Abstract

본 발명은 비젤방식의 2차원 단백질분리용 다중채널장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 단백질 시료를 pI 별로 1차 분리하는 등전집중부 및 1차로 분리된 단백질을 2차로 분자량별로 분리하는 흐름장흐름분획부를 함유하는 평판형 채널이 하나 이상 병렬구로 연결되어, 다중채널에서 단백질의 동시 분리가 가능하고, 단백질 분리속도가 향상되며, 채널부피 증가로 인한 시료 주입의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 비젤방식의 2차원 단백질분리용 다중채널장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 단백질을 pI와 분자량의 크기 순서에 따라 분리할 수 있으며, 단백질 분리공정에 따른 단백질의 변성이 일어나지 않으며, 등전점 분리에 사용되는 양쪽성 전해질의 자동제거가 가능하며, 분리된 단백질을 별도로 검출하여 나노유속 액체크로마토그래피-전자분무이온화-탠덤질량분석법을 적용함으로써 단백질 식별이 가능하다.
