Abstract

차량네비게이션시스템이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 차량네비게이션시스템은 지피에스측위장치, 추측항법측위장치, 최적위치생성부, 표시부 및 표시제어부를 구비한다. 추측항법측위장치는 속도데이터소스, 가속도데이터소스, 방위데이터소스, 주행방향정보생성부 및 추측항법위치결정부를 포함한다. 주행방향정보생성부는 속도펄스의 상승에지와 하강에지에서 각각 에지신호를 생성하는 에지검출부와, 에지검출부로부터의 에지신호에 입력된 후 다음 에지신호가 입력되지 아니하고 소정의 정지간주최소시간이 경과한 경우에 가속도적분제어신호를 생성하는 가속도적분제어부와, 가속도적분제어신호가 입력될 때 가속도데이터소스로부터의 가속도데이터를 적분하는 가속도적분기와, 가속도적분기의 적분값을 기초로 차량이 전진주행방향에 있는지 후진주행방향에 있는지 여부를 판단하는 주행방향결정부를 포함한다.
