In recent years, with the demand for miniaturization and thinning of electronic devices such as mobile phones, there is an increasing demand for miniaturization and thinning of speakers mounted on such electronic devices. The speaker is generally difficult to assemble by a machine, and is performed manually by an operator who requires skill. As the speakers are reduced in size and thickness, the influence of component displacement due to manual work increases, and the yield decreases. In particular, it is necessary to narrow the gap between the plate and the yoke in order to compensate for the performance degradation due to the reduction in the size of the magnet that is a component of the speaker. When this gap is narrowed, the voice coil comes into contact with the plate and the yoke, and the yield of the speaker is lowered.
Patent Document 1 describes that a yield is improved by assembling a speaker with a jig.
¡Parts such as magnetic circuit parts and vibration parts are assembled using different jigs in different processes. Since the voice coil is inserted between the plate and the yoke without using a jig, it is difficult to narrow the gap between the voice coil and the plate or the gap between the voice coil and the yoke. is there. In addition, a speaker for molding these components requires a costly manufacturing apparatus such as a mold.

The interval between the recesses 102A and 102B is the same as the interval between the projections 31A and 31B, and the same as the interval between the projections 51A and 51B provided on the plate 5.
Next, the guide unit 103 will be described. The guide portion 103 includes a convex portion 103A that protrudes upward from the upper surface 601A of the convex portion 101A, and a convex portion 103B that protrudes upward from the upper surface 601B of the convex portion 101B. As shown in FIG. 9C, the convex portion 103A has a height t2 from the upper surface 601A of the convex portion 101A to the upper surface 603B of the convex portion 103A. Similarly, the convex portion 103B also has a height t2 from the upper surface 601B of the convex portion 101B to the upper surface 603B of the convex portion 103B. That is, the guide part 103 has a height t <b> 2 from the upper surface of the guide part 101 to the upper surface of the guide part 103. The height t2 of the guide portion 103 is smaller than the height t1 of the voice coil 6.
As shown in FIG. 10, the convex portion 103 </ b> A has a curved portion 103 </ b> C having the same shape as the end portion 63 </ b> A of the voice coil 6. As shown in FIG. 11, the convex portion 103 </ b> B has a curved portion 103 </ b> D having the same shape as the end portion 63 </ b> B of the voice coil 6. The spacing between the curved portions 103C and 103D of the convex portions 103A and 103B is the same as the spacing between the end portions 63A and 63B of the voice coil 6.
Next, a method for manufacturing the speaker 1 using the jig 10 which is a manufacturing apparatus will be described. A jig 10 which is a manufacturing apparatus having guide portions 101 to 103 is prepared.
First, the frame 2 is guided by the guide portion 101 configured by the convex portions 101 </ b> A and 101 </ b> B provided on the jig 10, and the frame 2 is placed on the placement surface 100 of the jig 10. That is, the end 22A of the inner surface 21 of the frame 2 is fitted into the portion 101C of the outer peripheral portion 101L of the convex portion 101A from above, and is guided and moved to the placement surface 100 along the convex portion 101A. At the same time, the end portion 22B of the inner surface 21 of the frame 2 is fitted from above into the portion 101G of the outer peripheral portion 101M of the convex portion 101B, and is guided and moved to the placement surface 100 along the convex portion 101B.
Next, the yoke 3 is guided by the guide portion 102 constituted by the recesses 102 </ b> A and 102 </ b> B provided in the jig 10, and the yoke 3 is coupled to the frame 2. In this step, an adhesive is first applied to the stepped portions 35A and 35B of the yoke 3. The convex portion 31A of the yoke 3 is fitted into the concave portion 102A from above, and is guided and moved downward along the concave portion 102A. At the same time, the convex portion 31B of the yoke 3 is fitted into the concave portion 102B from above, and is guided and moved downward along the concave portion 102B. Thereafter, the stepped portions 35A and 35B of the yoke 3 and the projecting portions 27A and 27B of the frame 2 are joined by the adhesive applied to the stepped portions 35A and 35B. At this time, the lock portions 25A and 25B of the frame 2 press the outer surfaces of the side walls 32A and 32B of the yoke 3 toward the opening 212A of the frame 2, respectively. The locking portions 28 </ b> A and 28 </ b> B are in contact with the upper surface of the side wall 32 </ b> A of the yoke 3 to lock the yoke 3. Similarly, the locking portions 28 </ b> C and 28 </ b> D are in contact with the upper surface of the side wall 32 </ b> B of the yoke 3 to lock the yoke 3. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the yoke 3 from being displaced with respect to the frame 2 until the adhesive is dried.
