一种磁疗鞋, 其特征在于: 所述鞋体上设置有磁体; 所述鞋将具有磁疗方面 的设计技术及结构, 设置于单鞋、 棉鞋、 凉鞋、 拖鞋以及各类鞋类。
较佳的技术方案中: 所述的鞋体包括鞋底, 每只鞋的鞋底部位设置有 1 个 以上的凹陷槽, 每个凹陷槽内可设置 1个磁珠。
较佳的技术方案中: 所述的凹陷槽可设计为任意程度的深浅, 还可设计为 圆环形、 椭圓环形、 三角形、 回字型、 长条形、 十字型或者任意形状; 每个 W陷槽 可以纵向设置、 横向或者斜向设置, 还可以任意方向设置; 每个凹陷槽的长度 均大于磁珠直径的 1倍以上,每个凹陷槽在宽度方面略大于磁珠的直径, 以便于 磁珠的滚动。
较佳的技术方案中: 所述的鞋底与脚底接触的部位还可设置有 1 个以上的 浅凹槽, 每个浅凹槽内粘设有 1个或者并列排放 1对软质磁体或者硬质磁体, 在凹陷槽顶部设置有一层衬垫。
较佳的技术方案中: 所述的鞋体包括鞋面和鞋后侧帮, 每只鞋的鞋面和鞋 后侧帮的鞋面和鞋里子之间设有 1个以上或者并列排放 1对以上的软质磁体或者硬 质磁体, 所述的软盾磁体或者硬质磁体粘设固定或者在其周围采用缝线将其固定。
较佳的技术方案中: 所述鞋还可在任意位置设置任意数量的磁珠、 磁片 或者磁柱等磁体, 安放在鞋面、 鞋后侧帮或者鞋底的 ϋ陷槽内。
较佳的技术方案中: 所述鞋可选用任意形状、 体积、 片状体、 条形体、 柱状体等各类规格的磁性材料相互替代。 较佳的技术方案中: 所述鞋的鞋底结构与鞋面或者后侧帮的结构重新调整组合, 均可成为其它类型的磁疗鞋。
较佳的技术方案中: 所述鞋内设有 1 个以上的单片磁体, 或者并列排放 1 对以上的双片磁体。
较佳的技术方案中: 所述鞋的磁珠或者硬质磁体还可调整为软质磁体, 软质 磁体还可调整为磁珠或者硬质磁体, 均可成为其它类型的磁疗鞋。 附图说明

为了使本发明的形状、 构造以及特点能够更好地被理解, 以下将通过较佳 实施例并结合附图对本发明进行详细说明。 为了使本发明的结构更加清晰, 所述的附图有可能在绘制过程中改变了实际的比例关系 这不应当被理解为对 本专利申请的限定。
第一实施例
如图 1所示, 是磁疗鞋的第一较佳实施例的立体图, 所述的磁疗鞋是皮鞋, 其包括鞋底 1 1、 鞋面 12以及鞋后侧帮 13, 在鞋底 11、 鞋面 12以及鞋后侧帮 13内均设置有磁体, 具体设置方式将在图 2 -图 7中详细论述。
如图 2、 图 3、 图 4所示, 是磁疗鞋的鞋底 11平面、 剖面示意图以及立体 示意图, 所述的鞋底 1 1是橡胶或者塑料材质, 并在其与脚部接触的部位设置有
1个以上的凹陷槽 14, 每个凹陷槽 14内设置有 1个磁珠 15, 在本实施例中, 所述的 ϋ陷槽 14在鞋宽方向的宽度略大于磁珠 15直径, 并在鞋长方向具有
1倍以上大于磁珠 15直径的长度, 使得磁珠 15可以沿鞋长方向在凹陷槽 14内 滚动。 如图 3所示, 为了防止磁珠 15从凹陷槽 14中脱出, 还在鞋底 1 1与脚底 部位接触的部位覆盖一层衬垫 16, 以将凹陷槽 14封盖。
如图 5、 图 6所示, 是磁疗鞋的鞋面 12结构示意图以及剖视图, 所述的 鞋面 12是由鞋面和鞋里子构成, 鞋面 12 内粘设有 1个以上的软质磁体或者 硬质磁体 17,所述的软质磁体或者硬质磁体 17粘合在鞋面和鞋里子之间将其 固定或者在其周围还可采用缝线 18将其固定。
如图 7所示, 是磁疗鞋的鞋后侧帮 13结构示意图, 所述的鞋后側帮 13是 由鞋面和鞋里子构成, 鞋后侧帮 13内粘设有 1个以上的软质磁体或者硬质磁体 17, 所述的软质磁体或者硬质磁体 17粘合在鞋面和鞋里子之间将其固定或者 在其周围还可采用缝线 18将其固定。由于其结构与鞋面 12内结构相似,其剖视图予以 省略。
