Abstract

La présente invention concerne un contenant résistant à la chaleur destiné à la cuisson d'aliments, lequel contenant est recouvert d'une composition calogène. L'invention concerne également un procédé permettant de fabriquer un tel contenant. Le contenant résistant à la chaleur présente des propriétés thermiques améliorées afin de maintenir la température de chauffage pendant un long laps de temps et d'améliorer le rendement thermique pendant la cuisson des aliments. Plus particulièrement, le contenant résistant à la chaleur décrit dans cette invention permet à la fois de cuire et de rôtir au cours de la cuisson d'un poisson ou d'une viande. Pour ce faire, le contenant résistant à la chaleur destiné à la cuisson d'aliments décrit dans l'invention présente un corps de contenant (10) pourvu d'une surface interne recouverte d'une couche d'une composition calogène (c) contenant des ingrédients parmi lesquels du calcaire, du talc, de l'argile blanche, la perlite, acier oxydé, des frittes de lithium, du carbonate de lithium et de la ferrite.
