背景技术
随着技术发展, 可以通过多种方法在移动终端, 特别是在普通移动电话 (以下简 称 "手机" ) 内的 SIM卡( subscriber identity model )增加各种智能电路模块, 使之除 了有基本的 SIM卡功能外, 还有其它更加贴近于生活的功能。 通过改造手机 SIM卡使 之成为具备支付功能的手机 SIM卡, 也可以让手机兼有诸如信用卡、 小额支付、 考勤 之类的功能。本发明所涉及的射频 SIM卡就是具备这些功能的手机卡,它是在普通 SIM 卡上连接一个射频智能卡后使之带射频无线通信功能的手机智能卡。 该手机智能卡不 仅具备常规 SIM卡的所有功能, 还加有一个与外部其它处理装置进行短距离双向数据 通信的接口, 利用该接口及智能卡的原有数据处理及存储功能, 可让手机兼有诸如信 用卡, 小额支付卡、 考勤卡之类的卡功能, 而且其用卡过程中产生的信息能直接在持 卡人的手机屏幕上看到, 并需要持卡人通过手机键盘来完成各项操作。
本发明所涉及的射频 SIM卡, 包括射频智能卡模块以及卡体内的电路; 卡体上设 有可与手机卡座匹配使用的接口, 卡内电路包括有 CPU、 存储器、 射频收发电路、 射频 收发天线, 整个电路与所述接口的相应端点连接。 这样, 整个电路首先能通过手机得 到电源而开始工作, 接下来, 在 CPU的控制下, 能通过射频收发电路和射频收发天线 在短距离内与配套的外围处理装置通信, 通信内容和过程由卡内的 CPU具体处理, 必 要时 CPU通过手机的 SIM卡座上的数据线并按照标准协议向手机发指令去控制手机的 屏幕显示和键盘输入。

随着技术发展, 可以将常规的 SIM卡扩展成多种应用。 然而, 尽管射频智能卡模 块与常规 SIM卡模块工作时有正确的电气连接, 但常规 SIM卡模块和射频智能卡模块 在实际应用中他们的功能相对独立和完整, 在常规 SIM卡模块 STK菜单和射频智能卡 模块操作菜单都有广泛的用户使用需求下, 只能在移动终端上显示常规 SIM卡的 STK ( SIM tool kit )菜单或者智能卡模块操作菜单, 而不能同时显示常规 SIM卡模块的 STK菜单和射频智能卡模块搡作菜单, 这样单一搡作常规 SIM卡模块 STK菜单或者是 射频智能卡模块搡作菜单的方法, 给用户和运营商的实际应用造成了极大的不方便。 现有技术的射频 SIM卡应用中没有完善解决以上所述两个模块菜单搡作整合问题的方 法, 而这种方法在实际应用中对运营商和用户都相当重要。
上面所述的读卡方法存在以下不足:
1、 只能在移动终端上单一地显示常规 SIM卡模块的 STK菜单或智能卡搡作菜单, 给移动终端用户造成了极大不便;
2、 只能在移动终端上单一地对常规 SIM卡模块的 STK菜单或智能卡搡作菜单进行 操作。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于避免上述现有技术的不足之处而提出一种整合射频 智能卡模块菜单和 SIM卡模块 STK菜单的方法。
利用本发明所提出的菜单整合方法, 可以在射频 SIM 卡的应用过程中, 同时显示 并独立搡作常规 SIM卡菜单和射频智能卡菜单, 为用户和运营商的实际应用带来了极 大的方便。
本发明解决所述技术问题可以通过采用以下技术方案来实现:
提出一种整合射频智能卡模块菜单和 SIM卡模块 STK菜单的方法, 该方法包括如 下步骤:
A、 常规 SIM卡模块向移动终端发送主动式命令;
B、 射频智能卡模块接收由常规 SIM卡模块发送的主动式命令;
C、 射频智能卡模块判断所接收的命令是否为建立菜单的命令, 若判断结果为
"否", 则将此命令直接转发给移动终端处理;
D、 上述步骤 C中, 若判断结果为 "是", 则射频智能卡模块(104 )将自身的菜单 操作命令和接收到的常规 SIM卡模块(103 ) 的 STK菜单主动式命令按照 GSM 11. 14 标准对数据格式进行整合,整合后的主动式命令与常规 SIM卡模块(104 ) 发送的主动式命令数据格式一致;
E、 射频智能卡模块向移动终端发送整合后主动式命令; F、 移动终端接收整合后的主动式命令即可按常规统一显示所述智能卡模块操作 菜单和常规 SIM卡模块的 STK菜单;
G、 移动终端根据显示的整合后的菜单对射频智能卡模块或常规 SIM卡模块进行相 应搡作。
所述射频智能卡模块在物理连接上是处于移动终端卡槽和常规 SIM模块之间, 是 一种带有无线传输模块的智能卡。
所述射频智能卡模块在与外围设备工作进行通信时工作在 SHF频段、 VHF频段或 UHF超高频段。
同现有技术相比较, 本发明采用的上述技术方案的有益效果在于:
1、 可以在移动终端上统一显示射频智能卡模块菜单和常规 SIM卡的 STK菜单,极 大的方便了用户;
2、 能在移动终端上单一的对常规 SIM卡菜单或智能卡搡作菜单进行操作;
3、 本发明所述方法可在兼容 GSM标准的所有 SIM卡和各种品牌的移动终端上使 用;
4、 本发明所述方法可以保证射频 SIM卡应用于公交、 门禁、小额支付等系统时, 不影响常规 SIM卡菜单项的正常使用。 附图说明

