Wet-area container module and private and general installations for residential, hotel and hospital buildings, which comprises a space for a full bathroom (2), with separating partitions (3), floor (4) and ceiling (5), including cladding and finishing material, sanitary fittings (7) and, optionally, a door (6) and a kitchenette (8), which incorporates fittings and domestic electrical appliances (9). The two spaces - bathroom (2) and kitchenette (8) - are separated by an installations partition (10), provision having been made thereon and/or on the separating partitions (3) for installations for ventilation (11), plumbing (12), sanitation (13), electricity (14), heating (15), lighting (16), communications (17) and installations board (18).
