Abstract

The invention relates to a burner unit for solid powdered fuel (P), comprising a first tube (5, 5' ) for feeding the solid fuel (P) in a first feed direction and comprising a second tube (6) surrounding the first tube (5) for feeding combustion air (S). According to the invention, the burner unit is characterized in that a third tube (7) surrounding the first tube (5, 5') is provided for feeding an additional fuel (E). The invention further relates to a burner arrangement (A, A') comprising a burner unit of the type mentioned above and a method for burning powdered solid fuel and a furnace.
