Abstract
The present invention relates to a device for diagnosing otitis media with effusion using generation of ultrasonic waves and reflected waves, thereby being capable of accurately finding the site of inflammation by two-dimensional or three-dimensional diagnostic imaging, and causing no pain during examination. The present invention comprises: an ultrasound probe which generates ultrasonic waves of a predetermined frequency and receives reflected waves which are correspondingly reflected, through a sensor which is inserted into a medium filled in an ear; and a control unit for diagnosing otitis media with effusion by using the form of the reflected ultrasonic waves received from the ultrasound probe.
