手机成为人们生活中进行沟通和业务往来不可缺少的通讯工具, 从手机的发明到现在, 手机键盘绝大多数都位于屏幕的下侧, 有少部 分手机键盘位于屏幕两侧。 对于手机键盘位于屏幕下侧, 此种结构的 手机存在很多弊端, 首先是持握不稳, 传统手机结构键盘置于机身下 部, 持握时重心偏离手掌或完全在手掌之外, 机身相当体积暴露在手 掌之外,被持握的面积占整个机身面积不足, 造成持握不稳固亦不舒 适, 容易滑落; 容易被抢夺: 传统手机结构由于发短信、 拍照等操作 时手机大部分暴露在手掌外, 极易被他人抢夺; 容易埴碰: 传统手机 结构由于发短信、 拍照等操作时手机大部分暴露在手掌外, 手掌缺乏 对机身的保护, 并且由于专注操作, 容易忽略机身暴露的尺寸, 造成 机身意外埴碰损伤等问题; 单手输入不便: 传统的手机结构, 尤其是 屏幕较大的直板式手机, 由于持握面积和重心的问题 , 单手操作困 难。 经常需要双手操作; 保密性不佳: 传统手机结构在操作时, 由于 屏幕完全暴露在手掌外,旁人可以轻易看到手机上的内容;拍照缺陷: 传统手机拍照时, 由于拍照键一般位于键盘区, 因此需要像其他操作 一样, 将机身上半部分暴露在手掌外, 这个操作除同样存在上述缺陷 外, 还会引起机身不稳定从而造成影像模糊等问题。 另外因为拍照时 很难隐藏动作, 他人较容易注意到拍照者的行为。 发明内容 本实用新型提供了一种键盘设置更符合人体工程学的手机,持握 稳固, 单手输入方便, 可防止意外碰撞, 具有保密性能好、 拍照隐蔽 的优点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明人发现将手机键盘设置在屏幕的上 侧, 在一定程度上不仅可以提高使用者对手机的持握稳定性, 且保密 性能更加良好, 其具体技术方案如下所述: 一种手机, 包括置于手机 机身上的屏幕和键盘, 所述键盘置于屏幕的上侧。
所述键盘包括数字键盘和功能键盘,所述功能键盘置于数字键盘 的上侧。
所述键盘包括数字键盘和功能键盘,所述功能键盘置于数字键盘 的下侧。
所述手机机身上还设有摄像头, 所述摄像头置于手机机身的上 部。
所述摄像头置于手机机身的顶部。
所述摄像头置于手机机身的后上方。
所述手机机身的顶部和背部的连接处设有可调节摄像头方向的 内嵌式转动关节。
所述键盘倾斜设置于手机机身的上部,所述屏幕倾斜设置于手机 机身的下部。
本实用新型相对于现有技术具有以下技术效果:
a . 持握稳固: 由于重心位于手掌中心, 并且持握面积占机身面 积比例较大, 持握更为稳固舒适。
b. 安全性高: 由于手机在操作过程中基本都处于完全被手掌持 握的状态, 大大减少他人夺取手机、 手机意外滑落、 意外埴碰损伤的 机会。 C 保密性高: 由于屏幕更加靠近操作者, 同时操作时手指 /手掌 在侧面的遮挡, 周围人看到手机屏幕上内容的机会降低。
d. 拍照 /拍摄方便、 成像质量佳: 由于持握更加稳固, 重心位于 手掌,可以减少拍照时出现意外的机会和拍照时因为颤抖造成的成像 模糊等问题。
e. 拍照 /拍摄隐密性好: 由于拍照时手机几乎完全在手掌中, 他 人不容易注意到拍照者的动作, 拍照时的隐蔽性更高。 结合在手机顶 部的摄像头或可转动的摄像头, 可以做到 90度取景。

图 1-3所示是现有的手机形式,功能键盘 2和数字键盘 3通常位 于屏幕 1的下方, 尤其对于直板式手机, 持握时如图 2和图 3所示, 这种设置对于使用者来说存在很多隐患, 首先是持握不稳, 由于键盘 位于机身下部, 屏幕尺寸所占机身长度比例大, 所以在持握操作时, 机身重心偏离手掌或完全在手掌之外, 机身相当体积暴露在手掌之 外, 被持握的部分占整个机身的比例不足, 易造成持握不稳, 容易滑 落, 长时间使用容易使人产生疲劳, 尤其对于加长型手机, 上述问题 更加突出。 如图 3所示, 键盘占整个机身长度的比例很小, 在发短信 或玩游戏时, 由于专注操作, 容易忽略机身暴露的尺寸, 易造成机身 意外埴碰损伤等问题。 另外, 在发短信时, 还会容易被旁人看到所发 送的内容, 保密性能较差。
