为通过对足底反射区进行按摩和刺激, 达到保健和治疗的目的, 出现了各种各样的保健鞋, 如, 在鞋的膛底上, 设置磁铁块, 将人体 足底的某一穴位置于静态磁场的刺激中。 这种保健鞋虽然可以达到对 穴位进行磁疗的目的, 但是, 鞋的膛底上设置的固定磁铁块只能对人 体足底的某一穴位产生静态磁场, 而不能形成动态磁场, 使得保健治 疗的效力受到了限制, 具有一定的局限性。
又如, 为了提高足底磁疗的效力, 在人体的足底产生动态磁场, 有的鞋在鞋底设置了线圈, 当线圈通过交流电时, 在人体的足底部产 生脉冲磁场, 变化的脉冲磁场可以对人体的足底进行动态磁场的磁疗。 这种磁疗鞋虽然提高了保健治疗的效力, 但是, 动态磁场的产生, 必 须在鞋底的线圈中通以交流电, 因此, 它不能用来行走, 人体穿着后, 只能在固定一处时, 将鞋上带有插头的导线拉出, 将插头插入电源插 座通电后, 在固定地点进行动态磁场的磁疗。
以上保健鞋, 均不能利用人体在行走时, 由于脚对鞋底不同位置 的踏压而产生动态磁场, 以动态磁场提高对人体足底磁疗的疗效。
发明内容:
本实用新型旨在提供一种具有环状通道的磁疗鞋垫。 当人体穿着 时, 它可以利用行走中脚对鞋垫不同部位的踏压, 对足底产生机械按 摩, 动态磁场以及静磁场或远红外线辐射场或药物作用, 提高足部保 健治疗的效果。
本实用新型包括上层鞋垫和下层鞋垫; 上层鞋垫与下层鞋垫叠合 成复合状, 如图 1, 2所示;
在上层鞋垫的上表面设有模块; 模块为突出于上表面的突点; 在 即定位置的模块上套插功能单元; 功能单元为载有功能元素的模块套, 如图 3, 4所示;
下层鞋垫的前掌部位设有前泵点; 后跟部位设有后泵点; 前泵点 与后泵点均为具有弹性的充满水的囊状腔, 在前泵点与后泵点内均设 有气囊; 在下层鞋垫的其他部位设有至少一个环状通道; 前泵点, 环 状通道, 后泵点之间以连通管将其连通成封闭回路; 在该封闭回路中 充满水; 在环状通道内置有可移动的磁性球, 在每两个可移动的磁性 球之间设有间隔物, 如图 5, 6所示。
本实用新型的上层鞋垫的模块上套插的功能单元, 可以分别设在 分布在足底反射区位置的模块上。
本实用新型的功能单元载有的功能元素可以是磁性体, 也可以是 远红外线材料涂层, 也可以是药材包。
本实用新型的环状通道可以是中间设有连接上、 下层面的封闭点 的圆形空腔。

由于本实用新型的上层鞋垫的上表面设有模块; 模块为突出于上 表面的突点; 模块以及功能单元因其突出于上层鞋垫的上表面, 可以 对人体足部进行机械按摩。
由于本实用新型的上层鞋垫在即定位置的模块上套插着功能单 元; 功能单元上载有磁性体或远红外线材料涂层或药材包等功能元素, 因此, 当人体的足底与上层鞋垫接触时, 功能元素的静磁场或远红外 线辐射场或药物作用即对人体的足底进行保健治疗。
由于本实用新型的下层鞋垫的前掌部位设有前泵点; 前泵点为具 有弹性的充满水的囊状腔, 在前泵点内设有气囊; 下层鞋垫的后跟部 位设有后泵点; 后泵点为具有弹性的充满水的囊状腔, 在后泵点内设 有气囊; 在其他部位设有至少一个环状通道; 前泵点, 环状通道, 后 泵点之间以连通管将其连通成封闭回路; 在该封闭回路中充满水; 在 环状通道内设有可移动的磁性球, 在每两个可移动的磁性球之间设有 间隔物。
当前泵点被踏压时, 前泵点内的气囊被压并前泵点内的水通过连 通管挤出, 进入环状通道, 在环状通道内循环, 循环水推动环状通道 中可移动的磁性球运动, 产生动态磁场, 而每两个可移动的磁性球之 间设有的间隔物限制了每个可移动的磁性球的位移范围, 使得每个可 移动的磁性球之间保持一定的距离, 通过环状通道后的水被挤入后泵 点, 使得后泵点膨起。

