1, 连接条为薄片结构, 靠近气囊横截面中部的连接条的长度大于两边 的连接条, 连接条的宽度方向与气囊的长度方向一致, 气囊的横截面呈中 间厚、 两边薄的结构。 中间厚、 两边薄的气囊在使用时中间部分对人体腰 部的压力较大, 有利于气囊对腰部的支撑。 连接条的宽度方向与气囊的长 度方向一致, 是考虑到加工上的便利, 连接条的宽度方向如果与气囊的宽 度方向一致, 则连接条与囊膜的连接就会变得困难。
2, 连接条为薄片结构, 靠近气囊横截面中部的连接条的长度大于两边 的连接条, 连接条的宽度方向与气囊的长度方向一致, 气囊内囊膜的宽度 大于外囊膜, 气囊呈内囊膜为弧面、 外囊膜为平面的结构。 由于气囊使用 时其内囊膜紧靠人体, 所以这种结构的气囊具有支撑性好、 外观平整的优 点。
3, 连接条为薄片结构, 所有连接条的长度均相同, 连接条设置在气囊 横截面的两边, 连接条的宽度方向与气囊的长度或宽度方向一致, 气囊横 截面中部的内外囊膜呈弧形结构。这种结构的气囊是中间部分向两侧凸起, 对腰部的支撑较好, 所有连接条的长度均相同且连接条的宽度方向既可以 与气囊的长度方向一致也可以与气囊的宽度方向一致, 加工比较方便, 缺 点是外观上不够平整。
作为优选,气囊的宽度与气囊的最大厚度比为 1比 0. 1至 1比 0. 5。气 囊过薄, 会影响气囊对腰部的支撑作用, 气囊过厚则其体积增大, 同时影 响外形美观, 因此,气囊的宽度与气囊的最大厚度比为 1比 0. 1至 1比 0. 5 是比较合适的选择。
作为优选, 气囊的长度与人体的腰围相适配, 气囊的宽度与人体胸廓 下缘与髂嵴之间的距离相适配。 虽然较长的气囊也可以达到治疗与保护作 用, 较短的气囊可以起到部分的治疗与保护作用, 但从使用效果与外形美 观综合考虑, 气囊的长度与人体的腰围相适配, 气囊的宽度与人体胸廓下 缘与髂嵴之间的距离相适配, 气囊可以根据具体的使用人群或体型的不同 设置相应规格长度与宽度, 以满足不同使用者的需求。 作为优选, 在气囊单独使用时, 气囊外设有装饰套, 装饰套的宽度与 厚度与气囊相适配, 装饰套的长度大于气囊, 装饰套上设有与气囊上的充 气口相适配的充气孔, 装饰套的两端设有连接装置。 装饰套是充气气囊单 独使用时的配套物品, 其两端的连接装置可以将充气气囊固定在人体的腰 部, 连接装置可以使用诸如粘扣带、 扣子等。 装饰套一方面起到了外形美 观装饰的作用, 另一方面可以达到更好的触觉效果, 使使用者感觉舒适, 而且方便清洗。
一种带充气腰带的服装, 服装的腰部内侧设有长条状的套袋, 套袋靠 近端部的位置设有开口, 套袋的中部固定在服装上, 其宽度与厚度与充气 气囊相适配, 长度大于气囊, 套袋上设有与气囊上的充气口相适配的通孔, 套袋的两端设有连接装置, 套袋内设有气囊。 在普通服装的腰部设置套袋, 使用时将气囊装入套袋, 对气囊充满气后, 将套袋两端的连接装置相互连 接后即可作为治疗腰椎病的腰椎牵引装置使用或者作为腰部的保护装置, 使用完毕后, 将充气气囊放气, 就是一件普通的服装。 由于外观和普通的 服装没有明显的区别, 因此可以在任何地方使用, 且充气腰带与服装合二 为一, 不存在充气腰带的携带问题。
带充气腰带的服装也可以采用下面的结构形式: 服装的腰部内侧设有 长条状的套袋, 套袋的两端设有开口, 套袋的中部固定在服装上, 其大小 与装有充气气囊的装饰套相适配, 套袋上设有与装饰套上的充气孔相适配 的通孔, 套袋的两端设有连接装置, 装有气囊的装饰套设置在套袋内, 装 饰套的两端设置套袋的开口外面。 这种结构是将带装饰套的气囊一起装入 服装上的套袋, 装饰套的两端露出在套袋外。 穿上衣服后先将装饰套两端 的连接装置连接上, 再将套袋两端的连接装置连接, 由于采用内外两层连 接, 确保了充气腰带对腰部的支撑作用。
