Abstract

L'invention porte sur une unité de distribution de gaz pour appareil de cuisson, qui comprend au moins un brûleur à gaz, un conduit distributeur muni d'au moins un robinet de réglage pour régler le passage d'un écoulement de gaz vers le brûleur correspondant, et une soupape de sûreté pour ouvrir ou fermer le passage de l'écoulement de gaz vers les brûleurs. Le conduit distributeur est relié à la soupape de sûreté, ladite soupape de sûreté comprenant un corps de soupape qui comprend un conduit d'entrée pour l'écoulement de gaz, un conduit de sortie, et un conduit intermédiaire qui relie le conduit d'entrée au conduit de sortie, un axe longitudinal dudit conduit d'entrée et un axe longitudinal dudit conduit de sortie étant agencés sensiblement parallèles l'un à l'autre mais n'étant pas coaxiaux. La soupape de sûreté comprend une soupape électrique, logée dans le corps de soupape, qui ouvre ou ferme le passage de l'écoulement de gaz vers le conduit de sortie.
