由以上本发明实施例提供的技术方案可见,本发明实施例中在定制主叫名 片时,服务器接收终端发送的用户定制的名片信息, 为所述名片信息分配地址 标识, 并保存所述名片信息以及所述用户的标识与所述地址标识的对应关系; 在实现主叫名片业务时, 服务器接收主叫终端用于呼叫被叫终端的呼叫请求, 根据预先存储的用户标识与地址标识的对应关系 ,获取所述主叫终端用户的主 叫名片信息的地址标识,并才艮据所述地址标识向被叫终端提供所述主叫终端用 户的主叫名片信息。 应用本发明实施例, 终端可以通过 IP电信网络, 预先保 存信息形式多样的主叫名片信息, 实现定制信息业务的多样性。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例提供了主叫名片的定制方法、业务的实现方法、 系统及服务 器, 定制主叫名片时, 服务器接收终端发送的用户定制的名片信息, 为所述名 片信息分配地址标识,并保存所述名片信息以及所述用户的标识与所述地址标 识的对应关系; 在实现主叫名片业务时,服务器接收主叫终端用于呼叫被叫终 端的呼叫请求,根据预先存储的用户标识与地址标识的对应关系, 获取所述主 叫终端用户的主叫名片信息的地址标识,并才艮据所述地址标识向被叫终端提供 所述主叫终端用户的主叫名片信息。
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明实施例提供的技术方案,下面 结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明实施例提供的技术方案作进一步的详细说 明。
本发明实施例实现主叫名片定制和业务的组网结构示意图如图 1所示:该 系统中包括用户终端和主叫名片业务服务器。其中, 用户终端中包括用于接入 电信 IP网的终端代理, 以及用于接入 Internet网的 WEB客户端代理; 主叫名 片业务服务器从功能上进一步分为应用逻辑控制服务器和用户信息管理服务 器, 这两个服务器的功能可以分别由两台独立的服务器实现,也可以合成在一 台服务器内实现; 电信 IP网与应用逻辑控制服务器之间通过核心网呼叫控制 服务器相连。
其中, 用户终端可以通过 WEB客户端访问用户信息管理服务器, 申请签 约和取消主叫名片业务, 也可以在申请后通过 WEB客户端修改和删除主叫名 片业务信息, WEB 客户端和用户信息管理服务器之间可以釆用 HTTP ( Hypertext Transfer Protocol, 超文本传输协议)等标准协议通信, 或通过自 定义的消息进行通信。
主叫方的用户终端通过终端代理发起呼叫,该呼叫经过核心网呼叫控制月良 务器, 当核心网呼叫控制服务器检测到该呼叫签约了增值业务后,触发呼叫到 主叫名片业务服务器, 并接收该主叫名片业务服务器后续的呼叫控制指令, 完 成呼叫的接续, 核心网呼叫控制服务器与主叫名片业务服务器之间可以通过 SIP ( The Session Initiation Protocol, 会话启动协议 )信令交互。 被叫方的用户 终端接收到呼叫后判断该呼叫信息中是否携带有主叫名片信息,若携带则获取 相应的主叫名片信息,将主叫名片信息显示在被叫方的用户终端上, 若未携带 则只在被叫方的用户终端上显示主叫方号码信息。
本发明实施例主叫名片的定制方法流程如图 2所示:
步骤 201 : 服务器接收终端发送的用户定制的名片信息。
其中,服务器可以接收终端发送的用户自身定制的名片信息,也可以接收 终端发送的用户根据服务器提供的名片模板所定制的名片信息。
其中, 名片信息可以包括终端用户的姓名、 主叫号码、 工作单位、 邮箱地 址等名片信息, 以及用于展示终端用户个性的签名档和个人图像信息等。终端 可以为用户使用的手机等移动终端, 也可以为 PC等固定终端, 只要该终端具 有发送名片信息的功能即可。
步骤 202: 为该名片信息分配地址标识, 并保存该名片信息以及该用户的 标识与地址标识的对应关系。
另一个本发明实施例主叫名片的定制方法流程如图 3所示,该实施例示出 了终端用户 A向服务器发送主动定制的名片信息的过程, 其中终端用户 A通 过 WEB客户端向主叫名片业务服务器上传名片信息:
步骤 301 : 用户 A定制包含其名片、 签名档及图像的名片信息。
需要说明的是, 图 3 中用户 A特指用户所持有的终端设备, 比如手机, 而 WEB客户端指用于将终端设备接入 Internet网服务器的终端代理。
步骤 302: 用户 A将定制完成的名片信息发送至 WEB客户端。
