Abstract

L'invention porte sur une méthode de régénération des cristaux liquides d'un système électrocommandable à diffusion lumineuse variable comportant un substrat (4, 5) porteur d'un élément à cristaux liquides (3) entre deux électrodes (1, 2) reliées à une alimentation électrique, cette méthode comportant : la fourniture de données pour la régénération comportant une durée de régénération DT et au moins une consigne de régénération C, une programmation pour la régénération comportant la comparaison de données de fonctionnement avec la consigne de régénération C, la régénération automatique par coupure automatique du circuit électrique pendant la durée DT, une fois la ou les consignes C atteintes, et une programmation pour une décision d'un fonctionnement dit mode forcé pendant la régénération en cours en fonction de données sur l'historique d'utilisation et/ou sur le contexte d'utilisation. L'invention porte aussi sur l'alimentation électrique et le dispositif pour la régénération.
