Abstract

The present invention relates to an electric vehicle that can be charged at any time, and that includes a dynamometer constituted by a battery, a driving motor, and a motor control unit. The dynamometer includes a solar cell panel mounted on an outer surface of a roof panel covering a vehicle chassis to obtain electrical energy from solar light; a solar cell control unit for preventing reverse current from entering the solar cell panel; an engine for generating rotational driving force; and one or more alternators which are modularized with the engine to generate electric current by the rotation driving force generated from the engine. The roof panel is attached with one or more reflection plates, the battery is divided into one or more units to be connected to the respective alternators, and the battery is paired with said respective one or more alternators and thus modularized. According to the electric vehicle of the present invention, as a battery is chargeable at any time by the solar cell panel, the travel distance of the electric vehicle can be significantly increased, the life of the battery can be lengthened, and the battery charging performance can be improved by increasing the solar light collecting efficiency through the use of the reflection plate arranged along the circumference of the solar cell panel.