如上所述, 所述的磁疗鞋的鞋底 1 1、 鞋面 12以及鞋后侧帮 13 内均设置 有磁体, 鞋底 11 内的磁珠 15在穿用者行走的过程中可任意滚动, 不仅给穿用 者的足部提供了外加磁场, 而且磁场及磁力线的位置、 强弱随着磁珠的任意 滚动便会不断发生变化, 便会使得人体得到强磁或者弱磁的及时补充。 第二实施例
所述的第二较佳实施例是皮鞋, 其包括鞋底 21、 鞋面 22以及鞋后侧帮 23 , 在鞋底 21、 鞋面 22以及鞋后侧帮内均设置有磁体, 与第一实施例相同。
如图 8所示, 是磁疗鞋的鞋底 21平面示意图, 所述的鞋底 21是橡胶或者 塑料材质, 并在其与脚底接触的部位一体成型有 1个以上的凹陷槽 24, 每个凹陷槽 24内设置有 1个磁珠 25, 在本实施例中, 其与第一实施例不同之处在于: 所述 的凹陷槽 24的宽度略大于磁珠 25直径, 并在鞋长或者鞋宽方向具有 1倍以上 大于磁珠 25直径的长度, 使得磁珠 25可在凹陷槽 24内任意滚动。 与第一实施 例一致, 为了防止磁珠 25从凹陷槽 24中脱出, 还可以在鞋底 21与脚底接触的 部位覆盖一层衬垫 16, 以将凹陷槽 24封盖, 衬垫 16结构与第一实施例中相同, 不予图示说明。
如图 9所示, 是磁疗鞋的鞋面 22结构剖视图, 所述的鞋面 22是由鞋面 和鞋里子构成, 鞋面 22与脚部接触的部位设置有 1个以上的浅凹槽 221, 每个 所述的浅凹槽 221 内粘设有 1个以上的软质磁体或者硬质磁体 17 , 为了防止 软质磁体或者硬质磁体 17与脚部皮肤直接接触, 发生摩擦, 在浅 EJ槽 221外还 设置有一层保护层 222, 所述的保护层 222可以采用棉布、 塑料、 皮革、 合成 皮革或者其它柔软的材质。
第二实施例中的鞋后侧帮结构与鞋面 22内结构相似, 鞋后侧帮与脚跟接触 的部位设置有 1个以上的浅 槽, 每个所述的浅 KJ槽内粘设有 1个以上的软质 磁体或者硬质磁体, 为了防止软质磁体或者硬质磁体与脚部皮肤直接接触, 发生摩擦, 在浅凹槽外设置有一层保护层, 所述的保护层可以采用棉布、 塑料、 皮革、合成皮革或者其它柔软的材质。由于其结构类似于本实施例中鞋面结构, 其剖视图予以省略。
如上所述, 所述的磁疗鞋的鞋底 21、 鞋面 22内均设置有磁体, 鞋底 21 内 的磁珠 25在穿用者行走的过程中任意滚动。
第二实施例的衍生实施例
在鞋底 21与脚部接触的部位上的凹陷槽 24还可以斜向设置, 结构变化简单, 容易理解, 故不予图示。 第三实施例
如图 10所示,是磁疗鞋的第三较佳实施例的立体图,所述的磁疗鞋是拖鞋, 其包括鞋底 31和鞋面 32, 鞋底 31和鞋面 32内均设置有磁体。
如图 11所示, 是鞋底 31的立体结构示意图, 所述的鞋底 31是橡胶或者塑料 材质, 在鞋底 31与脚底部位接触的部位上有 1个以上的凹陷槽 34, 每个凹陷槽 34 内设置有 1 个磁珠 35 , 在本实施例中, 所述的凹陷槽 34呈圆环形, 所述 的磁珠 35可以在凹陷槽 34内任意滚动。 为了防止磁珠 35从凹陷槽 34中脱出, 还在鞋底 31与脚底部位接 4的部位粘设一层村垫, 以将凹陷槽 34封盖。
如图 12所示, 是鞋面 32结构剖视图, 所述的鞋面 32可由皮革、 布料、 橡胶 或者塑料材质构成, 在所述的鞋面和鞋里子之间粘合 1 个以上的软质磁体或者 硬质磁体 17,软质磁体或者硬质磁体 17粘合在鞋面和鞋里子之间或者在其周围 还可釆用缝线 18将其固定。
如上所述, 所述的磁疗鞋的鞋底 31、 鞋面 32内均设置有磁体, 鞋底 31 内 的磁珠 35在穿用者行走的过程中环形滚动。
第三实施例的衍生实施例
