Abstract

Disclosed are a water quality improvement composition capable of improving water quality of water polluted with green tide, red tide, and various pollutants by spraying the water quality improvement composition over a reservoir, a river, a natural lake, and the like and, in addition, a method of manufacturing the same. The water quality improvement composition according to the present invention is composed of a mixture of natural minerals, such as clinoptilolite, rock-forming minerals, clay minerals, volcanic ash, dolomite, etc. to agglomerate and precipitate pollutants, thereby significantly improving turbidity and, at the same time, to decompose the pollutants, thereby preventing eutrophication that leads to green tide and red tide. As a result, the water quality improvement composition according to the present invention can improve water quality.