本发明的实质效果是: 它有效地解决了现有腰椎牵引器存在的体积较 大、 结构复杂及外形怪异的问题, 本发明体积小, 可以随身携带、 使用方 便、 价格低廉, 为腰椎病患者有效的辅助治疗工具, 同时, 本发明可以为 长时间站立或伏案工作等相对固定姿势的人群提供腰部保护, 外观自然, 适合在公共场所使用。 附图说明

下面通过实施例, 并结合附图对本发明技术方案的具体实施方式作进 一步的说明。
实施例 1
在如图 1所示的实施例 1中, 充气气囊 1是由内囊膜 2与外囊膜 3通 过若干连接条 4连接而成, 连接条 4为薄片结构, 所有连接条 4的长度均 相同 (见图 2), 连接条 4的宽度方向与气囊的宽度方向一致, 连接条 4的 两头固定在气囊内壁的囊膜上 (见图 3), 整个气囊为长条状的扁平、 大体 上等厚的结构。气囊 1的四周通过内外囊膜连接封闭,气囊一端的外囊膜 3 上设有充气口 5。气囊 1的长度与人体的腰围相适配,气囊的宽度与人体胸 廓下缘与髂嵴之间的距离相适配,气囊 1的宽度与气囊的厚度比为 1比 0. 2。 实施例 2
在如图 4所示实施例 2中, 靠近气囊 1横截面中部的连接条 4的长度. 大于气囊横截面两边的连接条, 连接条的宽度方向与气囊的长度方向一致, 气囊的横截面呈中间厚、 两边薄的结构, 气囊 1 的宽度与气囊的最大厚度 比为 1比 0. 3, 其余和实施例 1相同。
实施例 3
在如图 5所示实施例 3中, 靠近气囊横截面中部的连接条 4的长度大 于气囊横截面两边的连接条, 连接条的宽度方向与气囊的长度方向一致, 气囊内囊膜 2的宽度大于外囊膜 3,气囊呈内囊膜 2为弧面、外囊膜 3为平 面的结构, 气囊 1的宽度与气囊的最大厚度比为 1比 0. 25, 其余和实施例 1相同。 实施例 4
在如图 6所示实施例 4中,气囊的所有连接条 4长度均相同, 连接条 4 设置在气囊 1 横截面的两边, 连接条的宽度方向与气囊的长度方向一致, 气囊横截面中部的内囊膜 2与外囊膜 3呈弧形结构, 气囊 1的宽度与气囊 的最大厚度比为 1比 0. 4。 其余和实施例 1相同。
上述实施例的气囊单独使用时, 气囊外设有装饰套 6,装饰套 6的宽度 与厚度与气囊相适配, 装饰套 6的长度大于气囊, 装饰套 6靠近端部的位 置设有开口 10, 装饰套 6上设有与气囊上的充气口 5相适配的充气孔, 装 饰套 6的两端设有连接装置 7粘扣带 (见图 7、 图 9)。
实施例 5
在如图 8、 图 11所示的实施例 5中, 一种带充气腰带的服装 9腰部内 侧设有长条状的套袋 8, 套袋 8靠近端部的位置设有开口 11 (见图 10), 套 袋 8 的中部固定在服装上, 其宽度与厚度与充气气囊相适配, 长度大于气 囊, 套袋 8上设有与气囊上的充气口相适配的通孔, 套袋&的两端设有连 接装置 12, 连接装置为粘扣带, 套袋内设有气囊。
实施例 6
在如图 12所示的实施例 6中, 套袋 8的大小与装有充气气囊的装饰套 6相适配,套袋 8上设有与装饰套 6上的充气孔相适配的通孔, 套袋 8的两 端设有连接装置 12粘扣带, 装有气囊的装饰套 6设置在套袋 8内, 装饰套 6的两端设置在套袋 8的开口 11外面, 其余和实施例 5相同。
充气腰带单独使用时, 将气囊从装饰套上的开口装入装饰套, 注意将 气囊上的充气口穿出装饰套的充气孔, 把气囊充气, 再将带气囊的装饰套 围在腰部, 将装饰套两头的连接装置粘扣带扣上, 即可作为治疗腰椎病的 腰椎牵引装置使用或者作为长时间站立或伏案工作等相对固定姿势的人群 的腰部保护装置。
