本发明要解决的技术问题是提出一种利用门禁 /考勤系统发布信息的方法以及提 供一种可发布信息的门禁 /考勤系统, 可以使门禁 /考勤系统用户在刷卡的同时, 能够 接收并显示系统发布的信息, 实现系统用户与系统及系统管理者之间的交互, 提髙工 作效率并方便公司的管理。
首先要说明的是, 移动通信技术所用的 Subscriber Identity Model, 简称 SIM 卡, 作为移动通信终端的用户识别装置被广泛应用。 随着科学技术发展, 通过各种方 法在普通移动通信终端的 SIM卡体内增加各种智能电路模块, 使经过上述改造的 SIM 卡除了有基本的 SIM卡功能外, 还有其它更加贴近于生活的功能, 射频 SIM卡就是其 中之一。 关于射频 SIM 卡, 申请人已经提交了中国发明专利申请, 申请号为:

提出一种利用门禁 /考勤系统发布信息的方法,用于识别装有射频 SIM卡的移动通 信装置并向该移动通信装置发布系统信息, 包括如下步骤-
A. 在所述门禁 /考勤系统的入口端设置与所述射频 SIM卡相适的配射频读卡 器, 并使该射频读卡器与门禁 /考勤系统的后台服务器建立通信達接;
B. 在所述后台服务器内配置相应的管理软件, 门禁 /考勤系统管理者预先在 后台服务器中设置好需要发布给相关门禁 /考勤系统用户的信息;
C 当所述门禁 /考勤系统用户使用其装有射频 SIM卡的移动通信装置进行门 禁 /考勤刷卡时, 所述射频读卡器接收到所述射频 SIM卡发来的信号, 所述后台服务 器通过射频读卡器判断该用户身份 (ID), 并根据其身份 (ID) 査找是否需要对其发 布信息, 如果判断为 "否", 则不做任何动作; 如果判断为 "是" , 则自动査找所有需 要发布的信息, 并通过射频读卡器发送入该用户的射频 SIM卡并存储, 用户再直接操 作移动通信装置显示读取信息。

同现有技术相比较, 本发明一种利用门禁 /考勤系统发布信息的方法及可发布信 息的门禁 /考勤系统的有益效果在于: 1. 由于门禁或考勤系统以及移动通信装置越来 越被普遍性应用, 使门禁或考勤系统在保持传统的门禁或考勤功能的基础上, 能够进 行可读性信息的发布; 且使移动通信装置在原有通信功能的基础上, 能够接收门禁或 考勤系统所发布的信息, 实现了门禁 /考勤系统管理者和用户之间的交互, 也就是实 现了公司与雇员之间或管理小区与住户之间的交互, 有利于提高公司的管理水平和工 作效率; 2.相对于现有的门禁 /考勤系统, 无须再另行设置门禁卡或考勤卡, 节约公 司管理成本和社会资源; 3. 发布的信息可以是公共信息, 也可以是个人化信息, 有 利于提升公司的人性化管理。 附图说明

一种可发布信息的门禁 /考勤系统, 用于识别装有射频 SIM卡 402的移动通信装 置 400并向该移动通信装置 400发布信息, 包括诸如公司通知、 重大新闻、 个人曰程 安排等公共化或个性化信息。 需要说明的是, 图 1中包含有门禁锁控装置 200, 适用 于门禁系统或者门禁 -考勤一体化系统, 如果仅仅是考勤系统, 则无须设置所述门禁 锁控装置 200。下面结合图 1仅就门禁系统或者门禁-考勤一体化系统的信息发布作进 一步详述, 至于考勤系统, 原理与门禁系统一样, 后面将不再赘述。
一种可发布信息的门禁系统, 用于识别装有射频 SIM卡 402的移动通信装置 400 并向该移动通信装置 400发布系统信息, 如图 1所示, 包括设置在门禁系统入口端射 频读卡器 300, 和与该射频读卡器 300建立通信连接的后台服务器 100, 以及门禁锁 控装置 200;所述射频读卡器 300与所述射频 SIM卡 402相适配;所述后台服务器 100 内配置有相应的管理软件, 且由门禁系统管理者预先在后台服务器 100中设置好需要 发布给相关门禁系统用户的信息; 包括诸如公司通知、 重大新闻、 个人日程安排等公 共化或个性化信息。 所述射频读卡器 300、 门禁锁控装置 200与后台服务器 100通过 标准接口 600 (例如网络接口、 RS232/RS485接口) 和数据传输导线连接; 装有射频 SIM卡 402的移动通信装置 400与射频读卡器 300之间通过射频接口 500进行数据交 换。