在鞋底 31与脚底部位接触的部位上的凹陷槽 34的形状还可以是: 椭圆环形、 三角形、 回字型、 长条形或者十字型, 穿用效杲基本相同。 第四实施例
第四实施例中,所述的磁疗鞋是棉鞋,其包括鞋底 41、鞋面 42和鞋后侧帮, 在鞋底 41、 鞋面 42以及鞋后侧帮内均设置有磁体。
如图 13、 14所示, 分别是鞋底 41的立体结构图和剖视图, 所述的鞋底 41 与脚底部位接触的部位设置有 1个以上的浅凹槽 41 1 ,每个所述的浅凹槽 41 1内 粘设有 1个以上的软质磁体或者硬质磁体 17 (或者并列排放 1对软质磁体或者 硬质磁体 17 ), 为了防止软质磁体或者硬质磁体 17与脚部皮肤直接接触, 发生 摩擦,在浅凹槽 41 1外设置有一层保护层 412,所述的保^层 412可以采用棉布、 塑料、 皮革、 合成皮革或者其它柔软的材质。
至于鞋面 42和鞋后侧帮的结构, 基本相同, 因此一并叙述, 如图 15所示, 鞋面 42和鞋后侧帮的内、 外表面分别是鞋面和鞋里子 421, 鞋面和鞋里子 421之间 填充有海绵体或者棉絮材质 422, 在海綿体或者棉絮材质 422内放置有软质磁体 或者硬质磁体 17,所述的软质磁体或者硬质磁体 17可粘合在鞋面和鞋里子之间 或者在其周围还可采用缝线 18将其固定。 以上实施例并不能完全概括本发明的所有实施方式, 本领域技术人员在其 基础上, 不经创造性劳动就可以进行多种改动或者组合, 例如将本发明技术方面 的设计及结构, 重新调整组合设置安放于其它的各类鞋类中, 即可形成各类型 的磁疗鞋, 还可将各实施例中的鞋底结构与其它实施例中的鞋面或者后侧帮的 结构重新进行调整组合, 还可将上述实施例中的硬质磁体更换为软质磁体, 或者将软质磁体更换为硬质磁体, 都是很容易想到和实施的, 但这些都应该属于 本发明的保护范围。 以上说明对本发明而言只是说明性的, 而非限制性的, 本领域普通技术人员 理解, 在不脱离权利要求所限定的精神和范围的情况下, 可作出许多修改、 变化或者等效, 但都将落入于本发明的保护范围之内。
最后, 结合现代医疗理论, 说明本发明的有益效果:
1、 生物电流充足时, 骨密度增高, 骨髓干细胞的造血功能得到增强:
- 骨酪是人体的支架, 骨髓干细胞是生产红细胞、 白细胞、 血小板的造血工厂。
穿用所述鞋之后,红细胞就可得到生物电流的充足补充,携带氧气及曲卷变形, 向前螺旋运动的速度加快。
红细胞就会很快的将骨酪及骨髓膜内的毛细血管床得到疏通, 使骨骼及骨髓 膜内的血液循环通畅旺盛。
因而, 可使骨骼及骨髓膜的微循环障碍及缺血、 缺氧的问题基本消除。
当骨骼的血液的循环通畅旺盛后, 骨骼即可从血液中得到骨胶原纤维束和 维生素 A、 D、 C的大量的供应, 使骨基质的形成增多。
这时候, 血液中的类骨质及钙盐即可在骨基质上得到沉积, 使骨密度得到增高, 腰腿结实, 上楼或走长路, 不疲惫乏力, 不腰酸腿痛。
中老年人因缺钙、 缺氧, 而经常性发生的腿脚抽筋的问题也就得到了消除。 当红细胞在对骨骼及骨髓膜内的毛细血管床进行疏通的同时, 可将自身所 携带的生物电流, 传递补充给骨髓干细胞。
因而 , 骨髓干细胞就会得到生物电流的充足补充, 以及血液和氧气的充足供应。 这时候, 骨髓干细胞的造血功能就可得到墻强, 可及时的生成成熟的红.细胞、 白细胞、 血小板。
并且, 可使这些血细胞的生成数量保持在正常的数值内。
穿用所述鞋之后, 特别是可使中老年人的骨骼及骨髓干细胞的生理机能保持 在活跃旺盛的状态中。 -
2、 生物电流充足时, 体能增强, 腰腿有力:
大多数的中老年人, 都存在有腰腿无力, 走路及上下楼都很困难等问题 。 但穿用所述鞋 10天时, 中老年人的肾脏及腰腿部位的血液循环, 就会通畅 旺盛, 体能增强, 腰腿有力。
穿用所述鞋 30天时, 每一位中老年人腰腿无力的问题可基本消除。
