算ポイントを累積加算する加算手段と、前記加算手段において累積加算された累積ポイントが所定値に比して大きい場合に、障害が発生した旨を報知する報知手段と、を備えたことを特徴とする。
また、本発明にかかる自動分析装置は、上記の発明において、前記加算ポイントは、各障害の重要度に応じて数値を大きくした値であることを特徴とする。
また、本発明にかかる自動分析装置は、上記の発明において、前記所定値は、前記累積ポイントのポイント値に対して予め階層的に分割された複数のポイント領域の各上限値であることを特徴とする。

本発明によれば、障害毎に加算ポイント設定して障害が発生する度に当該障害のポイントを累積加算し、累積加算された累積ポイントに応じてメール等で報知するため、自動分析装置の状態を早期に把握できるという効果を奏する。

以下、図面を参照して、この発明の実施の形態である自動分析装置の管理システムについて説明する。なお、この実施の形態によりこの発明が限定されるものではない。また、図面の記載において、同一部分には同一の符号を付している。
(実施の形態1)
図1は、本実施の形態1にかかる管理システムの全体構成を示す模式図である。図1に示すように、本実施の形態1にかかる管理システムは、複数の施設にそれぞれ配置された自動分析装置A1~A3,B1,B2と、ネットワークNを介して各自動分析装置A1~A3,B1,B2と接続する管理サーバ10とを備える。また、この自動分析装置A1~A3,B1,B2は、複数の施設にそれぞれ設置される。たとえば、施設Aには、自動分析装置A1~A3が設置され、施設Bには、自動分析装置B1,B2が設置されている。
図1は、本実施の形態1にかかる管理システムの全体構成を示す模式図である。図1に示すように、本実施の形態1にかかる管理システムは、複数の施設にそれぞれ配置された自動分析装置A1~A3,B1,B2と、ネットワークNを介して各自動分析装置A1~A3,B1,B2と接続する管理サーバ10とを備える。また、この自動分析装置A1~A3,B1,B2は、複数の施設にそれぞれ設置される。たとえば、施設Aには、自動分析装置A1~A3が設置され、施設Bには、自動分析装置B1,B2が設置されている。
管理サーバ10は、ネットワークNを介して自動分析装置A1~A3,B1,B2との間で通信を行うことによって、自動分析装置A1~A3,B1,B2を管理する。管理サーバ10は、自動分析装置A1~A3,B1,B2から送信された送信情報の内容に応じて、この送信情報を自動分析装置A1~A3,B1,B2ごとに予め登録された転送先に転送する。管理サーバ10は、各種情報を記憶するデータベース20を有する。
この転送先は、自動分析装置A1~A3,B1,B2の操作者が有する端末装置であり、たとえば、施設Aにおける自動分析装置A1の操作者が有する携帯端末50である。そして、このような転送先は、各自動分析装置A1~A3,B1,B2において分析処理を開始する際の各自動分析装置A1~A3,B1,B2の操作者による自動分析装置A1~A3,B1,B2のログイン時に、自動分析装置A1~A3,B1,B2において各操作者によってそれぞれ入力される。
ここで、管理サーバ10について説明する。図1に示すように、管理サーバ10は、管理サーバ10の各構成部位の処理動作を制御する制御部11と、各指示情報などを入力する入力部13と、ポイントの演算処理を行う演算部15と、管理サーバ10が処理した情報などを出力する出力部14と、通信ネットワークNを介して所定の形式にしたがった情報の送受信を行なうインターフェースとしての機能を有する送受信部12とを有する。演算部15は、加算処理部16と減算処理部17とを有し、それぞれが制御部11からの指示によって累積加算処理及び減算処理を行う。制御部11は、データベース20に記憶させる装置情報D1と警報データ情報D2とを作成するとともに、データベース20内に記憶された情報を更新する。
また、各自動分析装置A1~A3,B1,B2は、ネットワークNを介して各自動分析装置A1~A3,B1,B2に関する情報を管理サーバ10に送信する。各自動分析装置A1~A3,B1,B2は、管理サーバ10と自動分析装置A1~A3,B1,B2との間の接続状態を示す接続情報を定期的に管理サーバ10に送信する。また、各自動分析装置A1~A3,B1,B2は、自動分析装置A1~A3,B1,B2自身の動作状態を示す状態情報を管理サーバ10に送信する。たとえば、状態情報として、行っていた分析処理が終了したことを示す情報や、検体、試薬、反応容器内の液体の温度情報などがある。また、各自動分析装置A1~A3,B1,B2は、各自動分析装置A1~A3,B1,B2に異常が発生したことを示す異常情報を管理サーバ10に送信する。
