Abstract
본 발명은 조명용 LED에서 발생되는 열을 효율적으로 방열하여 발광 특성과 수명을 극대화한 LED 패키지 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 LED 패키지는 다수의 LED와, 다각형으로 형성되고 상기 다수의 LED에 전원을 인가하기 위한 배선이 그 일면에 형성되어 상기 다수의 LED가 실장된 기판과, 상기 기판의 내측면에 밀착 설치되어 대기와 접촉되는 열 전도부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
