Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Transfektionslösung zur Herstellung von Transfektionskomplexen, enthaltend wenigstens einen Puffer, vorzugsweise einen HEPES-Puffer, und wenigstens ein Transfektionsreagenz, das ein kationisches Lipid aufweist. Erfindungsgemäß wird kein Kulturmedium zur Herstellung der Transfektionslösung eingesetzt. Dies verbessert die Langzeitstabilität der Transfektionslösung, so dass sie über einen längeren Zeitraum zur Herstellung von Transfektionskomplexen mit der zu transfizierenden Substanz eingesetzt werden kann.