続いて、各自動分析装置A1~A3,B1,B2について説明する。図1においては、各自動分析装置A1~A3,B1,B2のうち、たとえば自動分析装置A1,B1における構造を示す。自動分析装置A1,B1は、図1に示すように、検体および検査項目に対応する試薬を反応容器に分注し、反応容器内で生じる反応を光学的に測定する測定機構30,40と、自動分析装置A1,B1の各構成部位の処理および動作を制御する制御部31,41と、種々の情報を入力する入力部32,42と、測定機構30,40による測定結果に基づいて検体に対する分析処理等を行なう分析部33,43と、検体の分析結果等を含む諸情報を記憶する記憶部34,44と、分析に関する諸情報を出力する出力部35,45と、図示しない通信ネットワークNを介して所定の形式にしたがった情報の送受信を行なうインターフェースとしての機能を有する送受信部36,46と、測定データから分析に用いられる演算を行う演算部37,47とを有する。
ここで、本実施の形態1にかかるポイント加算処理について図2を参照して説明する。図2は、管理サーバ10における加算処理部16が行うポイント加算処理を示すフローチャートである。
先ず、管理サーバ10が自動分析装置から障害に対応する警報データを受信すると、制御部11が加算処理部16にポイント加算処理をするよう指示を出す(ステップS102:Yes)。警報データを受け取ると、加算処理部16は、該当する自動分析装置の累積ポイントに今回の加算ポイントを累積加算する(ステップS104)。ここで、予め設定されたポイント領域に設定された装置状態おいて累積加算処理後の累積ポイントが、累積加算処理前の累積ポイントが属していたポイント領域の上限値を超える場合(ステップS106:Yes)、設定される装置状態の変更処理を行う。なお、累積加算処理前の装置状態が最高の状態である「Warning」である場合(ステップS110:Yes)、加算処理部16は、装置状態の変更は行わずに担当者にメール等で報知する旨を制御部11に通知する(ステップS114)。また、装置状態が「Warning」以外の場合(ステップS110:No)、加算処理部16は、制御部11に、設定されている装置状態を変更するよう通知する(ステップS112)。その後、加算処理部16は、担当者に装置状態が変更された旨をメール等で報知するよう制御部11に通知し(ステップS114)、警報データを受け取った時間、累積ポイント及び有効期限を警報データ情報D2に登録する(ステップS116)。
ここで、本発明では、累積ポイントが50以下の場合は装置状態を「Normal」と設定し、51~80となると「Caution」と設定する。また、累積ポイントが81を超えると「Warning」に設定され、設定される装置状態としては最高のレベルとなる。上述した3段階のポイント領域によって装置の状態を示す装置状態を変更する。
また、ステップS106において、累積加算処理された累積ポイントが累積加算処理前の累積ポイントが属していたポイント領域の上限値を超えていない場合(ステップS106:No)、加算処理部16は、設定されている装置状態が「Warning」となっているか否かを判定する(ステップS108)。ここで、設定されている装置状態が「Warning」である場合(ステップS108:Yes)、ステップS114に移行し、装置の障害発生状況が最高のレベルでさらに障害が発生している旨を担当者に報知するよう制御部11に通知する。また、装置状態が「Warning」以外である場合(ステップS108:No)、加算処理部16は、ステップS116に移行して警報データを受け取った時間、累積ポイント及び有効期限を警報データ情報D2に登録する。この上述したポイント加算処理を、警報データを受信する度に行うことで、障害発生毎にポイントを加算する。
次に、本実施の形態1にかかるポイント減算処理について図3を参照して説明する。図3は、管理サーバ10において減算処理部17が行うポイント減算処理を示すフローチャートである。実施の形態1において、ポイント減算処理はポイント加算処理が行われた場合に行われる。すなわち、管理サーバ10が自動分析装置から警報データを受信したときにポイント減算処理が行われる。