步骤 303: WEB客户端将用户 A的名片信息上传至主叫名片业务服务器。 步骤 304: 主叫名片业务 ^良务器为该用户 A的名片信息分配地址标识。 该 地址可以是网络中唯一对应的 URL ( Uniform Resource Locator , 统一资源定位 符)地址。
步骤 305: 主叫名片业务服务器保存该用户 Α的名片信息, 以及用户 A 的标识与地址标识的对应关系。 该名片信息可以保存在数据库中,也可以釆用 文件方式存放, 用户 A的名片信息与分配的地址标识唯一对应。
另一个本发明施例主叫名片的定制方法流程如图 4所示,该实施例示出了 终端用户 A根据服务器发送的名片模板定制名片信息, 并将该名片信息发送 至服务器的过程,其中终端用户 A通过 WEB客户端向主叫名片业务服务器上 传名片信息:
步骤 401 : 用户 A向 WEB客户端请求通过名片模板定制名片信息。
需要说明的是, 图 4中用户 A指用户所持有的终端设备, 比如手机, 而
WEB客户端指用于将终端设备接入 Internet网服务器的代理。
本实施例中, 主叫名片业务服务器中预先存储了多种名片模板。
步骤 402: WEB客户端向主叫名片业务服务器发送定制名片的请求。 步骤 403:主叫名片业务服务器向 WEB客户端返回预先存储的名片模板。 名片模板信息可以包括所有的名片模板列表和每一种名片模板具体样式。 步骤 404: WEB客户端将名片模板发送至用户 A 。
步骤 405: 用户 A选择一个名片模板并进行名片信息的定制。 用户 A可 以从名片模板列表中选择一种名片模板样式,然后根据该名片模板样式定制详 细的名片信息。
步骤 406: 用户 A将根据选择的名片模板定制的名片信息发送至 WEB客 户端。
步骤 407: WEB客户端将名片信息上传至主叫名片业务服务器。
步骤 408: 主叫名片业务 Λ良务器为该用户 A的名片信息分配地址标识。 步骤 409: 主叫名片业务服务器保存该用户 A的名片信息, 以及用户 A 的标识与地址标识的对应关系。
与本发明实施例主叫名片的定制方法相对应,本发明实施例还提供了一种 主叫名片的定制系统。
本发明实施例主叫名片的定制系统框图如图 5 所示, 该系统包括: 终端 510和服务器 520。 其中, 终端 510用于向服务器 520发送用户定制的名片信 息; 服务器 520用于为所述名片信息分配地址标识, 并保存名片信息以及所述 用户的标识与所述地址标识的对应关系。
与本发明实施例主叫名片的定制方法和系统相对应,本发明实施例还提供 了一种用于定制主叫名片的服务器。
本发明实施例服务器框图如图 6所示, 该服务器包括: 接收单元 610、 分 配单元 620和保存单元 630 , 其中:
接收单元 610用于接收终端发送的用户定制的名片信息,该名片信息可以 是用户自身定制的名片信息,也可以是用户根据服务器提供的名片模板所定制 的名片信息; 分配单元 620用于为所述名片信息分配地址标识; 保存单元 630 用于保存所述名片信息以及所述用户的标识与所述地址标识的对应关系。
与本发明实施例主叫名片的定制方法相对应,本发明实施例还提供了一种 主叫名片业务的实现方法。
本发明实施例主叫名片业务的实现方法流程如图 7所示:
步骤 701: 服务器接收主叫终端用于呼叫被叫终端的呼叫请求。 步骤 702: 服务器根据预先存储的用户标识与地址标识的对应关系, 获取 该主叫终端用户的主叫名片信息的地址标识。
步骤 703: 服务器根据该地址标识向被叫终端提供该主叫终端用户的主叫 名片信息。
另一个本发明实施例主叫名片业务的实现方法流程如图 8所示,该实施例 示出了被叫终端用户 B根据主叫名片业务服务器发送的地址标识获取主叫名 片信息的过程, 其中用户 A通过主叫终端代理与主叫名片业务 Λ良务器通信, 用户 B通过被叫终端代理与主叫名片业务服务器通信:
步骤 801 : 用户 A向主叫终端代理发送用于呼叫用户 B的呼叫请求, 该 呼叫请求中携带主叫终端用户 A的标识。
步骤 802: 主叫终端代理将该呼叫请求转发至主叫名片业务服务器。 该呼叫请求可以通过主叫终端代理构建的 SIP 信令——呼叫发起消息 INVITE发送, 该呼叫请求经过核心网呼叫控制服务器后传输至主叫名片业务 服务器。
步骤 803:主叫名片业务服务器读取该呼叫请求中的主叫终端用户 A的标 识。
步骤 804:主叫名片业务服务器根据该用户 A的标识查找预先存储的用户 标识与地址标识的对应关系, 获取与该用户 A的标识对应的地址标识。