带充气腰带的服装使用时, 将气囊装入服装腰部的套袋, 注意将气囊 上的充气口穿出套袋的通孔, 把气囊充气, 穿上带充气腰带的服装, 再将 套袋围在腰部, 将套袋两端的连接装置粘扣带扣上, 扣上服装的扣子, 即 可作为治疗腰椎病的腰椎牵引装置使用或者作为长时间站立或伏案工作等 相对固定姿势的人群的腰部保护装置。 使用带装饰套的气囊时, 先将气囊 装入装饰套, 再将装饰套装入套袋, 注意装饰套的两端伸出套袋的开口外, 把气囊充气, 穿上带充气腰带的服装, 先将装饰套两头的连接装置粘扣带 扣上, 再将套袋两端的连接装置粘扣带扣上, 扣上服装的扣子, 即可作为 治疗腰椎病的腰椎牵引装置使用或者作为长时间站立或伏案工作等相对固 定姿势的人群的腰部保护装置。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1.一种充气腰带, 包括充气气囊及其连接机构, 其特征是: 所述的气 囊 (1 ) 是由内囊膜 (2 ) 与外囊膜 (3 ) 通过若干连接条 (4) 连接而成, 为长条状的扁平结构, 气囊 (1 ) 的四周通过内外囊膜连接封闭, 气囊一端 的外囊膜 (3) 上设有充气口 (5)。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的充气腰带, 其特征在于所述的连接条(4) 为 薄片结构, 所有连接条 (4) 的长度均相同, 连接条 (4) 的宽度方向与气 囊的长度或宽度方向一致, 整个气囊大体上为等厚结构。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的充气腰带, 其特征在于所述的连接条(4) 为 薄片结构, 靠近气囊横截面中部的连接条长度大于两边的连接条, 连接条
(4) 的宽度方向与气囊的长度方向一致, 气囊的横截面呈中间厚、 两边薄 的结构。
4.根据权利要求 1所述的充气腰带, 其特征在于所述的连接条(4) 为 薄片结构, 靠近气囊横截面中部的连接条长度大于两边的连接条, 连接条
(4) 的宽度方向与气囊的长度方向一致, 气囊内囊膜 (2 ) 的宽度大于外 囊膜 (3), 气囊呈内囊膜 (2) 为弧面、 外囊膜 (3) 为平面的结构。
5.根据权利要求 1所述的充气腰带, 其特征在于所述的连接条(4) 为 薄片结构, 所有连接条 (4) 的长度均相同, 连接条 (4) 设置在气囊 (1 ) 横截面的两边, 连接条 (4) 的宽度方向与气囊的长度或宽度方向一致, 气 囊横截面中部的内外囊膜呈弧形结构。
6.根据权利要求 1所述的充气腰带, 其特征在于气囊 (1 ) 的宽度与气 囊的最大厚度比为 1比 0. 1至 1比 0, 5。
7.根据权利要求 1或 2或 3或 4或 5或 6所述的充气腰带, 其特征在 于气囊 (1 ) 的长度与人体的腰围相适配, 气囊的宽度与人体胸廓下缘与髂 嵴之间的距离相适配。 .
8.根据权利要求 1或 2或 3或 4或 5或 6所述的充气腰带, 其特征在 于气囊外设有装饰套 (6), 装饰套 (6) 的宽度及厚度与气囊 (1 ) 相适配, 装饰套(6)的长度大于气囊, 装饰套(6)靠近端部的位置设有开口 (10), 装饰套 (6) 上设有与气囊上的充气口 (5) 相适配的充气孔, 装饰套 (6) 的两端设有连接装置 (7)。
9.一种带充气腰带的服装, 其特征在于所述服装 (9) 的腰部内侧设有 长条状的套袋 (8), 套袋 (8) 靠近端部的位置设有开口 (11 ), 套袋 (8) 的中部固定在服装上, 套袋(8) 的宽度及厚度与充气气囊相适配, 长度大 于气囊, 套袋(8)上设有与气囊上的充气口 (5)相适配的通孔, 套袋(8) 的两端设有连接装置 (12), 套袋 (8) 内设有气囊。
10.根据权利要求 9.所述的带充气腰带的服装,其特征在于所述服装 (9) 的腰部内侧设有长条状的套袋 (8), 套袋 (8) 的两端设有开口 (11 ), 套 袋 (8) 的中部固定在服装上, 其大小与装有充气气囊的装饰套 (6) 相适 配, 套袋 (8) 上设有与装饰套 (6) 上的充气孔相适配的通孔, 套袋 (8) 的两端设有连接装置 (12), 装有气囊的装饰套 (6) 设置在套袋 (8) 内, 装饰套 (6) 的两端设置在套袋 (8) 的开口 (11 ) 外面。