以下结合各附图所示之最佳实施例作进一步详述。
一种整合射频智能卡模块菜单和 S 卡模块 STK菜单的方法, 可以直接基于一 种射频 SIM卡 102(也就是常规 SIM卡模块 103与射频智能卡模块 104—体化合为射频 SIM卡 102 ), 如图 1所示; 也可以基于常规 SIM卡模块 103与射频智能卡模块 1(M分 置的情形, 如图 2; 所述方法包括如下步骤:
A、 如图 3步骤 301所示, 常规 SIM卡模块 103向移动终端 101发送主动式命令;
B、 如图 3步骤 302所示, 射频智能卡模块 104接收由常规 SIM卡模块 103发送的 主动式命令; C、 射频智能卡模块 104判断所接收的命令是否为建立菜单的命令,如图 3步骤 303 所示, 若判断结果为 "否", 则将此命令直接转发给移动终端 101处理, 如图 3 步骤 304所示;
D、 上述步骤 C中, 若判断结果为 "是", 则射频智能卡模块(104 )将自身的菜单 操作命令和接收到的常规 SIM卡模块(103 ) 的 STK菜单主动式命令按照 GSM 11. 14 标准对数据格式进行整合,整合后的主动式命令与常规 SIM卡模块 ( 104 ) 发送的主动式命令数据格式一致;
E、 如图 3步骤 306所示, 射频智能卡模块 104向移动终端 101发送整合后主动式 命令;
F、 移动终端 101 接收整合后的主动式命令即可按常规统一显示所述智能卡模块 103操作菜单和常规 SIM卡模块 104的 STK菜单, 如图 3步骤 307所示;
G、 移动终端 101根据显示的整合后的菜单对射频智能卡模块 104或常规 SIM卡模 块 103进行相应搡作。
如图 1或 2所示, 所述射频智能卡模块 104工作在移动终端 101的卡槽与常规 SIM模块 103之间的一种带有无线传输模块的智能卡,图 1为所述的射频智能卡 104 集成在原来 SIM卡卡体内时的工作原理图; 图 2为所述的射频智能卡 104为单独集 成在原来 SIM卡卡体外时工作时的原理图, 当所述的射频智能卡 104未集成在原来 的 SIM卡卡体内时, 该射频智能卡 104必须保证与原来的 SIM卡卡体有正确的电气 连接, 并且在工作时将其放置在原来的 SIM卡 102和移动终端 101的卡槽之间。

C、 射频智能卡模块(104 )判断所接收的命令是否为建立菜单的命令, 若判断结果 为 "否", 则将此命令直接转发给移动终端(101 ) 处理;

