Abstract
The invention is a foot magnetic insole, which uses mechanical movement to create pulsating magnetic fields in the area of the foot. The foot magnetic insole is made of different layers in between which the magnets with a constant magnetic field are inserted. The magnets are inserted into the insole under the elastic latex which allows the magnets, to move away and closer by applying toot pressure (walking, running) moving away and closer, and thereby changing the strength of the magnetic field in the foot area.
Description
Foot magnetic insole with pulsating magnetic fields
Field of the art in which the invention relates;
According to international classification of IPC (8 issue) this invention belongs to the area: A61 2/12 (Using variable magnetic fields obtained by mechanical movement).
The problem which the invention resolves;
The invention is a foot magnetic insole, which uses mechanical movement to create pulsating magnetic fields in the foot area. The foot magnetic insole is made of different layers. Between these layers magnets with a constant magnetic field are inserted. The magnets are inserted into the insole under the elastic latex which allows the magnets To move close and away by applying pressure (walking, running) and thereby changing the strength of the magnetic field in the foot area.
The invention backgrounds;
On the market there are many products which use the therapeutic effects of magnets to treat various diseases and relieve pain. By global data, since the year 2000 among clinical research of therapy with magnetic fields, 79.6% (21,305 articles found for: pub-date > 1999 and frequency and magnetic fields and clinicalfAII Sources(Medicine and Dentistry)]) of research was conducted with pulsating magnetic field therapy and only 20.4% (5,473 articles found for: pub-date > 1999 and static and magnetic fields and clinical[AII Sources(Medicine and Dentistry)]) that used static magnetic field therapy (source: ScienceDirect, 2010). This fact itself indicates that the magnetic therapy with the changing magnetic field is a much more effective method of treatment and pain relief compared with a magnetic therapy with a constant magnetic field.
Foot magnetic insoles, have become a very popular selling product because of their therapeutic effect caused by the magnetic field emitted by magnets with constant action. Foot magnetic insoles with pulsating magnetic field do not exist in the world market as the magnets are not positioned in a way to make a pulsating magnetic field. Furthermore the insoles are too thin in order to incorporate the coil, which can by the help of external power, broadcast pulsed magnetic field.
The task and goal of the invention is to make the foot insole, which allows pulsating (variable) magnetic field in the area of the foot by using magnets with permanent function.
The Invention is a foot magnetic insole which uses a mechanical movement to generate a pulsating magnetic field in the area of the foot. Since the magnetic field strength decreases with the square of the distance, the foot magnetic insole is constructed so that it changes the distance between the magnets and foot tissue. Figure 1 shows a cross-section of a foot magnetic insole, in which the various layers of foot magnetic insole and the location of the magnets are marked. The figure shows that the upper layer of the foot magnetic Insole consists of a thin layer of leather a (0.9 mm). The middle layer consists of a thick layer (up to 9 mm) of orthopedic shaped foam latex b, which is very elastic. The bottom layer consists of a thin (1.5 mm) foam latex c, which is slightly harder, less elastic and is primarily intended as the actuation point for the magnet and to protect the foam latex and magnet. Each foot magnetic insole contains 7 permanent magnets d, which are located on the acupuncture points. Each foot magnetic insole is loaded with the first magnet (marked with number 1), the second magnet (marked with number 2), the third magnet (marked with number 3), the fourth magnet (marked with number 4), the fifth magnet (marked with number 5), the sixth magnet (marked with number 6) and the seventh magnet (marked with number 7).
The most important and unique advantage of such a foot magnetic insole is installing magnets on the bottom layer of latex which allows moving the magnets away and closer to the foot, as a result of applying and releasing pressure (walking or running). This changes the strength of the magnetic field in the foot because the magnetic field strength varies with the square of the distance. Table 1 shows the impact of walking to a change in the strength of the magnetic field of 2,5 mm above the top surface of the foot magnetic insole in each of the 7 magnets that are inserted into the foot magnetic insole. Changes in the strength of the magnetic field were measured with a gaussmeter device (Gaussmeter, GM-2, AlphaLab Inc., USA).
Table 1: Measurements of the minimum and maximum magnetic field density (milli Tesla) while walking. Measurements were measured 0.25 cm above the top of the foot magnetic insole with an 82 kg male. The experiment was made on a foot magnetic insole with the size number of 41. Measurements were made on magnets, which were labeled with numbers from 1-7, for which the position is shown in Figure 2.

Claims
PATENT CLAIMS:
Foot magnetic insole with pulsating magnetic fields is characteristic in that it contains magnets with uniform magnetic field, which due to a mechanical movement, caused by walking or running is producing at a distance of at least one centimeter from the magnet changes in magnetic field that varies at least by a factor of 2.