管理サーバ10が自動分析装置から警報データを受信すると、制御部11は減算処理部17に減算処理を行うよう指示を出す。先ず、減算処理部17は、警報データ情報D2に登録されているデータから有効期限が経過している警報データがあるか否かを判定する(ステップS202)。ここで、有効期限を経過した警報データがある場合(ステップS202:Yes)、減算処理部17は、累積ポイントから当該警報データの減算ポイントを減算する(ステップS204)。その後、減算処理部17は、減算処理後の累積ポイントが、減算処理前の累積ポイントが属していたポイント領域の下限値以上になっているか否かを判定する(ステップS206)。減算処理後の累積ポイントが減算処理前の累積ポイントが属していたポイント領域の下限値を下回っている場合(ステップS206:No)、減算処理部17は、減算後のポイントを減算処理前の累積ポイントが属していたポイント領域の下限値に設定し(ステップS208)、警報データを受け取った時間と減算処理後の累積ポイントを警報データ情報D2に登録する(ステップS210)。ここで、ステップS206において減算処理後の累積ポイントが、減算処理前の累積ポイントが属していたポイント領域の下限値以上である場合(ステップS206:Yes)、減算処理部17はステップS210に移行して警報データを受け取った時間と減算処理後の累積ポイントを警報データ情報D2に登録する。
また、ステップS202において有効期限を経過した警報データがない場合(ステップS202:No)、減算処理部17は、ステップS210に移行して、減算処理を行った時間と累積ポイントを登録する。この上述したポイント減算処理を、警報データを受信する度に行うことで、ポイントを減算する。なお、減算に用いる累積ポイントはほぼ同じタイミングで行う累積加算処理を行って得られた累積ポイントを用いる。このため、減算を行うタイミングは、累積加算処理後に行うことが好ましい。また、減算処理を行って得られた累積ポイントを用いて累積加算処理を行っても良い。
続いて、装置情報D1について図4を参照して説明する。装置情報D1は、各自動分析装置A1~A3の障害に対応する警報番号と、警報番号に対する加算ポイント、減算ポイント及び有効期限を示す情報テーブルであり、図4は自動分析装置A1の情報テーブル301を示しており、自動分析装置A2が情報テーブル302、自動分析装置A3が情報テーブル303と各自動分析装置に対する情報テーブルが作成されている。加算ポイント、減算ポイント及び有効期限は、装置に与える影響等を考慮して数値が決定され、加算ポイントは、装置に与える影響が大きいほどポイントの数値が大きくなり、有効期限は装置に与える影響が大きいほど期限が長く設定される。自動分析装置A1において障害が発生した場合、制御部11の指示によって障害の警報データに対応する警報番号から加算ポイントが出力され、加算処理部16がこの加算ポイントを用いて累積加算処理される。また、有効期限が経過した警報データがある場合、制御部11の指示によって当該警報番号の減算ポイントが出力され、減算処理部17によって減算処理される。
図5は、警報データ情報D2に登録されているデータの一覧を示した図である。図5では、施設Aでの自動分析装置A1の警報データ情報テーブル401が示されており、自動分析装置A2の警報データ情報テーブル402、自動分析装置A3の警報データ情報テーブル403も作成される。警報データ情報テーブル401には、警報データを受信した時間と、その時間に受信した警報データの警報番号と、適用される加算または減算ポイントと、警報データの有効期限と、累積ポイントと、装置の状態を表す装置状態とが登録される。なお、警報番号は図4に対応しており、Rは減算処理を行うことを示している。また、加算・減算ポイントの列において、数字の前にマイナス(-)が付してあるポイントは減算ポイントであることを示している。
また、図5において時間T1~T5,T7,T10,T15は警報データを受信して累積加算処理及び減算処理を行った時間であり、時間T0は装置立ち上げの時間、時間T13,T19は手動によって装置状態を変更した時間である。装置担当者が警報データを確認すると、手動で累積ポイントを変更することを可能としている。なお、手動で累積ポイントを変更すると、それまでに登録されたデータの有効期限は無効となる。図5においては、時間T13での手動変更によって時間T3,T7及びT10の警報データの有効期限が無効となり、時間T19での手動変更によって時間T15の警報データの有効期限が無効となる。また、T7における減算ポイントは、本来は括弧内の数値である5ポイントを減算するが、減算処理によって累積ポイントが装置状態に対応するポイント領域の下限値を下回ってしまうために、減算処理によって減算された減算ポイントが4ポイントとなっていることを示している。また、累積ポイントが上方のポイント領域に移行する時間T4,T7及び装置状態が「Warning」において累積加算処理を行った時間T10において装置担当者にメール等で障害が発生している旨が報知される。
