发起人在发起主题讨论后, 发起人端将进入管理界面。 管理界面中, 所有 群用户的发言都以发言时间排序, 依次以列表方式显示在管理界面当中, 在每 一条发言的前边都以用户标识、 用户昵称、 发言时间等属性来标识是谁在什么 时间发表了该条发言。 特别的是, 在第一实施例中, 在整个讨论主题时间段内, 在发起人端的管理界面中, 每条发言前都增加一个或若干管理按钮, 以小图标 方式显示。 这些管理按钮可以用来完成删除该发言、 修改该发言、 屏蔽该发言 人的发言或禁止该发言人继续发言等功能。 发起人随时可以通过这些管理图标 来执行相应的管理操作。 例如删除与讨论主题无关的发言,修改发言中的错字, 屏蔽故意揭乱的人等等。 刚刚登录的用户如果打开当前进行讨论主题的群将出 现醒目的文字提示, 如 " [关于个人素质与团队建设 ] 主题讨论在进行中, 发 起人 ABCD"。 在发起人对主题讨论内容进行实时管理的过程中, 若发言内容很多, 发起 人可添加辅助管理员对主题讨论内容进行辅助管理。 本发明中所述管理员是指 对主题讨论内容拥有实时管理权限的群内用户, 包括发起人及辅助管理员, 管 理员可对主题讨论内容进行实时的删除、 修改、 屏蔽群用户等管理操作, 但辅 助管理员没有发布权限。 管理员在执行了管理操作后, 执行操作的管理员终端 会向其他管理员终端发送管理指令, 其它管理员端接收到管理指令后根据指令 指示在本地对主题讨论内容进行实时的处理, 从而保证发起人和所有辅助管理 员的终端界面显示同步一致。 本发明不限制管理指令的传送方式以及所使用的 传输协议, 只要终端能够主动或被动的获取到所述的管理指令即可。 为防止多 个管理员对同一发言内容进行同样的管理操作产生异常错误, 本实施例中在终 端对管理指令首先进行本地緩存排队, 执行时进行串行解释执行, 对于针对同 一内容的相同管理操作指令进行过滤, 保证在本地针对同一内容的相同管理操 作只执行一次, 如: 删除操作、 屏蔽操作。 对于修改操作, 可通过对指定发言 内容进行加锁和解锁操作来互斥的进行操作。 互斥操作需额外添加互斥指令, 只有获得修改权限的管理员才可以对所述的内容进行修改。
除发起人和辅助管理员外的其他群成员不参与主题内容的管理。 为了减少 网络数据的传输及系统的复杂度, 发起人及辅助管理员的操作不通过指令推送 到其他群成员的终端, 因此除发起人和辅助管理员外的其他群成员看到的聊天 内容始终是原始的发言内容。
步骤 103、 终止主题讨论并对主题讨论内容进行整理;
由发起人决定是否终止当前的主题讨论,发起人通过点击 "主题讨论管理" 面板中 "结束讨论主题" 按钮来控制主题讨论的结束。 发起人发出一个讨论主 题结束的控制指令后, 默认全体群成员的终端弹出消息框提示, 3—5 秒后自动 关闭。群内消息区显示主题讨论结束信息,如" [关于个人素质与团队建设 ] 主 题讨论结束, 发起人 ABCD , 正由发起人整理准备发布于群空间主题论坛"。
在主题讨论结束后,发起人端将进入主题讨论的整理界面。在整理界面中, 群聊天文字和图片自动生成带用户头像, 用户标识, 时间信息的列表, 全部发 言内容处于可编辑状态。 发起人可对聊天内容进行删除、 编辑等操作, 方便发 起人对讨论内容进行整理。 在第一实施例中, 为方便发起人比对原始的讨论内 容, 整理界面以两列显示, 左边一列显示保留的 (未被删除的) 主题讨论发言 内容, 右边一列显示在主题讨论过程中被发起人删除或修改过的内容, 以时间 顺序横向对比, 从而方便发起人检查是否有误删或修改不恰当的地方。 特别的 是, 若发起人认为哪条发言不应该删除时, 还可通过双击或右键菜单等简单的 操作把被删除的发言将其找回到左侧的保留窗口中。 在程序层次上说, 对于逻 辑删除的发言记录只是为该记录添加了一个逻辑删除标识, 在显示时通过判断 该逻辑删除标识即可区分哪些发言是保留的, 哪些是被逻辑删除的。举例说明, 当用户想恢复已逻辑删除的发言记录时,用鼠标双击右侧已被删除的发言内容, 程序响应该双击事件后调用相应的系统函数将所述逻辑删除标识清除, 并通知 表现层重新刷新窗口即可。
为了能够将群组讨论的内容方便地发布到网络上, 供大家共享、 参考。 第 一实施例中, 将即时通信工具与互联网发布平台相关联, 即时通信工具及互联 网发布平台共享相同的群用户认证数据。 在主题讨论结束后, 主题讨论内容首 先储存在发起人终端, 然后通过即时通信工具调用互联网发布平台提供的发布 接口, 如: web服务接口 (web servc ie ) 等, 将本地保存的经过整理的主题讨 论内容发布到互联网发布平台上。 免去了以前手工记录每一条主题讨论内容粘 贴拷贝到像论坛、 博客之类的网络发布平台的痛苦。 由于即时通信工具及互联 网发布平台共享相同的群用户认证数据, 在主题讨论内容通过即时通信工具发 布到互联网发布平台后, 主题讨论发起人及群内其他成员可使用与登陆即时通 信工具一样的登陆帐号和密码登陆到互联网发布平台。
