Abstract

본 발명은 필요시에 즉시 증기를 발생시켜 사용할 수 있으며, 발생된 증기가 효과적으로 배출되고, 점검 및 부품교체가 용이하므로 관리가 편리하여 사용성이 우수하며, 구성도 간단한 새로운 구조의 증기다리미에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 증기배출공(12)이 형성된 밑판(10)과, 상기 밑판(10)의 상측에 구비되어 외부전원에 의해 작동되는 히터(20)와, 급수원(30)에서 공급되는 물이 상기 히터(20)에 의해 증기화되는 기화실(42)이 내부에 형성되어 상기 히터(20) 상부에 구비되는 증기발생블록(40)과, 상기 급수원(30)과 증기발생블록(40) 사이에 구비되어 상기 급수원(30)의 물을 증기발생블록(40)으로 강제 급수하는 급수펌프(50)와, 상기 급수펌프(50)와 기화실(42) 사이에 위치되어 기화실(42)에서 발생된 증기 또는 기화실(42)로 유입된 물이 역류되는 것을 방지하는 체크밸브(60)와, 상기 기화실(42)과 밑판(10)의 증기배출공(12)을 연결하여 상기 기화실(42)에서 발생된 증기를 상기 증기배출공(12)으로 배출시키는 증기배출관(70)을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 증기다리미가 제공된다.
