Abstract

Alkoholate wie Nb(OC2H5)5 oder Ta(OC2H5)5 werden durch Pyrolyse unter Sauerstoffausschluss chemisch gespalten. Das Spaltungs- bzw. Zwischenprodukt sind Nb2O5- bzw. Ta2O5-Nano-partikel. Diese werden mittels Schwefelwasserstoff oder Schwefelkohlenstoff sulfidiert und die erhaltenen IF-NbS2- bzw. TaS2-Fulleren-Partikel getempert.
