Abstract

La présente invention concerne un enrobage de polycarbohydrate-siloxane maturé (mPCS), une formulation renfermant une ou plusieurs unités de principe actif enrobées de mPCS, qui est efficace pour confiner la libération de l’unité de principe actif à la région duodénale ou intestinale du tube digestif. L’invention a pour objet des procédés de production de telles formulations pharmaceutiques et leur utilisation.
