Abstract
An encapsulating housing arrangement comprises a first and a second tube section (1, 2). The tube sections (1, 2) are arranged at a distance from each other and movable relative to each other. A joint gap (4) runs between the tube sections (1, 2) filled by a seal element in a fluid-tight manner. The seal element comprises a joint body (10) which is in sliding fluid-tight contact with the outer surfaces (5, 6) of the tube bodies (1, 2). An electrically-insulating fluid is arranged within the encapsulating housing arrangement which flows around an electrical phase conductor (22).
