Abstract

L'invention porte sur une formulation, pour une gestion en deux phases d'une cicatrisation de lésion, qui comporte un substrat contenant une forme à libération rapide d'un premier agent actif sous la forme d'un complexe d'inclusion avec une molécule cyclique, telle qu'une cyclodextrine, le premier agent actif étant reçu dans une cavité de la molécule cyclique, pour une libération rapide du premier agent actif lors de l'application de la formulation sur une lésion et au moins une forme à libération prolongée d'un second agent actif qui est libéré sur la lésion en réponse à un déclenchement par un constituant de lésion. La formulation peut être appliquée directement sur une lésion ou formulée dans un pansement pour une application sur une lésion. La formulation peut être utilisée dans le traitement de lésions à la fois aiguës et chroniques et peut être appliquée à toutes les zones du corps. Lorsque les premier et second agents actifs sont chacun un agent soulageant la douleur, la formulation a une application particulière pour une gestion en deux phases d'une cicatrisation de lésion.