周而复始, 当人体行走时, 随着人体脚的前掌与后跟往复的落地 与抬起, 下层鞋垫上的前泵点与后泵点处于交替踏压和复原的过程, 在下层鞋垫上水和可移动的磁性球按照即定的路线作往复运动, 产生 动态磁场。
当环状通道中的悬浮的间隔物是非磁性块时, 当循环水携带磁性 球通过时, 非磁性块阻隔了可移动的磁性球之间的相互吸引, 使其相 互保持一定的距离, 避免可移动的磁性球挤靠在一起, 移动不畅。
根据我国中医的经络和足底反射区的理论, 选择上层鞋垫的模块 和下层鞋垫的环状通道置于既定的人体足底反射区, 使人体的足部处 于针对某种既定疾病的机械按摩, 动磁磁场以及不同功能的作用中, 使本实用新型具有专一的治疗功能, 对人体某些疾病进行针对性的保 健治疗, 采用专病专治的方案, 进一步提高疗效,。
综上所述, 本实用新型是一种具有环状通道的磁疗鞋垫。 它可以 利用人体穿着行走时, 脚对鞋垫不同部位的踏压, 对足底产生机械按 摩, 动态磁场以及静磁场或远红外线辐射场或药物作用, 提高足部保 健治疗的效果。

具体实施方式:
实施例
采用上层鞋垫 1和下层鞋垫 2复合制成本实用新型;
在上层鞋垫 1的上表面设有模块 3 ;模块 3为 H=2.5mm, Φ = 4.5mm 的圆台; 在足底反射区 14的涉及肩、 肺、 支气管位置上的模块 3上套 插载有作为功能元素 5的药材包。
下层鞋垫 2的前掌部位设有前泵点 7 , 后跟部位设有后泵点 8, 前 泵点 7与后泵点 8内均设有气囊 9 ; 在下层鞋垫 2的足底反射区 14上 设有共计 15个环状通道 10; 环状通道 10是中间设有连接上、 下层面 的封闭点 16的圆形空腔 15 ; 前泵点 7, 环状通道 10, 后泵点 8之间以 连通管 1 1将其以切线方向连通成充满水的封闭回路, 在各个环状通道 10内各设有 2个直径为 2.5mmd的可移动的磁性球 12, 在每两个可移
动的磁性球 12之间设有作为间隔物 13的直径为 2.5mmd的塑料球。 将本实用新型置于鞋内被穿着行走时, 上层鞋垫的模块以及功能 单元因其突出于上层鞋垫的上表面, 可以对人体足部进行机械按摩; 功能元素的药物作用对人体的足部薰蒸和透皮吸收。
由于在上层鞋垫 1的涉及肩、 肺、 支气管的足底反射区 14位置上 的模块 3上套插载有作为功能元素 5的药材包, 因此, 对人体肩、 肺、 支气管部位的疾病具有针对性的保健治疗作 , 形成专病专治的方案。
而下层鞋垫的可移动的磁性球的往复运动产生的动态磁场可达到 提高保健治疗的效果。
Claims
权 利 要 求
1, 一种具有环状通道的磁疗鞋垫, 包括上层鞋垫和下层鞋垫; 上 层鞋垫与下层鞋垫叠合成复合状, 其特征在于在上层鞋垫的上表面设 有模块 ·, 模块为突出于上表面的突点; 在即定位置的模块上套插功能 单元; 功能单元为载有功能元素的模块套; 下层鞋垫的前掌部位设有 前泵点; 后跟部位设有后泵点; 前泵点与后泵点均为具有弹性的充满 水的囊状腔, 在前泵点与后泵点内均设有气囊; 在下层鞋垫的其他部 位设有至少一个环状通道; 前泵点, 环状通道, 后泵点之间以连通管 将其连通成封闭回路; 在该封闭回路中充满水; 在环状通道内置有可 移动的磁性球, 在每两个可移动的磁性球之间设有间隔物。
2, 根据权利要求 1所述具有环状通道的磁疗鞋垫, 其特征在于上 层鞋垫的模块上套插的功能单元, 分别设在分布在足底反射区位置的 模块上。
3 , 根据权利要求 1所述具有环状通道的磁疗鞋垫, 其特征在于功 能单元的功能元素是磁性体或远红外线材料涂层或药材包。
4, 根据权利要求 1所述具有环状通道的磁疗鞋垫, 其特征在于环 状通道是中间设有连接上、 下层面的封闭点的圆形空腔。
5, 根据权利要求 1所述具有环状通道的磁疗鞋垫, 其特征在于环 状通道分别设在足底反射区点位置上。
6, 根据权利要求 1所述具有环状通道的磁疗鞋垫, 其特征在于连 通管与环状通道以切线方向连通。
7, 根据权利要求 1所述具有环状通道的磁疗鞋垫, 其特征在于连 通管内的每两个可移动的磁性球之间的间隔物是可移动的非磁性球。