步骤 805: 主叫名片业务服务器将包含主叫名片信息的地址标识的呼叫请 求消息传输至被叫终端代理。
主叫名片业务服务器构建路由被叫终端的 INVITE消息时,可以将主叫名 片信息的地址标识包含在该 INVITE消息的头域中。
步骤 806: 被叫终端代理向主叫名片业务服务器发送获取主叫名片信息的 请求, 该请求中包含主叫名片信息的地址标识。
被叫终端的代理接收到 INVITE消息后,检查该消息的头域中是否包含主 叫名片信息的地址标识, 若包含则可以向主叫名片业务服务器返回 HTTP请 求, 该请求中包含主叫名片信息的地址标识, 用于获取该地址标识对应的主叫 名片信息。
步骤 807: 主叫名片业务服务器从与该地址标识对应的存储空间中提取用 户 A的主叫名片信息。
步骤 808: 主叫名片业务服务器将提取的主叫名片信息发送至被叫终端代 理。
步骤 809: 被叫终端代理将主叫名片信息发送至用户 B , 并将该主叫名片 信息显示在被叫终端。
上述本发明实施例中,主叫名片业务服务器不是通过呼叫信令直接将主叫 名片信息传输至被叫终端,这是因为直接通过呼叫信令携带主叫名片信息会限 制名片信息的格式和内容大小, 而仅将主叫名片的地址信息 URL通过信令传 输给被叫终端, 被叫终端通过根据该 URL从服务器下载名片信息, 扩展了主 叫名片业务实现的灵活性, 使得主叫名片信息的传输不受格式和内容的限制。
另一个本发明实施例主叫名片业务的实现方法流程如图 9所示,该实施例 示出了被叫终端用户 B接收主叫名片业务服务器主动发送的主叫名片信息的 过程, 其中用户 A通过主叫终端代理与主叫名片业务 Λ良务器通信, 用户 B通 过被叫终端代理与主叫名片业务服务器通信:
步骤 901 : 用户 A向主叫终端代理发送用于呼叫用户 B的呼叫请求, 该 呼叫请求中携带主叫终端用户 A的标识。
步骤 902: 主叫终端代理将该呼叫请求转发至主叫名片业务服务器。
步骤 903: 主叫名片业务服务器读取该呼叫请求中的用户 A的标识。
步骤 904:主叫名片业务服务器根据该用户 A的标识查找预先存储的用户 标识与地址标识的对应关系, 获取与该用户 A的标识对应的主叫名片信息的 地址标识。
步骤 905: 主叫名片业务服务器从该地址标识对应的存储空间中提取用户 A的主叫名片信息。
步骤 906: 主叫名片业务服务器对该主叫名片信息进行编码。
主叫名片业务服务器对主叫名片信息进行编码时, 可以釆用 MIME
( Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions, 多功能 Internet 邮件扩充服务)编码、 XML ( Extensible Markup Language, 扩展标记语言)编码、 HTML ( Hyper Text Mark-up Language, 超文本标记语言)编码、 或者终端与主叫名片业务服务器 预先设置的自定义编解码方式。 步骤 907: 主叫名片业务服务器向被叫终端代理发送呼叫请求消息, 该消 息中包含编码后的主叫名片信息。
主叫名片业务服务器构建路由被叫终端的 INVITE消息时,可以将编码后 的主叫名片信息包含在该 INVITE消息的消息体中。
步骤 908: 被叫终端代理按照呼叫请求消息中携带的编码方式解析呼叫请 求消息中的主叫名片信息。
被叫终端接收到 INVITE消息后, 按照该消息中携带的编码方式, 釆用对 应的解码方式解析该 INVITE消息, 从消息体中获取主叫名片信息。
步骤 909: 被叫终端代理将主叫名片信息发送至用户 B, 并将该主叫名片 信息显示在被叫终端。
与本发明实施例主叫名片业务的实现方法相对应,本发明实施例还提供了 一种主叫名片业务的实现系统。
本发明实施例主叫名片业务的实现系统框图如图 10所示, 该系统包括: 主叫终端 1010、 服务器 1020和被叫终端 1030。
其中,主叫终端 1010用于向服务器 1020发送用于呼叫被叫终端的呼叫请 求; 服务器 1020用于根据预先存储的用户标识与地址标识的对应关系, 获取 主叫终端 1010的主叫名片信息的地址标识, 并根据所述地址标识向被叫终端 1030提供主叫终端 1010的主叫名片信息;被叫终端 1030用于接收服务器 1020 提供的主叫终端 1010的主叫名片信息。
与本发明实施例主叫名片业务的实现方法和系统相对应,本发明实施例还 提供了一种用于实现主叫名片业务的服务器。