E、 射频智能卡模块(104 ) 向移动终端(101 )发送整合后主动式命令;
F、 移动终端( 101 )接收整合后的主动式命令即可按常规统一显示所述智能卡模块 ( 103 )搡作菜单和常规 SIM卡模块(104 ) 的 STK菜单;
G、 移动终端( 101 )根据显示的整合后的菜单对射频智能卡模块( 104 )或常规 SIM 卡模块(103 )进行相应搡作。

、如杈利要求 1所述的整合射频智能卡模块菜单和常规 SIM卡模块 STK菜单的方法, 其特征在于: 所述步骤 D中, 菜单整合过程由运行在射频智能卡模块(104 ) 里的固化软件 完成, 具体包括如下步骤:
a 定义射频智能卡模块(104 ) 自身操作菜单命令的数据格式, 所述每个菜单命令 中都包含一个 ID号;
b 射频智能卡模块 ( 104 )在接收到的常规 S IM卡模块( 103 )建立菜单的主动式命 令, 并跳开命令中的第 0级菜单的数据, 只获取以 OxOf 或者 0x8f 为起始标志位的 所有菜单项数据, 所述的菜单项数据有一组或多组;
c 射频智能卡模块( 104 )将从常规 SIM卡模块( 103 )获取的每一组菜单项数据中 表示 ID号的字节进行存储, 并用新定义的 ID号替换原来的 ID号, 同时建立常规
SIM卡模块(104 )菜单新旧 ID号的对应关系, 并保证新定义的 ID号不与射频智 能卡模块(104 ) 自身菜单项的 ID号重复; d 将步骤 c中包含了新 ID号的菜单项数据内容加在 a步骤中射频智能卡模块( 104 ) 自身搡作菜单命令数据内容的后面, 此时, 整合后的主动式命令数据中包括射频智 能卡模块(104 ) 自身操作菜单命令的 ID号和替换后的常规 SIM卡模块(103 ) 的 菜单的 ID号;
e 射频智能卡模块(104 )计算整合后的菜单数据的长度, 并修改整合后的主动式 菜单数据的长度字节, 生成新的建立菜单的整合后主动式命令。 、如杈利要求 1所述的整合射频智能卡模块菜单和常规 SIM卡模块 STK菜单的方法, 其特征在于:
所述步骤 G中, 所述相应搡作具体还包括如下步骤: a. 移动终端 (101 ) 向射频智能卡模块(104 )发送整合后的菜单搡作命令; b. 射频智能卡模块(104 )判断所接收到的菜单操作命令是否为智能卡菜单操作命 令, 若判断结果为 "是", 则所接收到的菜单操作命令由智能卡模块(104 ) 处理; c 上述步骤 b 中, 若判断结果为 "否", 则射频智能卡模块(104 )修改所接收到 的菜单命令的 ID号, 并将修改后的菜单操作命令发送给常规 SIM卡模块(103 ); d. 常规 SIM卡模块(103 ) 处理所接收到的菜单搡作命令。 、如权利要求 6所述的整合射频智能卡模块菜单和常规 SIM卡模块 STK菜单的方法, 其特征在于:
移动终端(101) 向射频智能卡模块(104)发送菜单选择搡作命令, 该命令的 最后一个字节为 ID号, 用于区分该操作命令由射频智能卡模块(104) 处理还是由 常规 SIM卡模块(103) 处理。
、 如权利要求 1或 7所述的整合射频智能卡模块菜单和常规 SIM卡模块 STK菜单的 方法, 其特征在于:
射频智能卡模块(104)将从移动终端(101)接收到菜单操作命令的 ID号和 菜单整合后的主动式命令数据中的射频智能卡模块(104) 自身操作菜单命令的 ID 号和替换后的常规 SIM卡模块(103)的菜单的 ID号进行比较, 如果等于射频智能 卡模块(104) 自身操作菜单命令的 ID号, 刚该命令由智能卡模块(104) 处理; 如果为替换后的常规 SIM卡模块(103) 的菜单的 ID号, 则根据菜单整合过程中存 储的 SIM菜单的新旧 ID号的对应关系, 将 ID号替换为原来的 ID号, 然后将命令 数据发送给 SIM卡进行处理。