A. 门禁系统管理者预先在后台服务器中设置好需要发布给相关门禁系统用户的 信息; B. 当所述门禁系统用户使用其装有射频 SIM卡 402的移动通信装置 400进行门 禁刷卡时, 所述射频读卡器 300接收到所述射频 SIM卡 402发来的信号, 所述后台服 务器 100通过射频读卡器 300判断该用户身份 (ID), 并根据其身份 (ID) 查找是否 需要对其发布信息, 如果判断为 "否", 则不做任何动作; 如果判断为 "是", 打开门 禁锁控装置 200, 并自动査找所有需要发布的信息, 通过射频读卡器 300将所述信息 发送入该用户的射频 SIM卡 402并存储, 用户再直接操作移动通信装置 400键盘显示 和读取信息。 该步骤中, 是所述射频 SIM卡 402通过主动 STK命令 "DISPLAYTEXT" 将这些信息显示在移动通信装置 400上。

A. 在所述门禁 /考勤系统的入口端设置与所述射频 SIM卡 (402) 相适配的射频 读卡器 (300), 并使该射频读卡器 (300) 与门禁 /考勤系统的后台服务器 (100 ) 建 立通信连接;

C. 当所述门禁 /考勤系统用户使用其装有射频 SIM卡(402 )的移动通信装置(400) 进行门禁 /考勤刷卡时, 所述射频读卡器 (300 ) 接收到所述射频 SIM卡 (402 ) 发来 的信号, 所述后台服务器 (100 ) 通过射频读卡器 (300 ) 判断该用户身份, 并根据其 身份査找是否需要对其发布信息, 如果判断为 "否", 则不做任何动作; 如果判断为 "是", 则自动査找所有需要发布的信息, 通过射频读卡器 (300) 将所述信息发送入 该用户的射频 SIM卡 (402 ) 并存储, 用户再直接操作移动通信装置 (400 ) 显示和读 取信息。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的利用门禁 /考勤系统发布信息的方法, 其特征在于: 所述 步骤 C中, 射频 S頂卡 (402) 通过主动 STK命令 "DISPLAYTEXT"将这些信息显示在 装有所述射频 SIM卡 (402 ) 的移动通信装置 (400) 上。
3. 如权利要求 1或 2所述的利用门禁 /考勤系统发布信息的方法, 其特征在于: 所述后台服务器 (100) 所设置的信息, 包括系统所有用户通用的公共信息和针对具 体个人用户的个性化私密信息。
4. 如权利要求 1或 2所述的利用门禁 /考勤系统发布信息的方法, 其特征在于: 所述射频读卡器 (300 ) 收发射频信号工作的频段为超高频 SHF频段、 甚高频 VHF频 段或者特高频 UHF频段。
5. 一种可发布信息的门禁 /考勤系统, 用于识别装有射频 SIM卡 (402) 的移动 通信装置 (400) 并向该移动通信装置 (400 ) 发布信息, 其特征在于: 包括设置在门 禁 /考勤系统入口端的射频读卡器 (300), 以及与该射频读卡器 (300) 建立通信连接 的后台服务器 (100) ; 所述射频读卡器 (300) 与所述射频 SIM卡 (402) 相适配; 所 述后台服务器(100) 内配置有相应的管理软件, 且由门禁 /考勤系统管理者预先在后 台服务器(100) 中设置好需要发布给相关门禁 /考勤系统用户的信息; 当所述射频读 卡器 (300) 接收到所述射频 SIM卡 (402) 发来的信息时, 也即感知有门禁 /考勤系 统用户使用其装有射频 SIM卡 (402) 的移动通信装置 (400) 进行门禁 /考勤刷卡时, 所述后台服务器(100〉 通过射频读卡器 (300) 判断该用户身份, 并根据其身份査找 是否需要对其发布信息。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的可发布信息的门禁 /考勤系统,其特征在于: 所述射频读 卡器 (300) 对所述射频 SIM卡 (402 ) 发送信息后, 所述射频 SIM卡 (402) 通过主 动 STK命令 "DISPLAYTEXT"将这些信息显示在装有该射频 SIM卡 (402) 的移动通信 装置 (400) 上。
7. 如权利要求 5或 6所述的可发布信息的门禁 /考勤系统,其特征在于: 所述后 台服务器 (100) 所设置的信息, 包括系统所有用户通用的公共信息和针对具体个人 用户的个性化私密信息。
8. 如权利要求 5或 6所述的可发布信息的门禁 /考勤系统,其特征在于: 所述射 频读卡器 (300) 收发射频信号工作的频段为超高频 SHF频段、 甚高频 VHF频段或者 特高频 UHF频段。