即使是 70、 80岁的中老年人, 穿用磁疗鞋之后, 腰腿部位的血液循环就会 通畅旺盛, 供血、 供氧得到了保障, 腰腿有劲, 腿脚灵便。
每一位穿用过所述鞋的中老年人, 都可以连续的走上 5个多小时左右的路。 在行走的途中, 走路也不累了, 也不用休息。
如果, 同样的去让 20岁左右的年青人, 也走上 5个小时左右的路时, 他们 大多数人也只能走到一半时, 就会累得走不动了。 在行走的途中, 也得休息休息。
这是因为, 年青人的生物电流, 不如穿所述鞋的中老年人的充足。
从以上这些现象来看, 只要对人体进行生物电流的充足补充时, 即可使 中老年人的体能得到很大的提高。 而且, 比年青人还要强一些。
当中老年人穿用所述鞋之后, 血液中的红细胞、 白细胞就可得到生物电流 的充足补充, 体能及免疫力也就大大的得到了提高。
我们所讲述的: 可使中老年人的体能增强, 腰腿有力的这些实际效果, 是每一位穿用过所述鞋的人, 都能亲身体验的到的。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种磁疗鞋, 其特征在于: 所述鞋体上设置有磁体; 所述鞋将具有磁疗 方面的设计技术及结构, 设置于单鞋、 棉鞋、 凉鞋、 拖鞋以及各类鞋类。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的磁疗鞋, 其特征在于: 所述的鞋体包括鞋底, 每只鞋的鞋底部位设置有 1个以上的凹陷槽, 每个凹陷槽内可设置 1个磁珠。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的磁疗鞋, 其特征在于: 所述的凹陷槽可设计为 任意程度的深浅, 还可设计为圆环形、 椭圆环形、 三角形、 回字型、 长条形、 十字型或者任意形状; 每个凹陷槽可以纵向设置、 横向或者斜向设置, 还可以 任意方向设置; 每个凹陷槽的长度均大于磁珠直径的 1倍以上, 每个凹陷槽在 宽度方面略大于磁珠的直径, 以便于磁珠的滚动。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的磁疗鞋, 其特征在于: 所述的鞋底与脚底接触的 部位还可设置有 1个以上的浅 KJ槽, 每个浅 ϋ槽内粘设有 1个或者并列排放 1 对软质磁体或者硬质磁体, 在浅凹槽顶部设置有一层衬垫。
5、 根据权利要求 1 所述的磁疗鞋, 其特征在于: 所述的鞋体包括鞋面 和鞋后侧帮, 每只鞋的鞋面和鞋后侧帮的鞋面和鞋里子之间设有 1个以上或者并 列排放 1对以上的软质磁体或者硬质磁体,所述的软质磁体或者硬质磁体粘设固定或 者在其周围采用缝线将其固定。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的磁疗鞋, 其特征在于: 所述鞋还可在任意位置 设置任意数量的磁珠、 磁片或者磁柱等磁体, 安放在鞋面、 鞋后侧帮或者 鞋底的凹陷槽内。
7、根据权利要求 1所述的磁疗鞋,其特征在于: 所述鞋可选用任意形状、 体积、 片状体、 条形体、 柱状体等各类规格的磁性材料相互替代。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的磁疗鞋, 其特征在于: 所述鞋的鞋底结构与鞋面 或者后侧帮的结构重新调整组合, 均可成为其它类型的磁疗鞋。
9、 根据权利要求 1 所述的磁疗鞋, 其特征在于: 所述鞋内设有 1 个以上 的单片磁体, 或者并列排放 1对以上的双片磁体。
10、 根据权利要求 1 所述的磁疗鞋, 其特征在于: 所述鞋的磁珠或者硬质 磁体还可调整为软质磁体, 软质磁体还可调整为磁珠或者硬质磁体, 均可成为 其它类型的磁疗鞋。
