Abstract

Tamper-proof overcap for bottles with a cylindrical body (1) with a skirt (2) covering the upper part of a bottle neck, having a removeable band (3) with a central handling element (4), which, when pulled promotes the rupture of the tamper indicating sticks (5), the segment (6) and the low resistance line (7) which connects the band (3) to the skirt (2). After removal of the band (3) with the handling element (4) the skirt (2) remains on the bottle neck for retaining the closing cap.

Description

TAMPER-PROOF OVERCAP FOR BOTTLES
APPLICATION FIELD
The current descriptive report refers to a CONSTRUCTIVE
DISPOSITION INSERTED IN CAPS SEALING, for utilization in flasks general caps, specifically, in caps of flasks used for edible oils, presenting ways of detection of their infringement, granting, thus, the total integrity of the flask's content.
BACKGROUND OF THE TECHNIQUE
Several types of sealing, incorporating the capable ways of identifying their violation, which normally is obtained by the utilization of low resistance lines, or small fragile sticks, that shall break at the time of the opening of the cap are already known by the state techniques; however, all these types present as a main inconvenient, the fact of the breaking elements being able to be, in some cases, regenerated and, many times in a very simple form, allowing then the practice of a fraud against the user.
On the other hand, the caps sealing, currently known by the state techniques, that have more efficient ways of preventing and detecting infringement, generally utilize sealing formed by removable bands which present as a disadvantage the fact of the band removal requiring a certain expenditure of a physical strength, what can constitute an additional difficulty for some users. FUNDAMENTS OF THE MODEL
With the purpose of surmounting all the inconvenients arisen from the current technique a CONSTRUCTIVE DISPOSITION INSERTED IN CAPS SEALING has been idealized, constituted by a cylindrical body, with a skirt, covering the superior external part of the bottleneck, having a removable band, constituting an integrating part of the sealing, and it shall remain, even after the sealing removal, helping the cap's retention over the bottleneck, through it's internal interference points. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS For a better understanding of the CONSTRUCTIVE
DISPOSITION INSERTED IN CAPS SEALING, the following references to the enclosed drawings are made:
Fig. 1 - Perspective view of the sealing applied to the cap;
Fig. 2 - Perspective view of the sealing; Fig. 3 - Perspective view of the rupture of the sticks that connects the central handling element to the sealing band;
Fig. 4 - Perspective view of the cap without the sealing. PREFERRED CONSTRUCTIVITY OF THE MODEL
In conformity with the enclosed figures illustrations, the CONSTRUCTIVE DISPOSITION INSERTED IN CAPS SEALING, now proposed, is constituted of a cylindrical body, (1), with a skirt, (2), covering the superior external part of the bottleneck, having a removable band (3), with a central handling element (4), which, when pulled, shall promote the rupture of the sticks (5) and of the segment (6), in order to allow that, afterwards, the band ruptures itself in relation to the skirt, what shall happen along of the low resistance line (7), that connects the band to the skirt, being that such skirt shall remain, even after the removal of such sealing, in order to retain the cap over the bottleneck.

Claims

CLAIM
1. CONSTRUCTIVE DISPOSITION INSERTED IN CAPS SEALING, characterized by being constituted by a cylindrical body, (1), with a skirt, (2), covering the superior external part of the bottleneck, having an aggregated removable band (3), with a central handling element (4), which, when pulled, shall promote the rupture of the sticks (5) and of the segment (6), in order to allow that, afterwards, the band ruptures itself, in relation to the skirt, what shall happen along of the low resistance line (7), that connects the band to the skirt, being that such skirt shall remain, even after the removal of such sealing, in order to retain the cap over the bottleneck.
