Description

"CHILDREN VEHICLE" TECHNICAL FIELD
This utility model is an innovating children vehicle model, notably developed to optimize its manufacturing and mounting and to minimize production costs, thus providing a toy having a final cost accessible to the consuming public, in addition to foreseeing numerous characteristics that personalize it compared to the conventional models existing in the consumer market, among those the utilization of a same model of vehicle for manual model with a pedal of activation and the model with a motor, this one having a stick shift with two gears, forward and reverse, with a sealed battery (it comes with charger 127/22Ov), provided also with a motor protection fuse, double layered structure, which gives the product longer durability, also presenting total built-in wiring, assuring more safety for the child and approximate maximum speed of 4 km/h. TECHNIQUE BACKGROUND As it is of public knowledge and mainly of the professionals involved in the toy industry and congener, the consumer market presents an infinity of children vehicles among which it is worthwhile mentioning a model of children vehicle for riding, and activation mounting for a children vehicle, which includes an adapted skeleton to support a child and an activation mounting with a battery activated motor. The children vehicle additionally includes one or more drivable wheels. In some models, the children vehicle is similar to a normal size motorcycle. In some models, the children vehicle includes a free fluctuating wheel that is not requested and that moves up and down within a defined range of positions in relation to the skeleton of the children vehicle when external forces are transmitted to the wheel. In some models, the skeleton of the children vehicle includes a high-speed switch for vehicle's high-speed transitory displacement.
Another model presented by the state of art contemplates a riding children vehicle and the associated translation and rotation. The riding children vehicle includes a body, several wheels mounted in a rotational manner on the body and, at least, one steering wheel including a steering gear mechanism, which includes a steering column and an associated handlebar. The handlebar is embodied to be activated by a conductor sitting on the vehicle seat for, then, making the steering wheel to move, and the vehicle also contemplates an element that responds to the steering extending from the external body surface, the element that responds to the steering is attached to the steering mechanism by means of a articulation set and is embodied to turn in response to the handlebar movement.
Thus, it can be noticed the models of the art do not present any additional attraction to children, except the formal aspects, as well as no inventive act that results in a functional improvement in its use or in its manufacturing. BRIEF OBJECT DESCRIPTION Thus, aiming at providing improvements to the consumer market, after numerous researches, the inventor created and developed this "CONSTRUCTIVE DEVICE INTRODUCED IN CHILDREN VEHICLE", which more particularly refers to a children vehicle notably developed to optimize its manufacturing and mounting and to minimize production costs, thus providing a toy having a final cost accessible to the consuming public, in addition to contemplating numerous safety devices that personalize it compared to the conventional models existing in the consumer market .
An important aspect contemplated in this toy is the utilization of the same model of vehicle skeleton for manual version with pedals of activation and the mechanized model, which proves the manufacturing optimization of the two line models.
The main construction of the constructive device introduced in children vehicle now pled by the applicant is composed of a skeleton made preferably of plastic material or other material of equivalent characteristics, conformed by a laminated double layered structure, which gives the product longer durability, being said that this skeleton presents the external format similar to a convertible automobile and is mounted in two axles of the wheels.
The said skeleton is conformed in a way to internally comprise a step like a seat and further a steering wheel frontally positioned. The floor of the vehicles skeleton is cut, so that the child may reach the inferior traction pedals of the toy and they may move with it.
In this model, the movement of the front wheels is performed through the transmission set comprised of articulated stems linked to the steering wheel, and the traction of said wheels is performed through the movement of the pedal, by the child.
A preferable alternative construction presents a mechanized vehicle, which contemplates a motor, preferably of 6v linked to a battery preferably of 6v, having a contemplated autonomy of approximately two hours of continuous use and attached to a skeleton with external format similar to a convertible automobile.
Generally, said skeleton internally presents a step that embodies the seat and presents at the front a diagonal portion that makes up the panel from where the steering wheel extends, lower contemplating a laminated structure that is supported on the skeleton making up the floor.
The skeleton of the children vehicle in question, more particularly in the internal front part, integrates two pedals of activation, being one the accelerator and the other the break, further presenting a gear shift positioned in the longitudinal portion preferably in the center of the skeleton of the vehicle, dividing the space for the child's legs. Said gear shift activates the command that directs the vehicle forwards or backwards and also presents a feeding exit for the battery energy.
The model of the mechanized vehicle in question contemplates a shift with two gears, forward and reverse, with a motor contemplated to reach a maximum speed of 4 km/h, with the battery preferably sealed, including a charger 127/22Ov, with the terminals of the battery contemplating safety protection gloves .
In addition, said vehicle contemplates numerous safety items for protection of the child who uses the vehicle, that is, it presents total built-in wiring, motor and battery protection fuses, protection gloves in the battery terminals, among other items . Therefore, said children vehicle presents numerous safety devices capable of totally prevent the children who use it from potential dangers, further presenting a single model able of being manually or mechanically activated, which minimizes the costs of the toy and optimizes its production. In order to complement the present description so that to obtain a better understanding of the models characteristics of use and in accordance with a preferable practical realization of the same, a set of drawings is attached to the description, wherein in an exemplifying manner, but not limited to, it represented the following: Figure 1 shows a front perspective view of the children vehicle in its main version; Figure 2 shows a back perspective view of the children vehicle in its main version; Figure 3 shows a side view of the vehicle;