Next, the plate 5 to which the magnet 4 is coupled is guided by the guide portion 102 provided in the jig 10, and the magnet 4 and the yoke 3 are coupled. In this step, first, the upper surface of the magnet 4 and the bottom surface of the plate 5 are bonded and fixed by an adhesive. An adhesive is applied to the lower surface of the magnet 4. Thereafter, in a state where the magnet 4 is positioned below the plate 5, the convex portion 51A of the plate 5 is fitted into the concave portion 102A from above and guided and moved downward along the concave portion 102A. 51B is fitted into the recess 102B from above and guided and moved downward along the recess 102B. Then, the lower surface of the magnet 4 is fitted and joined in the recess 34 of the yoke 3 and is fixed by an adhesive. As described above, since the plate 5 and the yoke 3 joined to the magnet 4 are both guided by the guide portion 102, the distance between the magnetic gap 301 A between the side wall 32 A of the yoke 3 and the plate 5, and the side wall of the yoke 3. A magnetic circuit 1A in which the gap of the magnetic gap 301B between 32B and the plate 5 is always kept constant can be manufactured.
Next, the voice coil 6 is guided by the guide portion 103 constituted by the convex portions 103A and 103B provided on the jig 10, and placed on the upper surfaces 601A and 601B of the guide portion 101. In this step, the end portion 63A of the voice coil 6 is fitted into the convex portion 103A from above so that the curved portion 103C of the convex portion 103A and the inner surface of the end portion 63A of the voice coil 6 are in contact with each other along the convex portion 103A. Guided downward and moved. At the same time, the end portion 63B of the voice coil 6 is fitted into the convex portion 103B from above so that the curved portion 103D of the convex portion 103B and the inner surface of the end portion 63B of the voice coil 6 are in contact with each other, and downward along the convex portion 103B. Guided and moved. Then, the lower surfaces of the end portions 63A and 63B of the voice coil 6 are placed on the upper surfaces of the convex portions 101A and 101B. Since the height t1 of the voice coil 6 is larger than the height t2 from the upper surfaces 601A and 601B of the guide portion 101 to the upper surfaces 603A and 603B of the guide portion 103, the voice coil 6 is the upper surface of the convex portions 103A and 103B of the guide portion 103. Projects upward from 603A and 603B.
By this process, the inner surface of the voice coil 6 is guided by the jig 10 that guides the yoke 3 and the plate 5, so that the conventional manufacturing is performed by combining the voice coil 6, the yoke 3, and the plate 5 without using the jig. Compared with the method, the distance between the inner surface of the voice coil 6 and the plate 5 can be made uniform, and the quality can be improved. Further, the distance between the inner surface of the voice coil 6 and the plate 5 can be narrowed compared to the conventional manufacturing method, and the magnetic flux density of the magnetic gaps 301A and 301B can be increased, so that the performance of the speaker 1 is improved. Can do.
Next, the diaphragm 7 is coupled to the frame 2 and the voice coil 6. In this step, first, an adhesive is applied to the lower surface of the placement portion 29 of the frame 2 and the inner peripheral portion 72 of the diaphragm 7. The mounting portion 29 of the frame 2 and the lower surface of the outer peripheral portion 71 of the diaphragm 7 are joined and fixed by an adhesive, and at the same time, the upper surface 6A of the voice coil 6 and the lower surface of the inner peripheral portion 72 of the diaphragm 7 are fixed. Are bonded and fixed by an adhesive.
Next, the protector 8 is coupled to the frame 2. In this step, the lock claws 24A and 24B of the frame 2 are respectively hooked on the lock portions 81A and 81B of the protector 8, whereby the protector 8 is attached to the frame 2. Furthermore, the frame 2 and the protector 8 are joined and fixed by an adhesive, and the speaker 1 is completed. Thereafter, the speaker 1 is extracted from the jig 1.
As described above, the magnetic gaps 301A and 301B between the plate 5 and the yoke 3 can be narrowed to improve the performance of the speaker 1, and the positional deviation can be prevented to improve the yield of the speaker 1, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost. Further, since the speaker 1 can be manufactured by fitting each component from above, there are few unnecessary processes, the manufacturing process can be automated, and the manufacturing cost can be further reduced. Further, since the process of molding the frame 2 and the yoke 3 is not necessary, the manufacturing cost of the speaker 1 can be further reduced.
In the above-described manufacturing method, the voice coil 6 is guided by the guide portion 103 of the jig 10, the voice coil 6 is placed on the upper surfaces 601 </ b> A and 601 </ b> B of the guide portion 101, and then the upper surface 6 </ b> A of the voice coil 6 and the diaphragm 7. The lower surface of the inner peripheral portion 72 is joined and fixed by an adhesive.