在第一实施例中, 发起人整理主题讨论内容完成后, 通过点击 "主题讨论 管理" 面板中的 "发布到群空间" 按钮, 系统即可将主题讨论内容发布到群对 应 WEB空间中, 以网页方式进行呈现。 此处所述的 "WEB空间" 即为一种网络 发布平台, 群成员可直接登陆到该发布平台对自己的发言进行修改或补充。 发 起人对除本人以外的发言内容整理过的, 将在发布后在原发表人发言内容最后 部显示一个被编辑过的提示图标以进行标识。 在讨论主题正式发布到 WEB页面 后, 发布人对本讨论主题拥有全部管理权利, 包括删除, 编辑用户发言内容。 原发言用户对自己的发言拥有修改补充权利, 表现形式为在原发言下显示新修 改的全部内容, 被删除的发言不再显示, 原发言用户无法对已经被发起人删除 的发言进行修改补充。
图 2为本发明第一实施例的示范性装置结构示意图, 包括: 信息及指令处 理模块、 控制模块、 实时管理模块、 整理模块、 内容存储模块。
信息及指令处理模块用于接收和发送群用户的发言信息, 以及处理发起人 或者辅助管理员发出的管理指令及发起人发出的控制指令。 发言信息包括发起 人及辅助管理员及群内其他用户的发言信息。 管理指令是指发起人或辅助管理 人员对发言内容进行的删除、 修改等操作以及对发言人进行屏蔽的操作指令。 控制指令主要是指发起人发起主题讨论和结束主题讨论的指令。 本地的发言信 息通过信息及指令处理模块写入内容存储模块当中。 群内其他用户的发言信息 由信息及指令处理模块接收后存储在内容存储模块当中, 由负责显示的模块从 内容存储模块当中获取并显示。 本地的管理及控制指令由信息及指令处理模块 解释执行后转发给其他管理员, 所述的管理员包括发起人及辅助管理人员。
控制模块用于接收信息及指令处理模块转发的由发起人发出的控制指令, 根据所述控制指令发起及结束主题讨论。 发起人通过控制模块向群内用户发送 主题讨论开始及结束的信息, 并在发起主题讨论时开启实时管理功能。
实时管理模块接收信息及指令处理模块转发的由发起人或辅助管理员发出 的管理指令, 根据所述管理指令对主题讨论内容的实时管理。 实时管理模块进 一步包括: 用于实时删除群内用户发言的逻辑删除管理单元、 用于实时修改群 内用户发言的修改管理单元、 及用于实时屏蔽或禁止群内用户发言的屏蔽管理 单元等。 发起人及辅助管理员的管理操作指令通过本地信息及指令处理模块进 行解释执行, 并传送给其他管理员, 由对方信息及指令处理模块负责在对方终 端进行解释执行。
整理模块接收信息及指令处理模块转发的管理指令, 根据所述管理指令对 已结束的主题讨论内容进行整理, 将整理后的主题讨论内容发送至内容存储模 块中。
内容存储模块用于接收信息及指令处理模块转发的管理指令, 根据所述管 理指令存储主题讨论内容及管理信息。 主题讨论内容指群用户就该主题的发言 内容及修改后的主题讨论内容, 包括被逻辑删除的发言内容。 管理信息指本地 及其他管理人员所做管理操作的记录信息。
图 3为本发明第二实施例的示范性装置结构示意图, 与图 2不同的是, 图 3中添加了发布模块。 发布模块用于接收信息及指令处理模块转发的管理指令, 根据所述管理指令将存储在内容存储模块中整理后的主题讨论内容发布到互联 网发布平台。 该模块从内容存储模块中获取整理后的主题讨论内容, 并通过互 联网发布平台公开的 web服务接口将修改后的主题讨论内容发布到互联网发布 平台, 以网页方式进行呈现, 从而在很大程度上方便了大家对主题讨论内容的 共享, 丰富了用户对即时通信工具的体验, 方便了信息的交流。
互联网发布平台, 存放由发布模块发送来的所述主题讨论内容。 互联网发 布平台与即时通信工具共享相同的群用户认证数据。 在主题讨论内容通过即时 通信工具发布到互联网发布平台后, 主题讨论发起人及群内其他成员可使用与 登陆即时通信工具一样的登陆帐号和密码登陆到互联网发布平台。
本发明还可有其它多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下, 本领域技术人员当可根据本发明做出各种相应的改变和变形, 但这些相应的改 变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种即时通信工具中主题讨论内容的实时管理方法, 其特征在于, 包括 如下步骤:
发起人通过客户端在群中发起主题讨论;
对主题讨论内容进行实时管理;
终止主题讨论并对主题讨论内容进行整理。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 对主题讨论内容进行实时管 理中, 所述对主题讨论内容的管理步骤如下:
在发起人端的聊天窗口中, 为每一个群成员的发言添加管理按钮; 通过所述管理按钮对群成员的发言进行即时管理。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述管理按钮包括逻辑删除 操作按钮、 修改操作按钮或屏蔽操作按钮;
所述逻辑删除操作按¾实时逻辑删除群成员的发言内容;
所述修改操作按钮实时对群成员的发言内容进行修改;
所述屏蔽操作按钮禁止或屏蔽群成员的发言。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终止主题讨论后, 通过 整理界面对本地记录的主题讨论内容进行整理, 所述整理包括物理删除群成员 所发表内容的操作、 修改群成员所发表内容的操作或恢复在讨论过程中逻辑删 除的群成员所发表内容的操作。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终止主题讨论并对主题 讨论内容进行整理后 , 进一步将整理后的主题讨论内容通过即时通信工具发布 到互联网发布平台。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述即时通信工具通过所述 互联网发布平台提供的发布接口将整理后的主题讨论内容发布到所述互联网发 布平台后, 主题讨论发起人及群内其他成员使用所述即时通信工具登陆帐号登 陆到所述互联网发布平台。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,对主题讨论内容进行实时管 理的过程中, 进一步从群用户中选择辅助管理员, 所述辅导管理员对主题讨论 内容进行辅助管理。
8、一种即时通信工具中主题讨论内容的实时管理装置,其特征在于, 包括: 信息及指令处理模块, 用于接收并转发管理指令及控制指令;
控制模块, 用于接收由信息及指令处理模块转发的控制指令, 并根据所述 控制指令发起及结束主题讨论;
实时管理模块, 用于接收由信息及指令处理模块转发的管理指令, 并根据 所述管理指令对主题讨论内容进行实时管理。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其特征在于, 包括整理模块, 用于接收由 信息及指令处理模块转发的管理指令, 并根据所述管理指令对已结束的主题讨 论内容进行整理。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的装置, 其特征在于, 包括内容存储模块, 用于 接收由信息及指令处理模块转发的管理指令, 并根据所述管理指令存储主题讨 论内容及记录管理信息。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的装置, 其特征在于, 包括发布模块, 用于接收 由信息及指令处理模块转发的管理指令, 并根据所述管理指令从所述内容存储 模块提取所述主题讨论内容, 通过互联网发布平台提供的发布接口将所述主题 讨论内容发布到所述互联网发布平台。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述实时管理模块包括: 逻辑删除管理单元, 用于实时删除群内用户的发言;
修改管理单元, 用于实时修改群内用户的发言;
屏蔽管理单元, 用于实时屏蔽或禁止群内用户的发言。
13、 一种即时通信工具中主题讨论内容的实时管理系统, 其特征在于, 包 括
信息及指令处理模块, 用于接收并转发管理指令及控制指令;
控制模块, 用于接收由信息及指令处理模块转发的控制指令, 并根据所述 控制指令发起及结束主题讨论;
实时管理模块, 用于接收由信息及指令处理模块转发的管理指令, 并根据 所述管理指令对主题讨论内容进行实时管理;
整理模块, 用于接收由信息及指令处理模块转发的管理指令, 并根据所述 管理指令对已结束的主题讨论内容进行整理;
内容存储模块, 用于接收由信息及指令处理模块转发的管理指令, 并根据 所述管理指令存储主题讨论内容及记录管理信息;
发布模块, 用于接收由信息及指令处理模块转发的管理指令, 并根据所述 管理指令从所述内容存储模块提取主题讨论内容, 通过互联网发布平台提供的 发布接口将主题讨论内容发布到互联网发布平台;
互联网发布平台, 用于接收所述发布模块发送来的主题讨论内容, 主题讨 论发起人及群内其他成员使用与登陆即时通信工具一样的登陆帐号和密码登陆 到互联网发布平台。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述实时管理模块包括: 逻辑删除管理单元, 用于实时删除群内用户的发言;
修改管理单元, 用于实时修改群内用户的发言;
屏蔽管理单元, 用于实时屏蔽或禁止群内用户的发言。
