Abstract

L'invention concerne un système évolutif destiné à produire du pétrole brut valorisé, comprenant une ou plusieurs lignes de production. Chacune desdites lignes de production comporte un puits de pétrole, un valorisateur utilisant un rayonnement à micro-ondes et associé fonctionnellement au puits de pétrole, et une pompe associée fonctionnellement au valorisateur. Le valorisateur est construit de façon à réduire la viscosité du pétrole brut et à en augmenter la densité API. L'invention concerne également un procédé destiné à valoriser du pétrole brut de façon évolutive et comportant les étapes consistant à installer un valorisateur utilisant un rayonnement à micro-ondes à proximité d’un puits de pétrole, à produire du pétrole brut à partir du puits de pétrole et à acheminer le pétrole brut jusqu’au valorisateur. Le procédé comporte en outre les étapes consistant à valoriser le pétrole brut dans le valorisateur et à évacuer le pétrole brut valorisé issu du valorisateur.
