本发明设计了一种蓝牙耳机放置及 u盘组合装置, 当蓝牙耳机放置于 主体架中时, 可以利用 USB接口插在计算机上时引出的电源为蓝牙耳机的 电池充电。 把两者组合到一起不但可以使体积加大一些, 便于寻找, 并 且一物两功能, 该组合装置既可以插接在计算机上而使蓝牙耳机和 U盘有 一个固定的放置位置, 也可以为蓝牙耳机的电池充电, 同时使所述 U盘与 所述计算机接通而使用。 本发明的蓝牙耳机放置及 U盘组合装置结构简单 且使用方便。 附图说明

下面, 结合附图, 对本发明的示例性实施例进行详细说明。
图 1A至 1D表示本发明的第一实施例的蓝牙耳机放置及 U盘组合装 置。 在图 1A中, 附图标记 1表示主体架, 附图标记 2表示蓝牙耳机, 附 图标记 5表示该主体架的本体, 附图标记 3表示设置在该主体内的 U盘 的存储器, 附图标记 4表示 U盘的 USB凸接口, 该 USB凸接口用以插接 到计算机的 USB凹接口。
如图 1A至 1D所示, 根据本发明的蓝牙耳机放置及 U盘组合装置包 括蓝牙耳机 2和主体架 1, 主体架 1可以用来放置该蓝牙耳机并且包括 U 盘, 该主体架具有 U盘的 USB凸接口 4和用于在计算机的外部存储数据 的存储器 3, 并且主体架 1以整体方式设置有接纳该蓝牙耳机的放置架。
在图 1A中, 附图标记 6表示用以卡住蓝牙耳机的耳塞听筒颈 22的 卡槽, 卡槽 6通过冲压或整体成型方式形成在放置架的顶部并具有向上 的开口。 附图标记 7表示使该耳塞听筒颈 22通过的豁口, 豁口 7形成在 卡槽 6的开口端。 附图标记 8表示容纳耳塞听筒颈 22的空间。 附图标记 9表示挡住蓝牙耳机 2的底部使其就位的挡板,挡板 9由从放置架底部向 上延伸的三块板组成(也可以由其他数目和形状的板构成,图中未示出)。 附图标记 10表示位于放置架底部的一对电接点, 这一对电接点的电源是 5V (也可以是 1V〜4V, 或是 6V〜48V ) 直流电源, 该电源自 USB凸接口 4 引出, 供蓝牙耳机 2 内的电池充电之用。 接纳蓝牙耳机 2 的放置架由卡 槽 6、 豁口 7、 空间 8、 挡板 9和电接点 10构成。 附图标记 11表示主体 架 1 底部的活动支架, 该活动支架可以打开, 也可以如该处的弧形箭头 所示折叠起来。
如图 1A所示, 蓝牙耳机 2具有本体 21、 耳塞听筒颈 22和耳塞听筒 头 23, 本体 21的底部有一对电接点 110 , 供该本体内的电池充电之用。 蓝牙耳机的外部设置有用于操作及控制的按钮和指示灯 (图中未示出) 。 另外, 图中所示仅为一例, 蓝牙耳机 2 的外部造型可以随具体的设计而 不同, 只要其外部造型与主体架 1 上面的放置架各部分的造型相匹配即 可。
当蓝牙耳机 2不使用时或需要充电时,将蓝牙耳机 2按图 1A中的点 划线 101和 102所示置于主体架 1上的放置位置, 使蓝牙耳机 2底部的 一对电接点 110与主体架上的一对电接点 10接触而通电, 从而可以给蓝 牙耳机 2内的电池充电。 耳塞听筒颈 22通过豁口 7进入空间 8内而被卡 槽 6卡住, 从而被固定在位。
在本实施例中, 主体架 1的纵轴线与伸出于外的 USB凸接口 4的纵 轴线互成一个夹角, 该夹角在 120 ° 至 180 ° 范围内。 此外, 由 USB凸接 口 4和存储器 3组成的 U盘在主体架 1 内是固定不动的, 并且供插接到 计算机上的 USB凸接口 4伸出在主体架 1外面。
图 1C用以辅助表示主体架 1的内部构造,从该图中可以看到 U盘的 存储器 3。 图 1D用以辅助表示主体架 1的内部构造, 从该图中可以看到 U盘的存储器 3和三块挡板 9。

