Abstract
본 발명은 제작 공정이 간단하여 생산 원가를 감소시킬 수 있으며, 다수의 고휘도 LED가 장착된 LED 기판의 후면에 구동소자를 배치시키면서도 효과적으로 열을 방출시킬 수 있고, 방열핀이 중공형 몸체의 내부 및 외부에 형성되고 몸체에 개구가 형성되어 전도와 대류를 동시에 이용하여 외부로 열을 효과적으로 발산할 수 있는 방열부 및 이를 이용한 LED 조명장치에 관한 것이다. 상기 LED 조명장치용 방열부는 중공부를 갖는 원뿔대 또는 원통형 형상의 몸체와, 상기 몸체의 외부 및/또는 표면에 나선형으로 형성된 열발산핀을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 상기 몸체는 공기의 대류가 이루어지도록 몸체를 관통하는 다수의 개구를 더 포함하는 것도 가능하다.