本发明用于实现主叫名片业务的服务器的实施例框图如图 11所示, 该服 务器包括: 接收单元 1110、 获取单元 1120和提供单元 1130。
其中, 接收单元 1110用于接收主叫终端用于呼叫被叫终端的呼叫请求; 获取单元 1120用于根据预先存储的用户标识与地址标识的对应关系, 获取主 叫终端用户的主叫名片信息的地址标识; 提供单元 1130用于才艮据地址标识向 被叫终端提供主叫终端用户的主叫名片信息。
其中, 获取单元 1120可以进一步包括: 读取标识单元, 用于读取主叫终 端的用户标识; 查找地址单元, 用于根据用户标识查找预先存储的用户标识与 地址标识的对应关系, 获取用户标识对应的主叫名片信息的地址标识。
其中, 在一个本发明实施例中, 提供单元 1130可以包括: 传输消息单元, 用于将包含所述主叫名片信息地址标识的呼叫请求消息传输至被叫终端;接收 请求单元, 用于接收所述被叫终端发送的用于获取所述主叫名片信息的请求, 所述请求中包含所述主叫名片信息的地址标识; 发送信息单元, 用于从所述主 叫名片信息的地址标识对应的存储空间提取主叫名片信息,并将所述主叫名片 信息发送至所述被叫终端。
在另一个本发明实施例中, 提供单元 1130可以包括: 提取信息单元, 用 于从与所述主叫名片信息的地址标识对应的存储空间提取主叫名片信息;编码 信息单元, 用于对所述主叫名片信息进行编码; 发送消息单元, 用于向所述被 叫终端发送呼叫请求消息,所述呼叫请求消息中包含所述编码后的主叫名片信 息。
通过本发明实施例的描述可知, 应用本发明实施例的终端可以通过 IP电 信网络,预先保存信息形式多样的主叫名片信息,实现定制信息业务的多样性; 并且在呼叫过程中,根据预先定制的主叫名片业务向被叫终端呈现内容丰富的 主叫名片信息, 满足了移动通信中个性化信息业务的发展。本发明实施例除了 为个人用户所应用,在为企业用户所应用时, 可以通过在主叫名片信息中设定 企业广告以及服务宗旨等信息, 进一步丰富了信息宣传的内容; 并且主叫名片 业务服务器不是通过呼叫信令直接将主叫名片信息传输至被叫终端,这是因为 直接通过呼叫信令携带主叫名片信息会限制名片信息的格式和内容大小, 而 仅将主叫名片的地址信息 URL通过信令传输给被叫终端, 被叫终端通过根据 该 URL从服务器下载名片信息, 扩展了主叫名片业务实现的灵活性。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤 是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可以存储于一计算机可 读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行主叫名片的定制时, 包括如下步骤: 服务器接 收终端发送的用户定制的名片信息; 为所述名片信息分配地址标识, 并保存所 述名片信息以及所述用户的标识与所述地址标识的对应关系。该程序在执行主 叫名片业务的实现时, 包括如下步骤: 服务器接收主叫终端用于呼叫被叫终端 的呼叫请求; 根据预先存储的用户标识与地址标识的对应关系, 获取所述主叫 终端用户的主叫名片信息的地址标识;才艮据所述地址标识向被叫终端提供所述 主叫终端用户的主叫名片信息。 所述的存储介质, 如: ROM/RAM、 磁碟、 光 盘等。

接收终端发送的用户自身定制的名片信息; 或
接收终端发送的根据名片模板定制的名片信息。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收终端发送的根据 名片模板定制的名片信息具体为:
接收所述终端发送的定制名片的用户请求;
向所述终端发送预先存储的名片模板,所述名片模板包括名片模板列表和 名片模板样式;
接收终端发送的根据所述名片模板定制的名片信息。
4、 根据权利要求 1至 3任意一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述名片信 息包括: 终端用户的名片、 签名档、 图像。
5、 一种主叫名片的定制系统, 其特征在于, 包括与终端进行通信的服务 器, 其中:
所述服务器, 用于接收所述终端发送的用户定制的名片信息, 为所述名片 信息分配地址标识,并保存所述名片信息以及所述用户的标识与所述地址标识 的对应关系。
6、 一种服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收终端发送的用户定制的名片信息;