图 2B是蓝牙耳机 2的正面 (即能看到耳塞听筒的一面) 。 在图 2C 中, 可以清楚地看到一对充电用的电接点 110。
由以上各图可以看出, 在结构上, 蓝牙耳机 2放置时所占用的空间 和 U盘的存储器 3所占空间两者的纵轴线是并排布置而且互相平行的。 也就是说, 两者的纵轴线平行而不同轴。
图 3A至 3E表示本发明的第二实施例的蓝牙耳机放置及 U盘组合装 置。 在这些图中, 附图标记 Γ 表示主体架, 2, 表示蓝牙耳机, 5 ' 表示 主体架 1 ' 的本体, 3 ' 表示该主体中内置的 U 盘的存储器, 4 ' 表示 U 盘的 USB凸接口, 该 USB凸接口用以插接到计算机的 USB凹接口。
根据本发明第二实施例的蓝牙耳机放置及 U盘组合装置包括蓝牙耳 机 2 ' 和主体架 , 主体架 Γ 可以用来放置该蓝牙耳机并且包括 U盘, 该主体架具有 U盘的 USB凸接口 4'和用于在计算机的外部存储数据的存 储器 3' , 并且主体架 Γ 以整体方式设置有接纳该蓝牙耳机的放置架。 主体架 的纵轴线与伸出于外的 USB凸接口 4'的纵轴线互成一个夹角, 该夹角在 120° 至 180° 范围内。
在图 3A中, 附图标记 6' 表示将蓝牙耳机 2' 的旋转钮 27卡住的卡 槽, 卡槽 6'通过冲压或整体成型方式形成在放置架的顶部的侧面并具有 向上的开口。 附图标记 7' 表示使旋转钮 27通过的豁口, 豁口 7' 形成 在卡槽 6' 的开口端。 附图标记 8' 表示容纳旋转钮 27 的空间, 附图标 记 10'表示位于本体 5'内部底端的一对自 USB凸接口 4'引出的电接点, 该电接点供蓝牙耳机 2' 的电池充电之用。 接纳蓝牙耳机 2' 的放置架由 卡槽 6' 、 豁口 7' 、 空间 8, 和电接点 10, 构成。
在本实施例中, 由存储器 3' 和 USB凸接口 4' 构成的 U盘是套在本 体 5' 内但不是固定的, 本体 5' 的底部有一个供 USB凸接口出入的长方 形幵口, 该本体 5' 的外壁开有滑动槽 24, 使 U盘上的拨动钮 28伸出到 本体 5' 外部, 供使用者沿该处的双向箭头方向拨动, 从而使 USB凸接口 4' 如双向箭头所示缩入本体 5' 内部或伸出到本体 5' 外部。 附图标记 20表示设置在本体 5' 的侧面上的开口, 该开口使蓝牙耳机的操作钮 25 露在外面而可以操作。
第二实施例与第一实施例的不同之处在于: 在第二实施例中, 接纳 蓝牙耳机 2' 的放置架具有前放置板和后放置板, 前放置板和后放置板将 蓝牙耳机 2' 夹在其中, 由于包容面面积较大, 所以可以容易地保持放置 在放置架上的蓝牙耳机; 而在第一实施例中, 虽然接纳蓝牙耳机 2 的放 置架只有一个放置板而使得包容面的面积较小, 但是将蓝牙耳机 2 卡在 三块挡板 9和接纳蓝牙耳机 2的放置架的放置板之间, 并利用卡槽 6把 耳塞听筒颈 22卡住, 仍能保证较大的保持力。
如图 3A所示, 蓝牙耳机 2' 具有本体 2 、 耳塞听筒颈 22' 和耳 塞听筒头 23' 。 耳塞听筒颈 22, 安装在转轴 26上, 该转轴 26穿在蓝牙 耳机 2' 的本体 2 上端的轴孔中而可以旋转。 附图标记 27表示转轴 26 两端的一对旋转钮。 在使用蓝牙耳机 时, 把耳塞听筒颈 22' 旋转出 来 (如图 4C 所示) , 在不使用耳机时, 将耳塞听筒颈旋转至图 3A中所 示位置, 以便送入主体架 Γ 中存放或充电。 送入时, 如图 3A中点划线 10Γ 和 102' 所示, 蓝牙耳机 2' 底部的一对电接点 110' 与主体架 Γ 内的底部一对电接点 10' 接触而通电, 起到充电的作用。 两个旋钮 27 分别通过两个豁口 7' 进入空间 8' 而被卡槽 6' 卡住, 从而被固定住。