ここで、図6は、図5に対応した各時間における累積ポイントの推移と、加算および減算されるポイントとを示すグラフである。図6の上段は、時間と累積ポイントに関するグラフであり、下段は時間に対して加算される加算ポイント及び減算される減算ポイントのグラフを示し、上段と下段との時間は一致している。
図6の時間T7において、本来であれば、累積加算処理と減算処理によって累積ポイントP1の値を取ることとなるが、累積加算処理で装置状態が「Warning」に変更されたことによって、装置状態が「Caution」のポイント領域で値を取ることが出来ないため減算処理で装置状態が「Warning」であるポイント領域の下限値P2に設定される。また、累積ポイントが下方のポイント領域に移行する時間T13,T19では装置担当者が警報データを確認し、装置状態を下方の装置状態に変更したこと示している。
図7は、累積ポイントの増加によって装置状態が変更された場合に報知する方法として、基地局60から携帯端末50以外に、ネットワークNを通じて担当者がアクセスした場合に、画面に表示されるポップアップの一例を示している。装置状態が変更されると、ネットワークNを通じて図7のような機種と、装置状態が変更された日時と、変更された装置状態を示す報知画面W1が表示される。携帯端末50に加え、管理サーバ10からネットワークNを通じて装置担当者とメーカーの担当者とが表示によっても確認できるため、自動分析装置で起こる障害に対する対策を早期に行うことが可能となる。
ここで、従来の自動分析装置の状態把握方法は、障害が起こった場合はクライアント側の担当者に報知され、その時点でメーカーの担当者の方に連絡を取る形となる。また、障害の情報がないために、連絡取った後にメーカーの担当者が調査して障害の大きさを確認して対策を取るため、クライアントが連絡を取るまでの時間と、メーカーの担当者が現地に到着するまでの時間と、障害を確認するまでの時間とを要していた。
これに対して、実施の形態1では、各障害にポイントを与えることによって、障害の大きさを早期に確認することが可能となり、また、メーカーの担当者も警報情報を早期に確認することが出来るため、障害に対する対策を早期に打ち出すことが可能となる。さらに、各障害に有効期限を設けることで、障害の発生によってポイントが積み重なるだけではなく、装置に大きく影響を与えるものが長くデータとして残るため、影響の比較的小さな障害のポイントによって装置状態が変更され難く、累積ポイントを調節することが可能となる。
(実施の形態2)
続いて、実施の形態2について図8,9を参照して説明する。実施の形態2では、減算処理を有効期限経過時に行う。図8は、実施の形態2にかかる警報データ情報D2を示している。障害を示す警報データの受信時刻は実施の形態1の図5と同時刻、同障害であり、有効期限が経過した警報データを有効期限経過時に減算処理している。また、図9は、図8に対応したグラフを示している。図9の上段は、時間と累積ポイントに関するグラフであり、下段は時間に対して加算される加算ポイント及び減算される減算ポイントのグラフを示し、上段と下段との時間は一致している。
続いて、実施の形態2について図8,9を参照して説明する。実施の形態2では、減算処理を有効期限経過時に行う。図8は、実施の形態2にかかる警報データ情報D2を示している。障害を示す警報データの受信時刻は実施の形態1の図5と同時刻、同障害であり、有効期限が経過した警報データを有効期限経過時に減算処理している。また、図9は、図8に対応したグラフを示している。図9の上段は、時間と累積ポイントに関するグラフであり、下段は時間に対して加算される加算ポイント及び減算される減算ポイントのグラフを示し、上段と下段との時間は一致している。
図8,9では、各警報データの有効期限経過時間である時間T6,T8,T9,T18において減算処理が行われる。それぞれの時間は以前に登録された警報データの有効期限と対応している。また、時間T13,T19では装置担当者が警報データを確認し、装置状態を下方の装置状態に変更したこと示している。時間T13での手動変更によって時間T3,T7及びT10の警報データの有効期限が無効となる。また、累積ポイントが上方のポイント領域に移行する時間T4及びT10において装置担当者にメール等で障害が発生している旨が報知される。なお、加算・減算ポイントの列において、数字の前にマイナス(-)が付してあるポイントは減算ポイントであることを示している。