分配单元, 用于为所述名片信息分配地址标识;
保存单元,用于保存所述名片信息以及所述用户的标识与所述地址标识的 对应关系。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 所述接收单元包括至少 一个下述单元: 第一接收单元, 用于接收终端发送的用户自身定制的名片信息; 第二接收单元,用于接收终端发送的根据所述服务器提供的名片模板定制 的名片信息。
8、 一种主叫名片业务的实现方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收主叫终端发送的用于呼叫被叫终端的呼叫请求,所述呼叫请求包含所 述主叫终端的用户标识;
根据所述主叫终端的用户标识,和预先存储的用户标识与地址标识的对应 关系, 获取与所述主叫终端的用户标识对应的地址标识;
根据所述地址标识向被叫终端提供所述主叫终端用户的主叫名片信息。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据主叫终端的用户 标识, 和预先存储的用户标识与地址标识的对应关系, 获取与所述主叫终端的 用户标识对应的地址标识具体为:
读取所述主叫终端的用户标识;
根据所述用户标识查找预先存储的用户标识与地址标识的对应关系 ,获取 与所述主叫终端的用户标识对应的主叫名片信息的地址标识。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据地址标识向被叫 终端提供主叫终端用户的主叫名片信息包括:
将包含所述主叫名片信息地址标识的呼叫请求消息传输至被叫终端的代 理;
接收所述被叫终端的代理发送的用于获取所述主叫名片信息的请求,所述 请求中包含所述主叫名片信息的地址标识;
从所述主叫名片信息的地址标识对应的存储空间提取主叫名片信息,并将 所述主叫名片信息发送至所述被叫终端的代理。
11、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据地址标识向被叫 终端提供主叫终端用户的主叫名片信息包括:
从所述主叫名片信息的地址标识对应的存储空间提取主叫名片信息; 对所述主叫名片信息进行编码;
向所述被叫终端发送呼叫请求消息,所述呼叫请求消息中包含所述编码后 的主叫名片信息。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述编码的方式包括: MIME编码、 XML编码、 HTML编码。
13、 一种主叫名片业务的实现系统, 其特征在于, 包括与主叫终端及被叫 终端进行通信的服务器, 其中:
所述服务器, 用于接收主叫终端发送的用于呼叫被叫终端的呼叫请求, 所 述呼叫请求包含所述主叫终端的用户标识,根据所述主叫终端的用户标识, 和 预先存储的用户标识与地址标识的对应关系 ,获取与所述主叫终端的用户标识 对应的地址标识, 居所述地址标识向被叫终端提供所述主叫终端用户的主叫 名片信息。
14、 一种服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收主叫终端发送的呼叫被叫终端的呼叫请求, 所述呼叫 请求包含所述主叫终端的用户标识;
获取单元, 用于根据所述主叫终端的用户标识, 和预先存储的用户标识与 地址标识的对应关系, 获取与所述主叫终端的用户标识对应的地址标识; 提供单元,用于根据所述地址标识向被叫终端提供所述主叫终端用户的主 叫名片信息。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 所述获取单元包括: 读取标识单元 , 用于读取所述主叫终端的用户标识;
查找地址单元,用于根据所述用户标识查找预先存储的用户标识与地址标 识的对应关系,获取与所述主叫终端的用户标识对应的主叫名片信息的地址标 识。
16、 根据权利要求 14所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 所述提供单元包括: 传输消息单元,用于将包含所述主叫名片信息地址标识的呼叫请求消息传 输至被叫终端的代理;
接收请求单元,用于接收所述被叫终端的代理发送的用于获取所述主叫名 片信息的请求, 所述请求中包含所述主叫名片信息的地址标识;
发送信息单元,用于从所述主叫名片信息的地址标识对应的存储空间提取 主叫名片信息, 并将所述主叫名片信息发送至所述被叫终端的代理。