由图 3A至 3E还可看出, 蓝牙耳机 2' 放置时所占的空间和 U盘的 存储器 3'所占空间两者的纵轴线也是并排布置而且互相平行的。也就是 说, 两者的纵轴线平行而不同轴。
图 3B用以辅助表示主体架 的构造, 图中附图标记 30表示一个 弹性夹, 请见下文中对图 3E的说明。 图 3C中, 可以看到内置的 U盘的 存储器 3' 已露出于外。 图 3D中, 可以看到内置的 U盘的存储器 3' 和 滑动槽 24。
在图 3E中, 可以看到在主体架 Γ 的本体 5' 上与图 3A所示表面相 反的表面上有一个弹性夹 30, 该弹性夹的作用类似于钢笔夹或头发夹, 即: 当整个装置不使用时 (也不插在计算机上时) , 使用者可以把它夹 持而存放在适当位置, 例如衣服口袋上、 手提包上、 钱包上、 汽车内等 的适当位置。 该弹性夹除可以是类似于钢笔夹或头发夹外, 还可以设置 具有枢轴和弹簧而类似于晾衣夹或文件夹那样的弹簧夹子(图中未示 出)。 图中的附图标记 31表示另一个开口, 该开口的位置与蓝牙耳机 2' 的操作钮 25 (见图 4A) 的位置对应, 使蓝牙耳机置于主体架 内时, 也可以操作。
图 4A是第二及第三实施例的蓝牙耳机 2' 的正面视图, 各附图标记 的含义与图 3A中所示相同。
在图 4A和 4B中, 蓝牙耳机 2' 的耳塞听筒颈 22'及耳塞听筒头 23' 己旋转至收起不使用的位置。 图 4C中, 蓝牙耳机 2' 的耳塞听筒颈 22' 及耳塞听筒头 23' 已旋转至本体 2 外部, 处于使用的位置。
图 5A是本发明的第三实施例的蓝牙耳机放置及 U盘组合装置的示意 图。 第三实施例与第二实施例的区别在于: 在第三实施例中, 蓝牙耳机 放置时所占空间和 ϋ盘的存储器所占空间二者的纵轴线不是并排布置而 是一上一下地处于同一轴线。 图中的附图标记 Γ ' 表示主体架, 5 ' , 表示主体架的本体, 3 ' , 表示 U盘的存储器, 附图标记 35表示在主体 架的本体内部做出的隔板, 该隔板上设置有自 USB凸接口 4 ' 引出的一对 5V (也可以是 1V〜4V, 或是 6V〜48V) 直流电接点 10 ' , , 供蓝牙耳机 2 ' 的电池充电, 隔板 35之上是放置蓝牙耳机 2 ' 的空间, 隔板 35之下 是容纳 U盘存储器 3 ' , 的空间。 本图中其余附图标记的含义和说明如前 所述。
图 5A所示的蓝牙耳机放置及 U盘组合装置的构造使得在减小该组合 装置的厚度的同时增大了该组合装置的长度。 从而第三实施例的蓝牙耳 机放置及 U盘组合装置形成为细长形的结构。
图 5B和图 5C用以辅助表示主体架 Γ ' 的构造。 在图 5D中, 可以 看到存储器 3 ' , 和滑动槽 24。
此外, 在图 3A和图 5A的主体架 Γ 和 ' 的上端, 卡槽 6 ' 上端 的豁口 7 ' 也可以是闭合的, 即消除豁口 7 ' 而使卡槽 6 ' 形成圈状即成 为卡圈。 这时, 蓝牙耳机 2 ' 的一对旋转钮 27不是从豁口进入, 而是使 两个卡槽 (即卡圈) 6 ' 向左右掰开变形而使旋转钮 27 进入到位, 同样 可以起到固定的作用 (此方式在图中未示出) 。