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE OBJECT
In reference to the illustrated drawings, the present model of Utility of "CONSTRUCTIVE DEVICE INTRODUCED IN CHILDREN VEHICLE" more particularly refers to an innovating model of a children vehicle 1, notably developed to optimize its manufacturing and mounting and to minimize productions costs, thus providing a toy having a final cost accessible to the consuming public, further contemplating numerous safety devices that customize it compared to the conventional models existing in the consumer market.

The children vehicle 1 also presents a protection fuse 17 of the motor 10, and its wiring F is positioned in a totally built-in manner, assuring more safety for the child. This fuse 17 must present a sheet of a maximum of 25A.
In order to activate the child mechanized vehicle 1 it is necessary to activate both pedals 9a and 9b at the same time, otherwise it will not move.
Also, all the electrical wiring/whips F necessary to energize the whole toy 1 are suitably built-in under the skeleton 2 of said vehicle 1, so that the child has absolutely no contact with them.
Therefore, said children vehicle 1 presents numerous safety devices capable of totally protecting the children using it from potential dangers, further presenting a single model able to be manually or mechanically activated 10, which minimizes the costs of the toy 1 and optimizes its production.
While it is described the preferred embodiment of the present model, any modifications and/or alterations must be understood as inside and scope of the utility model, fitting perfectly within the criteria that define them, that is, the combination and modification of elements already known in a new form or disposition, resulting in a functional improvement in its use or in its manufacturing.

Claims

1. "CHILDREN VEHICLE", of a innovating children vehicle model 1, notably developed to optimize its manufacturing and mounting and to minimize production costs, thus providing a toy having a final cost accessible to the consuming public, further contemplating numerous safety devices, wherein presents a children vehicle
(1) composed by a skeleton (2) made up of preferably plastic material or of material with equivalent characteristics, made up by a double layered laminated structure, presenting an external format similar to a convertible automobile and is mounted in two axles (3) of the wheels (4); said skeleton
(2) made up in a way that it internally has a step like a seat (5) and further a frontal diagonal portion (11) from where the steering wheel (6) extends; the skeleton floor (2) of the vehicle (1) is cut (7) and it is also contemplated two pedals (6) linked to each other and to a traction set of the wheels (4) of the toy (1) , along with it is contemplated a transmission set (8) made up of articulated stems linked to the steering wheel (6) and the traction of said wheels (4) is done by the movement of the pedals (6) .
2. "CHILDRENVEHICLE", according to claim 1 and in an alternative preferable construction, wherein presents a mechanized vehicle (Ia), which contemplates a motor (10) , preferably of 6v linked to a battery (15) preferably of βv and attached to a skeleton
(2a) with an external format similar to a convertible automobile; internally, said skeleton (2a) presents a step that embodies a seat (5a) and a diagonal frontal portion (lla) from where the steering wheel (6A) extends, lower contemplating a laminated structure (12) making up the floor, which frontally integrates two pedals (9a) and (9b) of activation of the accelerator and the break, respectively, further presenting a shift gear (13) positioned preferably in the central longitudinal portion (14) of the skeleton (2) of the vehicle (1) and further an exit (S) of the battery (15) energy feeding, where said shift gear (13) of the children vehicle (1) presents two gears, forward and reverse, with a motor (10) contemplated to reach a maximum speed of 4 km/h, with the battery (15) preferably sealed.
3. "CHILDRENVEHICLE", according to claims 1 and 2, wherein the model of the skeleton (2) of the vehicle (1) is used for the manual version with pedals for activation and for the mechanized model.
4. "CHILDRENVEHICLE", according to claims 1, 2 and 3, wherein the children vehicle (1) presents a fuse (17) for protection of the motor (10) , presenting a sheet of a maximum of 25A.
5. "CHILDRENVEHICLE", according to claims 1, 2, 3, and 4, wherein the wiring (F) of the motor (10) of the vehicle (1) is positioned in a totally built-in manner.
6. "CHILDRENVEHICLE", according to the claims 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, wherein in order to activate the mechanized children vehicle (1) , it is necessary to activate both pedals (9a) and (9b) at the same time .
7. "CHILDRENVEHICLE", according to the claims 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, wherein all the electrical wiring/whips (F) necessary to energize the entire toy (1) are suitably built-in under the skeleton (2) of said children vehicle (1) .
