Ainsi, par la conversion de l’ID statique de cellule, c’est l’ID dynamique de cellule qui est envoyée à l’UE par l’interface Uu, et même si un tiers obtenait l’ID dynamique de cellule, il n’obtiendrait pas les informations réelles de localisation de la cellule, ce qui permet de s’opposer efficacement à la fourniture par ledit tiers d’un service illégal par orientation des ID de cellule.