虽然已经参照附图对本发明的示例性实施例进行了详细说明,但是, 所作说明只是为了解释本发明的原理, 而不是将本发明限制在所披露的 具体形式。 显然, 许多修改和变型对于所属领域的技术人员而言是显而 易见的。 本发明用后面的权利要求书及其等同内容来限定本发明的保护 范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1 . 一种蓝牙耳机放置及 u盘组合装置, 其特征在于: 所述组合装置 包括蓝牙耳机以及可以放置所述蓝牙耳机并包括 U盘的主体架, 所述主 体架具有 U盘的 USB凸接口和用于在外部存储数据的存储器, 并且所述 主体架以整体方式设置有接纳所述蓝牙耳机的放置架。
2. 一种蓝牙耳机放置及 U盘组合装置, 其特征在于: 所述组合装置 包括可以放置所述蓝牙耳机并包括 U盘的主体架, 所述主体架具有 U盘 的 USB 凸接口和用于在外部存储数据的存储器, 并且所述主体架以整体 方式设置有接纳所述蓝牙耳机的放置架。
3.根据权利要求 1或 2所述的蓝牙耳机放置及 U盘组合装置,其中, 在所述放置架的底部设置有提供来自所述 USB 凸接口的直流电源的一对 电接点, 在所述放置架的顶部设置有固定所述蓝牙耳机上部的卡夹装置, 当所述蓝牙耳机放置在所述放置架上时, 所述蓝牙耳机底部的一对电接 点与所述放置架底部的所述一对电接点接通而充电, 并且所述蓝牙耳机 的上部与所述卡夹装置卡紧而将所述蓝牙耳机固定住。
4.根据权利要求 1或 2所述的蓝牙耳机放置及 U盘组合装置,其中, 所述 U盘的所述存储器所占空间和所述蓝牙耳机放置时所占空间两者的 纵轴线是并排布置而且互相平行的。
5.根据权利要求 1或 2所述的蓝牙耳机放置及 U盘组合装置,其中, 所述 U盘的所述存储器所占空间和所述蓝牙耳机放置时所占空间两者的 纵轴线一上一下地处于同一轴线上。
6. 根据权利要求 3 所述的蓝牙耳机放置及 U盘组合装置, 其中, 所述蓝牙耳机的耳塞听筒部分是固定而不可旋转的, 并且所述主体架的 所述卡夹装置包括用于将所述蓝牙耳机的所述耳塞听筒部分夹住而固定 的豁口和卡槽。
7. 根据权利要求 3 所述的蓝牙耳机放置及 U盘组合装置, 其中, 所述蓝牙耳机的耳塞听筒部分是可以旋转地伸出或縮回的, 并且所述主 体架的所述卡夹装置包括用于将所述蓝牙耳机的所述耳塞听筒部分的一 对旋转钮夹住而固定的一对豁口和卡槽或一对卡圈。
8. 根据权利要求 6所述的蓝牙耳机放置及 U盘组合装置, 其中, 所 述卡槽形成在放置架的顶部并具有向上的开口, 并且所述豁口形成在所 述卡槽的开口端。
9. 根据权利要求 7所述的蓝牙耳机放置及 U盘组合装置, 其中, 所 述卡槽形成在放置架的顶部并具有向上的开口, 并且所述豁口形成在所 述卡槽的开口端。
10. 根据权利要求 7所述的蓝牙耳机放置及 U盘组合装置, 其中, 所述卡圈是通过使所述卡槽上端的所述豁口闭合而形成的。
11 . 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的蓝牙耳机放置及 U盘组合装置, 其 中, 所述主体架的纵轴线与伸出所述主体架外部的所述 USB 凸接口的纵 轴线互成一个夹角, 该夹角在 120 ° 至 180 ° 范围内。
12. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的蓝牙耳机放置及 U盘组合装置, 其 中, 所述 U盘在所述主体架内是固定不动的, 并且供插接到计算机上的 所述 USB凸接口伸出在所述主体架外部。
13. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的蓝牙耳机放置及 U盘组合装置, 其 中, 所述 U盘在所述主体架内是套入而能够活动的, 所述主体架具有使 所述 USB凸接口进出的开口, 并且所述 U盘具有能使所述 USB凸接口伸 出所述主体架外部或缩入所述主体架内部的可来回拨动的拨动钮。