由于传统手机存在上述问题,本发明人发现将手机键盘置于屏幕 的上方可以避免持握不稳, 信息保密性差等问题, 如图 4所示, 功能 键盘 2和数字键盘 3置于手机机身的上部,屏幕 1置于手机机身的下 部。 为了操作更方便, 功能键盘 2置于手机机身的最上部, 也可以将 功能键盘 2置于数字键盘 3的下侧, 同时, 手机机身 8最上端设有扬 声器 4 , 手机机身 8的最下端设有麦克风 5。 如图 5 , 对于加长型手 机也可采用同样的设计。这样的设计可以避免持握不稳和机身意外埴 碰等问题, 如图 6-9所示, 从图中可以看到, 持握时手机机身的绝大 面积被控制在操作人员的手中, 而且由于屏幕位于手掌中心, 手掌和 手指又从侧面遮挡了屏幕, 因此旁人从侧面很难看到屏幕上的内容, 具有很好的信息保密性, 同时可以防止他人的抢夺。
图 10-1 3为本实用新型上的摄像头 6的位置图,传统手机的拍照 键一般位于键盘区, 即在机身的中部或中下部, 因此需要像其他操作 一样, 将机身上半部分暴露在手掌外, 如图 14所示, 这个操作除同 样存在上述持握不稳易引起机身不稳定, 从而造成影像模糊等问题。 另外因为拍照时 ί艮难隐藏动作, 他人较容易注意到拍照者的行为。 本 实用新型由于将键盘置于手机机身的上部,在拍照时手机机身的重心 落在手掌内, 使持握更加稳定, 且具有 4艮好的隐蔽性, 一定程度上会 增强拍照效果, 如图 15 , 图 16和图 17所示。 图 10是将摄像头 6设 置在手机背面的上部, 图 11是将摄像头 6置于手机机身的顶部, 对 于翻盖式和其他开合方式的手机则需要对调键盘和屏幕的电路设计。 图 12和图 1 3是可调节摄像头方向手机示意图,在手机机身的背部和 顶部的连接处设有可调节摄像头方向的内嵌式转动关节 7 , 可以通过 旋转此转动关节实现摄像头在机身顶部和背部的自由切换。
图 18为利用内嵌式转动关节 7进行拍照的示意图, 内嵌式转动 关节 7的设置一定程度上可以增强取景范围, 做到 90度取景, 同时 还具有很高的隐蔽性, 使拍照变得更加灵活。
图 19是本实用新型的另一种实施例, 图 20为其侧视图。 该实施例 更加符合人机工程学的造型, 手机机身 8呈适合手掌的流线型,键盘 3 和屏幕 1均为倾斜设计, 此种手机结构的设计可以使手机支持更大的 屏幕 1和更加稳固的持握, 单手输入更加方便。
本实用新型的保护范围并不局限于上述几种实施方式,本领域的 技术人员能够想到的筒单变换的其他技术方案均属于本实用新型的 保护范围。

1、 一种手机, 包括置于手机机身上的屏幕和键盘, 其特征在于: 所述键盘置于屏幕的上侧。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的手机, 其特征在于:所述键盘包括数字 键盘和功能键盘, 所述功能键盘置于数字键盘的上侧。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的手机, 其特征在于:所述键盘包括数字 键盘和功能键盘, 所述功能键盘置于数字键盘的下侧。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的手机, 其特征在于:所述手机机身还设 有摄像头, 所述摄像头置于手机机身的上部。
5、根据权利要求 4所述的手机, 其特征在于:所述摄像头置于手 机机身的顶部。
6、根据权利要求 4所述的手机, 其特征在于:所述摄像头置于手 机机身的后上方。
7、 根据权利要求 4所述的手机, 其特征在于: 所述手机机身的 顶部和背部的连接处设有可调节摄像头方向的内嵌式转动关节。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的手机, 其特征在于: 所述键盘倾斜设 置于手机机身的上部。