実施の形態2では、有効期限が経過したときに減算処理を行うため、より厳密な累積ポイントの処理が可能となる。また、実施の形態1では、累積加算処理を行う場合に減算処理を行っているため、処理を行う時間と労力は軽減されるものの、障害を示すデータを受信しない限り減算処理が行われないため、障害が発生せず装置が安定している場合、累積ポイントは減算されずに残った状態となる。これに対し、実施の形態2では、有効期限が経過したときに減算処理を行うため、障害が発生せず装置が安定している場合でも減算処理を行い、累積ポイントの処理をより適切に行うことを可能とする。
(実施の形態3)
続いて、実施の形態3について図10,11を参照して説明する。実施の形態3では、減算処理を所定時間経過毎に行う。図10は、実施の形態3にかかる警報データ情報D2を示している。障害を示す警報データの受信時刻は実施の形態1の図5と同時刻、同障害であり、所定時間を経過する毎に減算処理を行っている。なお、本実施の形態3では所定時間を30分と設定して、30分経過毎に有効期限の経過した警報データがあるか否かをチェックし、有効期限の経過した警報データが在る場合に減算処理を行う。
続いて、実施の形態3について図10,11を参照して説明する。実施の形態3では、減算処理を所定時間経過毎に行う。図10は、実施の形態3にかかる警報データ情報D2を示している。障害を示す警報データの受信時刻は実施の形態1の図5と同時刻、同障害であり、所定時間を経過する毎に減算処理を行っている。なお、本実施の形態3では所定時間を30分と設定して、30分経過毎に有効期限の経過した警報データがあるか否かをチェックし、有効期限の経過した警報データが在る場合に減算処理を行う。
図10では、時間T1,T4,T6,T8,T11,T12,T14,T16,T17において減算処理が行われる。それぞれの時間は時間T1を減算処理開始時間として30分間隔で有効期限の経過した警報データがあるか否かをチェックして減算処理を行っている。時間T13での手動変更によって時間T3,T7及びT10の警報データの有効期限が無効となり、時間T19での手動変更によって時間T15の警報データの有効期限が無効となる。また、累積ポイントが上方のポイント領域に移行する時間T4,T10において装置担当者にメール等で障害が発生している旨が報知される。なお、時間T11の減算処理を行ったときにも装置状態が「Warning」である旨の報知を行ってもよい。また、加算・減算ポイントの列において、数字の前にマイナス(-)が付してあるポイントは減算ポイントであることを示している。
ここで、図10に対応したグラフを図11に示す。図11の上段は、時間と累積ポイントに関するグラフであり、下段は時間に対して加算される加算ポイント及び減算される減算ポイントのグラフを示し、上段と下段との時間は一致している。
図11下段グラフでは、手動で装置状態の変更を行う時間T13,T19を除き、等間隔に分割された時間において減算処理が行われていることを示している。また、時間T13,T19の累積ポイントの手動変更は、担当者のタイミングで行われる。
実施の形態3では、定期的に減算処理を行うことため、管理サーバと自動分析装置との定期的な送受信に時間を合わせることによって、管理サーバと自動分析装置とにおいて常に最新の累積ポイント情報で管理を行うことを可能とする。
なお、上述した実施の形態1~3において累積加算処理及び減算処理は各自動分析装置の演算部で行い累積ポイント等の情報をサーバに送信しても良い。たとえば、自動分析装置A1における演算部37が累積加算処理及び減算処理を行って得られた結果を記憶部34に記憶させるとともに、管理サーバ10に得られたデータを送信しても良い。
また、上述した実施の形態1~3に限らず、ここでは記載していないさまざまな実施の形態等を含みうるものであり、特許請求の範囲により特定される技術的思想を逸脱しない範囲内において種々の設計変更等を施すことが可能である。
以上のように、本発明にかかる自動分析装置は、自動分析装置の障害に早期対応するのに有用であり、特に、自動分析装置とネットワークを介して接続された管理サーバを有する管理システムに適している。
Claims (16)
- 通信ネットワークを介してサーバと通信可能に接続されており、検体と試薬とを用いて前記検体の分析を行う自動分析装置の障害をサーバ側で記録して該自動分析装置の状態を把握する自動分析装置の状態把握方法であって、
障害を示す情報を受信した場合に当該障害に対応して予め設定された加算ポイントを累積加算処理する加算ステップと、
前記加算ステップによって累積加算された累積ポイントが所定値に比して大きい場合に、障害が発生した旨を報知する報知ステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする自動分析装置の状態把握方法。 - 前記加算ポイントは、各障害の重要度に応じて数値を大きくした値であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動分析装置の状態把握方法。
