Description
STAND/RACK SYSTEM WITH MOVEMENT MECHANISM
Technical Field
The invention relates to a stand/rack system which has a movement mechanism that can move in the up-down and right-left directions.
The invention relates in particular to a stand/rack system which, by moving the racks that carry the products to enable the presentation and taking of the products at the desired height level.
State of the Art
In the present condition, stand/rack systems are being used in shopping stores where product sales are being made. Many food, beverages, garments, electronic goods etc. products are displayed on these racks. Such rack systems generally comprise a supporting body formed with a hollow interior and racks in the hollow interior section of the body to extend in parallel to the ground to carry the products. However, said racks are generally connected to the body in a fixed manner via various connection elements. In some cases, when these racks are formed to be monolithic with the body they cannot be disassembled. This causes great difficulties to be experienced during the transportation of the rack system.
Because the racks that function to carry the products in the rack systems used presently are fixed, product presentation at heights other than hand, abdomen and eye levels and collection of the products by the user become difficult. For example, in order to reach the bottommost rack of the rack system the person needs to bend down. This creates great difficulties especially for persons who are old or have back problems.
Even though no patent application which is similar to the rack system, which is the subject matter of the invention, has been found, patent application with publication no: TR 2003 00723 A2 relates to rack support systems used for rack systems in particular for stores and installed to wall mounted or ground supported profiles via rack support
hooks on the back ends of rack supports. It is enabled by a locking pin with a cranky axis that ensures a strong installation onto the vertical chamfers along the surfaces of the profiles for the support elements. When th cranky exis locking pin is tightened the freedom of movement of the rack support element in all three axes is prevented. The f. model application with publication no: TR 2004 02729 U relates to a rack system which can be installed and dismantled without using connection elements.
In conclusion, the existence of the need for a rack system which eliminates the disadvantages mentioned above which enables the offering and collection of products at the desired height level by moving the racks that carry the products and the inadequacy of existing solutions has made it necessary to introduce a development in the related technical field.
Object of the Invention
Based on the state of the art the object of the invention is to develop a stand/rack system that, by moving the racks that carry the products enable offering and collection of the products at the desired height level.
Another object of the invention is the development a stand/rack system which offers the capability of presentation and collection at the desired height via the movement mechanism that can move in the up-down and right-left directions and comprises chain wheels and enables additional presentation and storage area with the height adjustment made.
Yet another object of the invention is to enable persons on wheelchairs and old and disabled persons to collect the products easily owing to the stand/rack system developed. With the stand/rack system, which is the subject matter of the invention, a ground to ceiling cycling display concept has been created. Additionally, owing to the fact that the height of the racks that carry the products can be adjusted, product placement of the racks has been facilitated and savings from time and labor has been made.
The advantages brought by the stand/rack system, which is the subject matter of the invention, is itemized below:
> It is capable of moving in the down, up, right and left directions,
> Its area storage ratio is high, > Each product is easily displayed with the capability of presentation and collection at the desired level,
> Additional display and storage area is formed up to the ceiling with height adjustment,
> It provides ease for the elderly, children, short people or those on wheelchairs, > Creates the concept of chained rack in the rack sector and the Ground to Ceiling
Cycling Rack (4T) among layman,
> Provides savings in time and labor especially for those who display to the rack system. The storage of products in the warehouse can be done in the store.
> Can be used in office cabinets and even book cabinets.
The structural and characteristic properties of the invention and all its advantages shall be understood more clearly with the figures given below and the detailed description written with references to the said figures and therefore, the evaluation needs to be made by taking into consideration the said figures and the detailed description.

Detailed Description of the Invention
The invention relates to a stand/rack system (1) which enables presentation and collection of products at the desired height level by moving the racks that carry the products.
In Figure 1 , the general perspective view of the stand/rack system (1), which is the subject matter of the invention, is given. In figure 2 the perspective view of an alternative embodiment of the stand/rack system (1) is given.
As seen in the figures the stand/rack system (1),which is the subject matter of the invention, comprises a body (2) in the inner section of which the products to be displayed are placed, the rotary elements (5) which are installed onto the rear inner surface of the body (2), and a movement transfer element (6) which moves in connection with the rotary elements (5) and as the result of this movement moves the racks (3) that function to carry the products (4).
As seen in figure 1 and detail A, the movement transfer element (6) which moves up- down and right-left by being moved by the rotary elements (5) installed onto the inner back surface of the body (2) of the stand/rack system (1) in a freely rotating manner and causing the racks (3) it is connected to also to move, it has been enabled that the products (4) placed on the racks (3) are presented and collected at the desired height level. Additionally, with the stand/rack system (1), which is the subject matter of the invention, the concept of ground to ceiling and right to left cycling display has been created. Additionally, owing to the fact that the height adjustment of the racks (3) that carry the products (4) can be made the work of placing products onto the stand/rack system (1) has been made easier and savings of time and labor has been achieved. As rotary elements (5) preferably gears and a chain has been used as the movement transfer element (6). However, as an alternative to the chain-gear mechanism a belt- roller (roller bearing) etc. movement transfer element can also be used.
In Figure 2, on the other hand, the perspective view of an alternative embodiment of the stand/rack system (1) is given. As seen on the figure rotary elements (5) are installed on the rear-inner surface of the body (2) in a manner as to freely rotate. The rotation movement made by the rotary elements (5) is transferred to the products (4) which are directly connected to the movement transfer element (6) via a movement transfer element (6) and the products (4) are caused to move down-up and right-left. With this system as well, as the rotary elements (5) preferably gears and a chain has been used as the movement transfer element (6). However, as an alternative to the chain-gear mechanism a belt-roller (roller bearing) etc. movement transfer element can also be used.
The invention may not be limited to the representative applications given in this section. Alternative embodiments to be developed by persons specialized in the technical field in the light of the basic elements under the scope of protection stated in the claims and the alternative embodiments shall mean a violation of the invention.