- 前記所定値は、前記累積ポイントのポイント値に対して予め階層的に分割された複数のポイント領域の各上限値であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動分析装置の状態把握方法。
- 各障害毎に予め設定された有効期限を経過した場合に、予め設定された各障害毎の減算ポイントを前記累積ポイントから減算処理する減算ステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか一つに記載の自動分析装置の状態把握方法。
- 前記減算ステップは、前記加算ステップで前記累積加算処理時、前記有効期限の経過した当該障害の減算ポイントを前記累積ポイントから減算処理することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の自動分析装置の状態把握方法。
- 前記減算ステップは、前記有効期限経過時に当該障害の減算ポイントを前記累積ポイントから減算処理することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の自動分析装置の状態把握方法。
- 前記減算ステップは、所定時間経過毎に前記有効期限が経過した障害があるか否かのチェックを行い、該チェックで前記有効期限が経過した障害が検知された場合に前記累積ポイントから当該障害の減算ポイントを減算処理することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の自動分析装置の状態把握方法。
- 前記減算ステップは、前記減算処理時に、減算処理後の累積ポイントが減算処理前の累積ポイントの属したポイント領域の下限値を下回る場合、該減算処理後の累積ポイントを該ポイント領域の下限値に設定することを特徴とする請求項4~7のいずれか一つに記載の自動分析装置の状態把握方法。
- 通信ネットワークを介してサーバと通信可能に接続されており、検体と試薬とを用いて前記検体の分析を行う自動分析装置であって、
障害が起こった場合に当該障害に対応して予め設定された加算ポイントを累積加算する加算手段と、
前記加算手段において累積加算された累積ポイントが所定値に比して大きい場合に、障害が発生した旨を報知する報知手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 前記加算ポイントは、各障害の重要度に応じて数値を大きくした値であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の自動分析装置。
- 前記所定値は、前記累積ポイントのポイント値に対して予め階層的に分割された複数のポイント領域の各上限値であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の自動分析装置。
- 各障害毎に予め設定された有効期限を経過した場合に、予め設定された各障害毎の減算ポイントを前記累積ポイントから減算処理する減算手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項9~11のいずれか一つに記載の自動分析装置。
- 前記減算手段は、前記累積加算処理時、前記有効期限の経過した当該障害の減算ポイントを前記累積ポイントから減算処理することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の自動分析装置。
- 前記減算手段は、前記有効期限経過時に当該障害の減算ポイントを前記累積ポイントから減算処理することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の自動分析装置。
- 前記減算手段は、所定時間経過毎に前記有効期限が経過した障害があるか否かのチェックを行い、該チェックで前記有効期限が経過した障害が検知された場合に前記累積ポイントから当該障害の減算ポイントを減算処理することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の自動分析装置。
- 前記減算手段は、前記減算処理時に、減算処理後の累積ポイントが減算処理前の累積ポイントの属したポイント領域の下限値を下回る場合、該減算処理後の累積ポイントを該ポイント領域の下限値に設定することを特徴とする請求項12~15のいずれか一つに記載の自動分析装置。
